Dont waste your time with these people. We went looking for a home in the Ft. Lauderdale area, and stumbled on this place. The owner Tyler, wasnt very helpful. We called them 2 weeks in advance to make an appointment with him to show us some properties. He was 45 minutes late for our appointment. He was also very rude, and did nothing but complain about other potential customers he showed houses to, claiming they did nothing but waste his time. We thanked him for his time, and found another realtor.

2022-03-29I contacted Tyler after I did a research about the top realtors specialize in investment properties in Fort Ladurdale.His name came up in few places, his reviews were great, so I set up a meeting with him.I was impressed with how easy and simple he made this entire process, this only shows how well experienced he is.He would always come on time, never late, very pleasant do deal with, easy to communicate with.A master of his trade would be the right way to describe his work.We thank and appreciate Tylor for his work and efforts to help us sell our investment property for top dollar.Highly recommend him to anyone I know, and will defiantly use him again if I ever do another deal in the area he works.

2021-10-12Tyler Tuchow worked with us on the sale of our condo. From the start Tyler was responsive, efficient and helpful.Whenever I called Tyler the vast majority of the time he picked up immediately. If he couldn’t pick him he would be quick to call back. If I emailed him he would always respond right away. Tyler understands that selling or buying a home can be stressful and he makes sure to respond promptly to assuage any concerns. He also has a unique ability to foresee any potential issues and fix them before they ever become an issue.Tyler is incredibly efficient at working through the process. He is always one step ahead and keeps the process moving quickly and smoothly.I also found that Tyler will go above and beyond what the average real estate agent would be expected to do. We were in a different state when Tyler quickly found a buyer for our condo. He personally moved all of our patio furniture out to our balconies (they were inside for hurricane season) to show our apartment and made sure everything was arranged perfectly. This is just one of many examples of how Tyler will go the extra mile.If you want to work with someone that will make the process as stress free and efficient as possible then work with Tyler. As an added benefit he also happens to be a really nice person.

When I started my search in early 2021 I didn’t know much about the market and we all fear what we don’t know.
