Dania and her team have managed two properties for us for multiple years. She will be my property manager for life. She is excellent. She has the skills to find tenants that have been thoroughly vetted and she knows the market well and gives great advice about appropriate rents and increases. And if there are difficulties with a tenant she has the confidence, experience and ability to step right in and get things resolved. If there were 6 stars to rate her, Id do so. You dont need to look any further.
We dont know what we would do without Dania! She has been managing our property for more than 10 years and I would not have anyone else manage our property. Dania has managed our property for 4 years. We couldnt have asked for a better property manager. She inspected the house carefully before we rent; she took pictures letting us know where to fix; she had tons of handyman connections that provide reasonable price to fix any issues; she quickly found the right tenant. Over the past 4 years, we only changed one tenant. She was also able to renew the contract and raise the price at the right time based on the research. She always respects our opinions and gives her expert insights. Her team truly provides hassle-free customer service and property management. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for professional property management, and doesnt like to deal with handymen, as her team take care of it very well.
It would be hard to contact them but once you can(busy I guess). He is so nice and helpful. We just rent a property with them and we LOVE it!
Key is the absolute best property management company out there. They managed my investment property for over 10 years and I never had any issues in all of that time. Everything was handled efficiently, professionally, and always with a smile! Literally never had to deal with anything and when something came up, I was contacted immediately, and if a repair was needed, I was given a few estimates and then received confirmation once the job was completed. SIMPLY FANTASTIC!!!!
Spectacular on all levels. There are cheaper but there are NONE BETTER. If you are looking for world class property managers who have what it takes then Dania and her team can be your one stop shop.Ask them for some references and sit back while client after client tells you their stories about how they saved the day over and over.I particularly love the special attention to detail and cost savings tips on repairs!I will definitely use again!
Absolute worst customer service Ive ever encountered. They do not return phone calls.They said the property that my mom rented was move in ready and livable, when in fact the living room had an active roof leak and no cold running water in the kitchen. The lawn was never even mowed and broken pavers laying around which are a hazard.I could go on and on, but how is it legal for this company to be operating this way?The only reason we continued on with them is to have my mom right next door, but I wouldnt do any business with them!! They should be shut down for the illegal and unethical way they do business.And yes, Althea was horrible to deal with as other review stated.Unbelievable that this company allowed to stay in business in this day and age in the United States.
What truly sets Dania and her team apart is the fact they genuinely care for their clients & tenants. She always picks up the phone, always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, and when unavoidable issues pop up she addresses them quickly - which most property management companies and/or their employees lack.

I have had Dania and Gus manage my properties for 5 years now. They have been excellent to get tenants and manage any situation that comes up. I am not a hands on type of person, so they make it easy to be a landlord. They are well worth their management fee!

Dania and Gus work intensively to find a place for my husband and I. We just came from Hurricane Maria and were looking for a place desperately. They found a perfect place for us, with everything that we needed. Near I-4, supermarket, doctors, hospital, etc. I will forever be grateful for their work and help. Never had any issue with them or the unit.
The worst experience I rented a house in August 2019 with a 12 month contract, the house was completely full of black mold. I informed Gus grana about the situation and only offered to cancel my contract. After a month of getting sick and starting to lose all my property, I decided to go to his office, where he got us rudely. I lost everything in my house, 4 sets of rooms, furniture, dining table, clothes, shoes, everything. Then they sent me a letter that I had to vacate the house on January 7, without answering anything, leaving me in the street with 3 small children. They are the worst, I just hope God punishes them for what they did to my family
Gustavo Grana is as shady as they come. This person is extremely rude and unprofessional I had a confirmation to visit a property almost 4+ hours away from where I currently live just for it to be canceled mid travel. This man made me spend time, gas, and money just to cancel my appointment. Do not do business with Key Real Estate & Property they are a time waste and unreliable.

We viewed and applied for a lovely property. Some one was approved before us, but Gus gave us a call and let us know so we werent just foforever waiting. Treated us really kindly. He responded to all our emails and phone calls promptly. I would highly recommend.
They never answer their phones. I called Gus Grana not less than 8 times for a listing, left voicemails, texted him on WhatsApp and sent him emails and he would NEVER response. Calling the office is not much more helpful. They seem like they don’t wanna talk to you. Very poor quality. Lost a AMAZING house for their lack for response in every possible way.

First of all weve been treated with no interest at all, as if they werent interested in selling, lack of customer service, and very rude attitude.When we lastly got an appointment to see the house we want, made plans to travel more than 3hours away, our appointment was cancelled less than half a day before, worst company Ive ever dealt for property management!

2021-11-25We would give 6 stars if possible. Interested readers should know, Dania and her team are superstar property managers. They have managed our single family home rental for the past several years and are pros in every aspect of their service. We work closely with Gus and have the utmost respect for his management skills, communication & style. In short, in our opinion there is no property management service that is better than Key Real Estate & Property Management...they are truly worth every penny!

From finding tenants, dispatching maintenance personnel, collecting payments and even providing hurricane updates for the area, her service is top notch. She communicates well and helps us make decisions regarding the property. There is definitely less worry knowing Dania and her team are working for us!

2020-08-25We sought out Key Property Management to manage a new rental home when the company managing our other properties delivered a progressively poor level of service. Dania and Gus were a breath of fresh air, making sound recommendations regarding how to maximize rent and performing stringent due diligence in screening tenants. When we had some issues related to the builders actions, Gus visited the property, surveyed the issue, and sent us photos along with his findings. Most important to us is Key Property Managements timely communication. As out of state owners, this aspect of their service is priority #1. As a result of Keys outstanding service, we are transitioning another property from the other property management company to them.

All Maintenence requests are always answered promptly, the communication is direct and responsive, and they do a great job maintaining the owners homes. 2018-05-08Dania Valentine has managed our property for six years and has never let us down. Shes handled projects big and small, including a roof replacement and the installation of central AC, coordinating with contractors and our tenants throughout. She has also found us tenants and done the leasing and re-leasing as necessary, always without any trouble for us. We live out of state, and it has been an ongoing comfort to know Dania will take care of whatever comes up. And her rates are more than reasonable, truly a bargain. Thank you!

It was the best experience, Dania was amazing during those years, dealing with the tenants and any issues that came up she was able to resolve them quickly, professionally. When we decided to sell, Dania was able to help us there also pointing us the right person for the job. Made everything involved with our property seemless and a great experience. 2018-05-08Dania and her team are fantastic and have managed my rental property for over five years.Dania first impressed me when I was a tenant in a property she managed in 2010, so she was the first person I thought of when I needed a property manager for my own house when I was moving out of state. She is always professional and detail-oriented.Dania has personally overseen several major projects on my house over the years including the installation of a new roof and HVAC system. She has a wide network of contractors and service providers at her fingertips, and Ive trusted her implicitly to make decisions in emergency situations (roof leaks, fallen trees, hurricane preparedness, etc.). She always keeps me in the loop with email updates, and follows-up until the crisis or project is complete.Ive been able to put my complete trust in her and her team to take care of my property and find great tenants year after year. In five years, we have not had a single month of vacancy, and not a single month of unpaid rent. I would highly recommend Dania and her team as property managers.
