Friendly and helpful staff. I spent over two hours with them in the office. They have loads of knowledge to offer and are very willing to work with you. Highly recommended!
We had to work with Keller and Williams on a short sale and they made so many mistakes. They are not experienced and they made many attempts to take money from us. Thank God my husband was an attorney and reviewed every detail. I would never ever use this company.
Mike Legate very well may be the best realtor on the planet. Sold my place in record time!! He tirelessly coordinated the inspection, needed repairs, compromises, and closing. He answers all email and texts in a timely manner. He has immediate access to any professionals you may need along the way. Who gets a plumber the same day?!?! Great job Mike!!

I had my house on the market through Keller Williams for an entire year, and they werent able to sell it. The house was in decent shape, in a decent neighborhood, and listed at a reasonable price, and they were completely incompetent to do anything with it. The first agent I signed with literally did nothing with the house, and when I called his bosses at the office, they seemed confused and clueless (though, I will admit, they were always polite). I probably should have learned my lesson, but I didnt and switched to another agent with the company. She worked hard, but seemed inefficient and generally incompetent to the task. Furthermore, the company lists like 50 web sites that theyll post your property to, but youll be lucky if they post to half of them. For instance, my property was listed on Trulia (eventually), but I was never able to get them to list it on Zillow. If you want to list your house just for kicks, these guys might be the way to go. If you want to actually sell your house, Id suggest you look elsewhere.
Trina Searcy is THE WORST. DONT WORK WITH HER!! She doesnt care about anyone but herself and steps all over everyone. If you think shes a nice/good person then she has you fooled. Shes not good at her job, and your house will get sold faster with another agent.

2019-12-05I worked with Marylou and she was absolutely amazing! I was in south Florida while looking for the perfect home in Tallahassee. She FaceTimed me and showed me several houses and gave her honest opinion of neighborhood, pricing and even the house. For me this was very helpful because I was so far. She met with my family who lived in the area for showings because I was unable to. I bought my first home and all because of her it was a smooth easy transition. She has a warm caring heart and is very knowledgeable.

2018-08-02Nicole did an exceptional job helping us sell our property. She gave us excellent service from start to finish. She provided experienced advice on the negotiation process and selling price. This sale was not easy and took longer to close, but she didnt give up. Im sure she worked countless hours to communicate with various state and county offices in order to sale our home. Any questions or concerns we had, she was there to answer/solve.Words cant express how pleased we are with her. Keller Williams is a “godsend” for those needing and or wanting genuine support and education. I recently joined Keller Williams Town and Country and know I have made a good choice. The energy and spirit in the center is positive and supportive. The broker, Bill Goldband definitely sets the tone. I am looking forward to closing lots of deals here!

The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful, she is so knowledgeable in her field as well as a phenominal advisor. 2014-10-27I have never met a more positive and motivated group of people. As soon as you walk in the office you can feel like you are somewhere people love their jobs and that certainly reflects in the way they treat their customers. We will never need for another realtor!

2017-08-06If you ever need to buy a house, go there and ask for Dennis Coxwell. They are the best, they go above and beyond for their client and their patience is indescribable. They take time with you. You never feel pressure to make a decision or force you into something that you dont like. I love these guys (Father and son)
