Although everyone at this firm is excellent, I must specifically mention and thank both Lisa and Erin who go above and beyond. Lisa talked to me as if I were family, and Erin kept me posted consistently throughout the process. I actually work for a law firm, who doesnt specialize in evictions, so I read the reviews for this law firm and gave it a shot. We gave tenant proper notice to vacate. When they did not, Eviction complaint was filed on 4/11. Tenant was served on 4/16, and yesterday, 5/5, the Sheriff removed tenant from the property. If you have troublesome tenants, Kelley and Grant is who you should call.

I am really glad that I hired this firm to handle an eviction. The paralegal kept me up to date on all the proceedings. All motions were filed timely. The fees are explained in advance so there is no surprise billing. The fees are also a la carte so you only pay for the services needed. I hope that I will not need them in the future but I will definitely use them if needed.

I have to say that i was in an awful bind and this law firm did not disappoint for not being a referral just a Google search. Upon calling the firm they immediately answered my questions and within 24 hours was assigned a paralegal and an attorney. Erin, paralegal omg she is awesome!! Responds to email very quickly and literally answers her phone all the services were done online and by phone until I had to meet my attorney in court and I won my case. I was very impressed with Kelley & Grant, P.A.s service on their details service and very reasonable pricing!I am a property manager, when one of the tenants did not want to pay the rents and also unwilling to move out voluntarily, one of my colleagues referred me to Kelley & Grant, P.A. to perform the eviction service.I didnt know that when I reside in Orange County, in order to serve the notice to Osceola County that I need to serve a 8 day notice instead of 3 day. Also, during the eviction proceedings, the tenant made fake documents on deposit slips, lying that they had paid the rents. The staff from Kelley & Grant, P.A. actually stopped by the bank branch office to verify if those fake deposit slips were issued from the bank (naturally they were not).The tenant was really nasty; filed motions to the court a couple of times, and I had to file the police report on their fraudulent actions. So we had a court hearing and the tenant failed to comply with judges order so the final judgement was in favor of the landlord.Erin Kelly is the best Paralegal a law firm can ever have! She is on top of everything and always keep me posted during the process. I am not a client of this law firm. My HOA uses this law firm to handle legal matters. I had an issue regarding a lien with my HoA and this law firm is horrible to deal with. They refuse to speak with my verbally and even when I was able to get the receptionist on the phone she laughed at me and told me that she wasnt my client so she did not have to tell me anything. I literally own the condo and pay my HoA fees every month so yes I do believe I have a right to know basic things such as did you receive the check and is there anything else I need to do?. I can tell you these people are incredibly rude and I am going to petition my HoA to change law firms as soon as possible. I do not recommend having any association with this firm.

We used Kelly & Grant for an eviction process. We were very happy with our experience and price. They were very prompt and efficient. The only reason for giving four stars instead of five was the lack of communication via phone. Once we had retained law firm, we were told to communicate via email only. That was fine for me, however my husband prefers phone conversation instead of email so that was rather inconvenient. This is a personal preference, however I think potential clients should be aware. Otherwise I would definitely reccomend and would use again.

I had a tenant who was a complete nightmare and would not surrender possession. I searched the web and spoke with some other eviction service company in my area of Pasco county FL. The representative I spoke with acted like he could of cared less. He was rude and condescending. He practically started chastising simply for trying to explain my situation to him, telling me I do this everyday, Im telling you what to do and you keep asking me questions like what if this and what if that in a very upset and condescending tone. The Guy pretty much told me to stop asking questions and write him a check. Thankfully I continued my search and was able to find Kelly and Grant P.A. Right off the bat the person who answered the phone Lisa was very welcoming and professional. She patiently listened to my issue and understood my frustrations with my tenant who was blatantly abusing the system and using it to advantage of me. She explained what I needed to do in order for the eviction to run more smoothly and have a better chance of success. Our organization of Real Estate professionals and Investors have been working with Jerron Kelley and Cory Carano of Kelley & Grant, P.A. for a little over a year now. I had an okay experience with Kelley & Grant P.A. After many mishaps, delays and mistakes by their firm, it took 72 days for my eviction and legal services to be completed. I first contacted them on May 27, 2019 and the eviction date with the local Sherriff officers to get my tenants out was on August 7, 2019 – that’s 72 days later, and this was an uncontested eviction.Here is the breakdown of what I paid Kelley & Grant, P.A. for a 2-tenant, Possession-Only eviction.Attorney Fees $195 (advertised)Court Filing Fee $190Summons $10Process Server $40Additional Tenant $503-Day Notice $80Writ of Possession $95TOTAL AMOUNT $660Also, here are a few things that were not disclosed to me before paying their attorney’s fees from the beginning:•Their $195 attorney’s fees amount is for their legal services and communications exclusively via email only. You don’t speak with any attorney. Throughout the entire eviction process, you are communicating with a paralegal all of the time. And for repeated calls they will charge you $150 per half-hour.•If you use a PO BOX address in the notice that will be served to the tenants, it is an additional 5 days•They provided me with 2 forms to complete on my own, with email instructions: Notice of Intention to Impose Claim on Security Deposit & Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property – so, no personal service to help me complete what I should put or not put.•When the eviction was completed, they put my email in a marketing mailing list (without asking me) to try and sell me a “Property Management Package” and other legal forms.Overall, is was a successful but impersonal experience that took longer than expected.

I hired this attorney firm to file an eviction. Once the case was filed, the tenants hired an attorney able to persuade my attorney to dismiss the case and even asking for money to give my house back. My attorney recommend me to dismiss the case because it would be more convenient for me. They prepared an agreement without terms or due date to be signed by the tenants, the tenants took advantage of my attorney error and did not comply with the agreement.My attorney didnt follow up the completion of this simple case. I still waiting to received my house back.

The worst and most incompetent bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with!!! I had my closing on 4/13 and they withheld FIRPTA money which they are supposed to submit to the IRS within 20 days of receiving the wire transfer of funds. It’s June 18th and they are sending the monies to the IRS today, 45 days late. For being a “Real Estate Law Firm” their lack of knowledge for the law is outstanding.I wouldn’t recommend their services not even to my enemies..

Horrible Attorney. They did an eviction for me and when the writ of possession was issued the attorney told me that I could keep all the tenants stuff. YEAH RIGHT! The tenant filed an emergency motion to keep her stuff and SHE WON! Worst mistake ever listening to them. YOU CANT KEEP ANYTHING. You have to throw it all away! The tenant ended up having 24 hours to remove all their stuff and they DESTROYED my unit before they left and there was nothing I could do about it.All because the stupid lawyer told me it was okay to keep their stuff. I never hired them ever again.

I’ve had to evict my tenant, actually they’re still living there. I paid so much for money and they only communicated through email. When I called to ask questions since my tenant is still living there! All they sai is wait 2 weeks and the case is closed. How can the case be closed if the tenant is still living in my house. What a rip off! Never will I be using your services.

As an experienced Realtor for over 12 years..I always think that people will act correctly ......I was renting a property for 2 years and took great care of it .. We decided not to renew the lease for the 3rd year due to the lack of maintenance from the property manager and the home owner who did not took care of multiple items for months...Got to a point that during Christmas we did not even have plumbing for a week. We met with the property manager at the walk through for the purpose of giving him the keys and He said to us...I am not responsible for the walk through..Your landlord is (it took us by surprise that he was meeting us for the walk through and he said not to at the end of showing him how clean the house was and we just left the place thinking that we will receive our security deposit)So we where waiting for it...Yes thousands of dollars...Then on day 28 after moving out the landlord surprised us with a claim on the security deposit for $2,678..REALLY?? and added all bunch of bills such as new kitchen appliances, new driveway pressure cleaning and driveway sealing 1K ...painted the whole house another 1K...I was lucky to meet Jerron from the Kelley & Grant Law firm at a class that they give in my local Board of Realtors...He was very nice from day one...End up deciding for them to represent me on process to get my money back...Cory and Jerron where very knowledgeable on this issues and much more....I received an email back yesterday letting me know that my check for the whole security deposit was waiting for me at their office...Well....Peace of mind when you hire the right people who are looking to do their work and be fair on their fee as well....STRONGLY RECOMMEND JERRON AND CORY FROM KELLEY & GRANT TO ANY ONE THAT OWNS REAL ESTATE TO SELL AND BUY OR ANY ONE THAT NEEDS REPRESENTATION ON THE LANDLORD SIDE.

All was smooth and timely less time consuming and efficient. Perfect for busy people that like straight forward business. I was prepared by the attorney for the Zoom hearing perfectly.
