I recently had the opportunity to work with Chris Fromm. She is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. She answered her phone and was on top of every part of the process throughout the entire transaction. She represents her buyers and honestly works hard to ensure they got the best price on the house. There should be more realtors like her!

I couldnt imagine a better place and better people to work with. My experience has been outstanding and I would HIGHLY recommend any agent wanting to further their career to stop in and say hello. You will feel welcomed from the moment you walk in and love the family atmosphere surrounding you. All of the agents and staff are willing to share information and strategies to help better yourself as a top agent and sky rocket your real estate career. Dont miss an opportunity of a lifetime as a Realtor working for Keller Williams and especially this office. You can thank me later.

Manipulative agent and broker, DO NOT USE (Annaliese Foster) and the Broker (Gary Kaukonen)As a first home buyer I was eager to find my home in the area, I contacted Keller Williams with 30 homes of my interest that I wanted to be viewed over a weekend when I came into town. I never signed a buyers agreement to commit my self to the company. Initially I was thrown around to different agents and did not have a set viewing schedule until the morning of my arrival to Apollo Beach.I researched and found all the homes that I wanted to view, and received little help from the agent Annalise Foster besides opening the doors for me.We went to view a home in a private community to which she told me I could not look at any homes including the new construction without her present representing me because it was a private community. This is a LIE and as a first home buyer I believed this... This community had model homes which I could speak with the builder representatives without her.She manipulated me into involving her into my contract because she forced her way by telling me she always had to be present working with the model agent. She stated she got a 3% commission on the home which actually was indeed 5%, which she wrongfully hid from me. Once I found out I was deceived I no longer wanted to work with her, she offered a 2% incentive to stay with her and her company. Her broker and her worked up a document that further manipulated me by stating the realtor may allocate up to 2% of her commission to the buyer at closing. Annalise agreed via text, email, and in person that she would do this.Once I put money down on the home for my deposit, she sent an email two days later stating she would not give me any money towards closing and that she was going to keep all 5% 16,500 dollars to her self and the broker.. She stated the brokers letter said that she may if she wanted to.It was not until I hired a legal representative and threatened filing a lawsuit and complaint with the division of real estate. That she finally reluctantly upheld her part of the agreement. At closing my realtor was not present at all, did not help me whatsoever. As it is their DUTY to help their customer work through the closing or any questions I may have. She showed up while I was there to collect her check, realized I was still there and ran out of the building. She later came back to the title company to collect her check. They conspired together to manipulate me as a first time buyer and wrongly hid information from me to receive commission... Extremely GREEDY unethical people.I can not speak for other agents at this realty company but ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use Annalise Foster.

Do not deal with KATHERINE SHALOSKY of Keller Williams South Shore. She is supposed to be very experienced but my interaction with her proved otherwise. She did my rental and did not do her job. She got a tenant who is a convict and choose not to share that with me. He was referred by one of his family members . He did not pay rent for 7 months and eventually after spending a considerable amount of money on legal costs had to get him evicted. Her boss was of no help. Do not do business with this company They DO NOT look out for your interest.

Karn Johnson was the sellers agent of a property that my 76 year old mother was buying. At the last minute during the closing walkthrough the place had all furniture still in it and it was clear in the contract that all furnishings were to be removed. We agreed to proceed with the closing and donate all furniture to Habitat for Humanity. When we moved the furniture, much of it had mold under and behind it from a flood that happened while it was listed. Not saying that they were aware of mold but a flood happened while it was listed and they have no paperwork indicating any type of remediation. And to make matters worse, Karn Johnson will not return a single phone call after she assured and hugged my mother and said she would make this right. My mother has a home she cannot move into and the real estate agents all walked away. This is one unethical unscrupulous agent. I would stay very clear from someone like this and an organization that hires agents with a questionable moral compass.

Great experience. Ive bought and sold many houses over the years and delt with many realtors. Michael Daniels at KW is by far the best Ive seen. He is not only a gentlemen and extremenly professional and courteous, but unlike many realtors, he actually listens to his customer and puts in the extra effort to get you exactly what you are looking for. Thanks Michael!

I highly recommend Team Brumbach Realty Group. They have worked with us every step of the way; from determining if it was the right time for us to sell and helping us find the right listing price to walking us through the entire process. Joel has answered all of my questions (many of them!). Next step: finding our new home! Joel is already on the task...

Realtor John Harting has zero integrity. Would not do business with anyone associated with him.
