2022-04-18Not recommended. Their commissions are high, and they wanted me to decrease asking price even in a hot market. Rude agent. Run!

2016-07-14We cant say enough wonderful things about Janeth!!! She helped us get the home of our dreams and managed to achieve the impossible. She was very attentive through out the entire process. Her years of experience and wide network of resources proved to be an asset in giving us an advantage over other buyers. She was quick, savvy, and professional every step of the way. She was responsive to all of our questions and made our home buying experience an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond for us and I couldnt recommend anyone better. Janeth is hands down the best realtor we could have ever hoped for. She is a true Gem!

2016-06-03Janeth was the best realtor ever!!!!! She was professional, knowledgeable and very personable, all the qualities that we find important when making such a big decision as buying a home. Janeth stood by us though some very tough times. I truly dont believe another realtor would have. Just shows me what kind of person she is. Showed us many homes, some none of us liked and then the one. She out did herself. I would recommend this woman to anyone. She was wonderful!!!

2020-05-15First and foremost, let me say this could have been a 5 star review had I been helped the way anyone should in this. I was in the market for a home, was contacted by an agent at this company. I put a $10,000 deposit down and went in to closing and was denied the loan within the 30 day agreement. I was told that the $10,000 would be 100% refundable no questions asked!!! The contract states that I receive my deposit back. Little to nothing has been helped on my side besides telling me to just to get a lawyer and settle (0 real care). I have now had to pay a lawyer to go to court for my deposit. I have talked to many other agents that have stated they would have gotten my deposit back and fought for this. I may have just been dealt a bad hand, but for this I will not be using them for my home purchase.

2019-04-01Morgan Watts is the only Realtor I would ever recommend in the Tampa area. I too am a licensed realtor that is from out of state and was relying on My daughter to find a realtor she felt comfortable with. After going to about 50 open houses, she met Morgan. The rest is blissful history. She took care of every detail, answered every question and was just a joy to work with. I can not thank her enough for her professionalism and for making this transition and sale just perfect!!

2016-09-25My wife and I just bought our second home with Janeth Rector and the service was just awesome. We bought a new construction home and Janeth seemed to know exactly how to deal the seller, negotiate and get what we wanted. From finding comparable, through negotiations of price and upgrades, scheduling closing, dealing with escrow and up to closing. Janeth’s responses and initiatives were always prompt, thorough and accurate. Plus Janeth’s calm demeanor really inspired confidence, both in our purchase and that we chose the right agent...again. Our agreement had a complex mix of seller and standard upgrades, which resulted in some pretty complex accounting, and Janeth did a great job in understanding and explaining those to us. When a mistake in builder specs seemed to go against our interest, she was precise and decisive in resolving the issue quickly. Janeths service is outstanding and that alone deserves more than the 5 star review. If ever in the future we decide to purchase our third home, it will definitely be with Janeth.Less

2019-11-04Im pretty sure this is a great realstate company but it is sad that they have a dishonest employee Chris Wheat. I didnt want to do this but I think about it everyday and I just get mad at myself. How can a person be so decieving and think it is ok to basically rob someone for well earned money. Mr. Chris Wheat hired my husband on October 19 to clean up a yard because he was going to be hosting and open house event the following weekend. My husband was to clean up and make the place look nice. When the job was done he was notified by text message and he replied that he was in Clearwater and would be back to take care of payment. It is now November 4th and after several attempts he has not returned my calls or emails. Keller Williams Realty this is not against you but Mr. Chris Wheat is making you look bad !! I hope nobody else ever believes in him.

2017-05-17This review is still pending a 7 month drawn out problem that has yet to be resolved by Brenda Marrero on money still owed to us. We had to CONSTANTLY email and text her for updates as time went on and on without updating us on what she was actually doing to try to sell our home. She barely set up any showings and seemed to be nonexistent throughout the entire horrible drawn out process.All she cares about is her commission and once she gets it she will move on like you never existed. All you are is an dollar amount to her. And to top it off she is below average AT BEST at her job. She still has yet to contact us regarding money owed to us.This has been confirmed by many of her peers and teammates at #kellerwilliams. Some who have chosen not to work with her anymore because her sales skills are a ZERO and there is a complete lack of honesty and integrity on her part.Stay away if youre looking for someone who can actually SELL!
