Kevin and his staff sold our first condo for us in Fort Myers. Then 1 1/2 hears later Kevin sold our townhouse for us. First showing - first day - are you kidding. He and Chad followed the transaction to the end. They were there for everything. Amazing follow thru and interview with perspective buyer. Kevin is professional, sharp, friendly and smart. Kevin and his assistant Chad make an excellent team. They are both personable and thorough and made my experience of purchasing a home fun and stress free as possible!. Keven found mistakes in listings and other information that I would not have found (very important!). If you are selling your home, he stages it for you. If you need numbers of movers, inspectors, insurance agents, city or tax info, he has them. He is familiar with builders, communities within miles, HOA fees/regulations and loan companies. He knows what to point out and what to think of when selling or buying and is always available to help. Chad had answers to my questions at his fingertips as well and assisted me with mortgage and insurance information. 2022-06-12This is Bill Bolin. My wife and I have used Kevin for one house purchase in Bonita Springs in 2019. Kevin then sold our house in Bonita Springs in 2021. We also used Kevin to buy a house in Naples in 2021. I am a 30 year plus business owner. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. Kevin is an old school worker. What I mean by that is Kevin will do absolutely anything to service his clients. Kevin has responded to my emails late into the evening and all of my text messages immediately. 2022-06-09There are simply not enough stars available to do this review justice. Kevin and Chad have continually gone above and beyond. We’ve owned three properties in SWFL since 2009. Kevin has played a crucial role in the purchase, rental and sale of our real estate. His advice has always been stellar as he knows the market extremely well as he is the rare SWFL native. His work ethic should be the gold standard. He has a moral compass that everyone should possess and is a devoted family man. We have even seen him assist the buyer/seller on the other side when it was clear their agent was not as knowledgeable. He is driven and detail oriented. Kevin and Chad are extremely hard working, which is reflected by their success. We are forever grateful to a retired realtor/friend who initially guided us to Kevin. 2020-12-05Kevin spent a great deal of time showing us properties over the course of several months (approx 6 months). We were 16 hours away during most of the search. I called, text and emailed a lot and Kevin always responded very quickly and never made me feel like I was bothering him at any time. My husband and I really appreciate Kevin and Chad, and all they did for us as we had a few opportunities to problem solve throughout this transaction, and together, we always found a solution.
