This is a home for me.I and my family moved into this apartment some months ago and we love and still love everything about the apartment.we enjoy the amenities that come with the apartment. The leasing officers are always ready to help and answer all your questions with Courtesy.Brittany has been my go to person if I need to make enquiries about anything. The neighborhood is peaceful and calm.
I did not rent from Kitterman. The process was ridiculous, and the employee that was helping us was awful. She continuously told us things she was going to do, that she didnt. For example, she told us that she was going to walk through our potential apartment to determine if it were ready for us to actually see it. When we hadnt heard from her a week later, we went by the office again, and she said she didnt do it but was going to do it now. She was really bad at returning texts or phone messages, and we only found out there was a problem with our application, ten days after we turned it, when we came by the leasing office again. At that point, she said that my wifes income needed to be greater, so we showed her on our tax returns (which she already had) where my wifes income was, and she ran the numbers and said that would be fine and she would add it into our application. She never did that. To the point where, when we finally went in and told them to release the apartment, we were moving somewhere else, we received our official rejection email that our application was denied because of the supposed unverified income, which she had already told us was find once we pointed it out to her. I dont think this was done maliciously. I just think its a combination of laziness, poor training and incompetence. It will be interesting to see how quickly someone responds to this, since we had to go a week to a week-and-a-half without so much as the courtesy of a returned phone call. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a leasing agent who just doesnt know what shes doing (or care).
Im actually moving into Kitterman Woods this Friday May 27th. I have made several visits to the site and each time have been welcomed by Elizabeth and Heather with open arms. Their smiles extend Way Beyond their experience as soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. The process was effortless and minimal and I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with these two lovely ladies. As far as the accommodations from what Ive seen so far I couldnt be happier, two pools, 24 hour gym, media room nature trail around the property. And its in the close proximity to a decent nightlife and is very close to my job. Yes we all complain about the current rate hikes or the ongoing rental spikes but honestly this area has been lagging in real estate for the past decade. I think everybody knew in the long run that Port St Lucie was going to blow it to see eventually and unfortunately this is going to be the new Norm. I can see it going down maybe 10% but not much less.
Ive been living here for the pasts 5months i pay 2000 for a 2 bedroom which is already outrageous to me but aye everything going up. Im currently live on the 3rd floor which is above everyone. And they have spent little to less no money to sound proofing any of the units you hear everyone. In the hallways you hear everyone below. Im currently up at 12am and have work in the morning. Due to being awake cause people down stairs cant stop making noise. Between that this week 2 people moved in and moved out at 11pm at night. Im so over it and never had problems with noise with any apartment but here. To add on top of that they have little to not parking space being third floor nost of the time i have to park way away from the complex for no parking.
Been living here for 6 years Its a good place to live in but Im moving out in 3 month because of the $500 price hike on rent. $1,300 was pushing it but $1,800 thats the straw that broke the camels back for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom thats outrageous!!!! we are not in New York where space is not limitedUpdate Ill talk to the apartment manager now my rent is $1450. For the first time in 6 years Im starting to having a roach problem which is weird I dont even cook at home I eat at work my stove been unplugged more than a year to save electricity and yet I have a roach problem
My husband and I were in the process of buying a house, however we had to wait three months before we could actually move into our new home, so I called around endlessly looking for a place to be able to rent for three months until we were able to move in to our home, unfortunately I was unable to find a place that would only do a 3 Month lease, until I called Kitterman Woods and I spoke with Britney who assisted my husband and I with getting an apartment for the 3 months we required. Brittney and the staff at Kitterman Woods were all amazing, they were professional, friendly, kind, understanding and reliable! Also our apartment was great, The maintenance crew continues to stay on top of the upkeep of the apartments plus the property is well maintained, also all the neighbors were friendly! All around it was just a good place to stay at, and we’re grateful that we got to stay there for the time we did. -Jesse Doss🙋🏼♀️
When my family and I first moved in everything was going smoothly 3 bdrm with a storage we paid extra for. I didnt like was the fact all of our stuff we decided to put into our storage room was ruined . I mean mold on EVERYTHING!! I figured since they charge us rent and we have to pay for insurance as well , they would invade and help us out . Only to find out they started putting the blame on my family of why theres mold in the storage room . Later on , my case was denied by the insurance. Furthermore, mold started to grow all in my bedroom on my clothes inside my dresser at this point its all over the entire house . Again , they put the blame on me and my family. And all they did was come in paint over the mold and told us to not open the window. At that point I was over the place . I will never recommend this place to no one not even my worse enemy.
To whoever is looking at this facility. The staff is amazing, as well as the maintenance and groundskeepers, they do their job at their best. However, due to the recent price hike to over 2,000 a month and pricing us all out of our very means of living, can not recomend this place. These units are well maintained but not worth over 2,000 dollars for resigning.1200 to 1500 a month is reasonable and downright acceptable, but when the monthly fee is 2,000 to 2,4000 a month, there has to be a line. No one with a average income can afford this.Management needs to seriously reconsider this price hike, because all its doing is pushing low to middle income people out on the street. These apartments are great but not worth over 2,000 a month.Shame on management for doing this.
This is absolutely the worst apartment experience I have ever had. Not even close. Things started out decent then quickly went downhill. The Staff and front office are absolutely rude and do not care about the tenants. The property manager is completely rude, she is RUDE. The maintenance men are no help whatsoever. The walls are infested with bugs and all kinds of roaches. And when they are made aware, they do nothing. Nothing is maintained, and again the staff as a whole are completely rude. this apartment complex is disgusting. I’ve never had a worse experience. will never ever deal with them again.
I love my apartment and the community here. The neighbors are friendly. Maintenance works hard. The new groundskeeper has been doing an excellent job keeping the stations stocked and dog poop picked up. The office staff is wonderful. They have really helped out during this crazy time. I love that they do monthly events and raffles. Thank you Rakeem, Penny and Elizabeth you guys have really made the community feel like home
We lived here for two years, and as one of my ten-or-so renting experiences, it was the best. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Lovely well kept pool. Dog park and recreation facilities. The apartments are in good condition, roomy, and well priced for the area. And the walls are thick. No being annoyed by neighbor noise. The landlord employees are all kind and will make an effort to work with you, and I have never had problems resolved so quickly.Stuff breaks, that’s life. But they will have it repaired professionally and quickly without giving you the run around and excuses. We just bought our first home and I legitimately felt kind of sad to leave Kitterman. I miss seeing that lake in the morning.5 out of 5, would rent again.
My experience at Kitterman has been one of a kind. Elizabeth is literally the most calming person to talk to and when she is taking care of something for you, you feel like youre in good hands. If she doesnt have an answer, shell get one. Melody is also a great woman to deal with. She always does whatever she can to leave you feeling like youre home here. You would think I call them with issues all the time because why else would I think so highly of them, right? WRONG! I call a lot for dumb stuff like, what is a parcel box? and has anyone turned in my keys? I have had minimal problems with Kitterman Woods and applaud their attentiveness to their residents. This is a great place to call home.
Me and my wife and two kids moved in here about a week ago, we actually liked it. We had a 7 month lease we wanted to change it to 12mo they told us straight up NO its an extra $500 a month for a 7-month please we werent sure if we are going to stay for the whole seven because were in the process of buying a house so we decided well give it a year to buy a house we ask them to switch it not a WEEK into our lease and they said no! I do not recommend renting from this place!!! if you read the reviews youll find most of all the problems have to do with maintenance, bugs and money issues where the complex is ripping people off of there security deposit and if you watch every one of their responses they act like its everyone elses fault they take no responsibility for nothing.
Home away from home. Its been two months since we moved in and we are happy we chose Kitterman Woods. I love everything about this place. The apartment is spacious, airy & clean and the scenery is beautiful. But most of all the team here is what makes living here so good. Everyone we’ve come across always ready to help and goes out of their way to makes you feel welcome and at home. From the property manager Penny to the maintanance team Kevin and Frankie. And of course the leasing agent Elizabeth, she is just awesome! Feels like we’ve truly found a home, away from home.
DO NOT RENT HERE AT ALL.First of all, they have an extreme bug issue. Since your in the swamps there’s all type of bugs outside your door & they would always make there way into your apartment as well.Second I moved out one month early because I had a new born child and didn’t think that type of environment was good for her. The excessive bugs was something we didn’t want her around. We left on good terms & returned the keys. The complex had my forwarding address and my phone number. Management called me to dropped off the keys which we did. When I dropped the keys off they NEVER stated we owed them money. I was under assumption everything was fine.A year later they throw me into collections without a word. They should have attempted to reach out to me but NEVER did to pay my remaining balance.I think what they did was completely sneaky, disgusting and money hungry. These apartments are FAR from luxury and just average and not worth the price you pay. Please find somewhere else to live, this place was one of the worst choices I ever made.EDIT: they said they have no record of me staying there because I wrote the review using my middle name. Trust me I wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review if I never even stayed in the apartments.
I have lived here nearly two years. This is my second time leasing here. From the office staff to maintenance, I have never had any issue. Maintenance has been always prompt and professional. From a leaking toilet to a brand new washer and dryer. Thank you Kitterman Woods for making this a great place to call home.
I’ve lived at Kitterman Woods for almost two years now. By far the best community I have ever lived in. The office staff are always so helpful and friendly. Penny and Rakeem have been there since I moved in. They make a great team! They do monthly events like Drive by bingo and holiday parties. The grounds are very well maintained. The apartments are spacious and well built. What attracted me to Kitterman was the fact that they have the impact windows and doors and rated up to a cat 4 hurricane. I love that I didn’t loose any power during the last hurricane and no flooding. I see that people write nasty reviews but I will definitely recommend Kitterman to anyone who is looking. Thank you Kitterman staff for making my living experience amazing!
My boyfriend and I were tenants with you guys for 13 months and we loved the apartment ! It was beautiful it had a view of the lake, nice size kitchen, and outdoor basketball court. We have never been late for rent . We love the staff and we had a few run ins with maintenance. All positive things, however, our deposit was taken from us entirely. We were charged an cleaning fee and a carpet fee which we cleaned prior to leaving the apartment. We felt offended that such great tenants we were to be treated such a way. We will not be referring your homes due to your lack of acknowledgment. I hope you guys show more compassion and appreciation for your tenants in the future. Happy holidays!!!
I’ve been having a hard time being able to park in front of my building. Thank you for cracking down on nonresidents parking where they should not. I had no problem parking last night when I came home late from work.I know how hard it is to please everyone and I appreciate the work you are doing to make Kitterman a better place. God Bless.
This community, the management and maintenance is awesome. I have lived here five years and have survived the storm of Matthew and also Irma while living here and Kitterman has really made me feel safe during these storms. The foundation of the buildings is well built; the landscaping is always beautiful and the staff members are always friendly. I recommend this community to single ladies, who are looking for safe places to live; as well as families who are in search of a nice and welcoming community for their children. Im really impressed with Kitterman and Im proud to call this place home.
We relocated from New York in December the staff has been nothing but amazing to us and our dog. We have a great view of the fountain and love our home. We had only planned to stay for a short time but now will be signing a long term lease. I have seen some other reviews that do not match my experience at Kitterman Woods. We would definitely recommend.
Overall, this is a fairly mediocre apartment complex. That being said, you pay too much for what you get.-Substandard amenities-People drive with their trash bags on the hood of their car to take it to the compactor-The grounds are not maintained well and there is a raccoon that hangs out at the pool (we’ve reported it and Kitterman Woods seems to be entirely unbothered)-We fought for an entire year for the apartment complex to fix our air conditioning system that started malfunctioning 2 weeks after move in. They fixed it a month before we moved outWhile Rakeem (Asst. Property Manager) and Wendy (Property Manager) are lovely to speak to, neither care at all about you or if your apartment is meeting expectations. They will likely not followup with you if its a conversation they’re disinterested in having and they do not consider your air conditioning completely breaking mid Florida summer a “maintenance emergency”. So, have fun sleeping in a 90 degree apartment until someone finally bothers to help you.Do not move here if you have any reasonable expectations of your quality of life or if you do not want to be awoken by dogs howling at 5am on Saturday morning.-Dusty old apartments where base boards are broken, cabinet paint peeling and a staff who is good at smiling at you but not actually helping.
It was pretty good to live here for the year that I did. The office staff was awesome. The 2-star review is just because they gouge you HARD on the deposit. Just expect you aren’t getting it back even if you’re clean and don’t damage anything. Of my $1300 deposit I got like $60 back and we cleaned and didn’t damage anything. On top of that, the bug problem is constant and doesn’t go away. This is a problem with a lot of Florida, but when you come out and turn the lights on in the middle of the night you’ll see dozens of bugs scurry to their hidey-holes.
The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Trust my review people I’m very picky. The staff is great they are very nice people and always willing to talk if you need to. Hats off to penny for managing her team so well. The one and only thing I’m not a fan of is the fact that there is only one trash compactor/ area in the whole community . If you’re like me and live at the whole other end of the complex it’s a pain. Other than that great job guys! Thank you for making my almost 3 years here very enjoyable
This place advertises as being pet friendly, and it certainly is. I have lived here for several months with my dog. Most of the dogs here seem like they have been rejected from every other apartment complex, as I have experienced and seen dogs acting extremely aggressively toward other dogs and sometimes people and children. The typical dog is a pit bull mix being handled by a person that does not know the first thing about controlling their dog on a leash. But, Im not trying to pick on pit bulls (they can be great dogs); there are aggressive Labradors, aggressive dachshunds, aggressive chihuahuas, and even a few aggressive German shepherds around here. The residents allow their dogs to defecate on the grass, sidewalks, and walkways. A typical stroll round the lake involves avoiding dozens of dog piles ranging from freshly-laid-still-steaming, to has-been-baking-in-the-sun-for-weeks. There are abundant dog pick-up stations that are always stocked with plastic bags, and despite that, you will even see multiple piles of dog feces next to these stations. This is absolutely disgusting and the neighbors could care less. The management could care less about their grounds being a cesspool of dog filth, as well. I have spoken with lots of discontent neighbors that have had fruitless conversations with management about the problem of dog piles. The typical excuses from management are that (1) they are short staffed, (2) they are dealing with the problem, (3) for me to report neighbors, and (4) that they are aware of and handling the situation. In reality, they dont care. They also have no recycling. Managements response (for years) is and has been we are thinking about getting recycling. They have been thinking about it for years and have no intention of getting recycling. These negatives are a shame, because the apartments are fantastic, quiet, and the lake (a converted retention pond) is beautiful--this is why I give 2 stars instead of 1. The management and disrespectful residents ruin the experience. I will be moving out when my lease expires.
Our family moved into Kitterman about a month ago. Though we are new to Kitterman, we are not new to Apartment living. That said, Kitterman has been excellent so far. The office and maintenance staff have been responsive and friendly. The apartment layout is excellent - spacious and comfortable. We do hear a little bit of noise from the neighbors upstairs - but it is very little and mostly chairs moving on tiled floors. We did our research in the general area before deciding on Kitterman. So far, it appears we made an excellent selection. :)
We moved into Kitterman early this June 2018, and my husband and I LOVE it here. We were scared because of all the reviews we read. Some said that there were homeless people everywhere false, that there was poops everywhere false and that the place was run down, none of that is true. We were so relieved lol. The walls are thick, the place is big and the staff at the club house they are so nice. This is a pet place so if you dont like that, do your research. Beware of false reviews trying to tear down other places posted by other Apartments. Good luck in your hunt.
I moved into Kitterman Woods in April and never once regretted it! The staff is welcoming and professional, the neighbors are friendly, the grounds are maintained perfectly, and they love dogs! The layout of the apartments is excellent and my view of the Savannas is delightful! I feel safe walking my dogs at night and it is a place to live that I would recommend to anyone.
If youre looking for a quite place to live, this is not it. Ive lived here for several months and the amount of barking I hear during all hours of the day are unpleasant. The reason I moved from my last place was to get away from the noise and I ended up with the same issue. But its a nice affordable apartment and the community is well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and any issues are solved almost immediately.
I want to love it here. I really do. Kitterman Woods kept us safe, and with electricity, through Hurricane Matthew. The pools and landscaping are beautiful. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately though, there are two major flaws that are making me consider whether or not I want to renew my lease. First, the parking. There is NO ASSIGNED PARKING. Should you happen to be someone that gets home late, you literally have to park 3 to 5 units away from your home., which is a jaunt because the units are large and no fun as a woman walking in the dark. When I asked management about assigned parking, they said it wasnt going to happen and tried to upsale me a garage unit for $100+ a month. Second is the dumpster. The trash gets piled so high outside of it that you literally have to climb your way through. Its absolutely disgusting. Why are there not more dumpsters? Im really hoping these issues get addressed.
I’m sure we looked at every available apartment complex in Port Saint Lucie and even some in Fort Pierce. We chose Kitterman Woods for many reasons. Located a short distance off the 1, we are just minutes away from Stuart and Fort Pierce. The location is very convenient. The cost to move in was very reasonable. Every apartment included a washer and dryer at no extra charge. I am a member of Planet Fitness and I enjoy good food and a nice happy hour. Planet Fitness and the popular Draft House along with a few other restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance from the community. The icing on the cake was that Kitterman Woods was built around a beautiful lake which contains two beautiful active fountains. It gives the community character you won’t find in others. We like to spend time on our patio. Overlooking a parking lot or looking at other neighbors was not going to work for us. Whether you choose a lake view or not, you won’t be disappointed. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that Kitterman Woods had no breed, size or weight restrictions on dogs. Unfortunately, we had lost our Akita a few months ago. I know she would have loved it here. It made me recall our experience when we first moved to the state in 2011. We ended up moving in with a friend because as soon as we mentioned Akita we were turned away. It was refreshing to see a community that was diverse and open minded. They don’t assume all dogs in a specific breed are bad. They will meet your dog and consider them individually without prejudice. It’s nice to know that if the time comes and we are ready, we can choose the dog we want with out worrying about the size or breed. We have lived in the community for a little over 2 months. We know the office and maintenance staff by first name. They are all great people. We have had a couple minor issues that were addressed in a timely manner. The community is very well maintained. If you didn’t actually see people walking them, you would probably not know there were dogs in the neighborhood. We rarely hear a dog bark. We have no regrets and there is no doubt that Kitterman Woods was the best choice. I could sit on my patio, look at the fountain, and watch the birds and other wildlife for hours.
Dont ever rent here. Those people are rapacious and dishonest. If they could charge for the air we breathe in they would. Their lease is One of the highest rate in the area but the place is infested with cockraches crawling from one apartment to another. It would take weeks before they send someone to cover up a leaking pipe from the ceiling instead of repairing it. They charge $25 per month for garbage and yet theres no way to dispose of your broken furnitures. You have to keep them in that scaled-down apartment where your children can hurt themselves.
Was a nice place to live but... Dont ever expect a security deposit back. They definitely take advantage of the system.Always paid bills on time and I didnt have pets or anything that couldve ruined carpets even cleaned before I left and I get hit with $300 carpet replacement and $150 cleaning fee with some random $100 final water bill. Not cool.
The community is pretty. Its in a convenient location. However, its not worth it. We paid $1200 a month for a one bedroom (which is really expensive). Read through the lease THOROUGHLY. It mentions a $100 late fee past 3 days, which I seen. We paid early every month we lived there, except for that once and we got a 3-day notice on the door. I had most of the money and tried to see if I could pay the rest three days after. Nope. Managments exact words, Its all or nothing. proceeded by even if you pay most of it and promise to pay the rest in a few days were still going to file an eviction. That blew my mind! Never have I had a landlord that was that sh*tty to me when times got rough. We sunk alot of money into these Luxury Apartments just for our deposit to be taken away and now theyre charging an extra $1240 because we didnt give sufficient notice. Not to mention, we had to reclean several parts of the apartment after they had professional cleaning service come in, we had a knat problem the whole time we were there, and after several, SEVERAL times of me saying not to let maintenance in my apartment when Im gone and me setting times for them to come over (because I have pets) there were times where Id come home and they were walking out of my apartment. Id also like to add, they have no security for their pool areas. Every holiday weekend thered be random people drinking and taking over the pool and then itd be shut down for 2-3 days for maintenance. In summary, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are cheaper places near by, that Im sure have less greedy management.
Worst apartment complex in Port St. Lucie. Thieves when it comes to security deposit and over charge for pets and rent. At first glance the place seems ok and the staff will act super nice initially but then you find out they do not care about their tenants at all. I see we are not the only good residents who always paid on time and had no damages, cleaned the apartment for 3 hours and still were robbed of our security deposit.
Still currently staying here the amount of ants in these apartments are quite insane. I have the bug guy spray every Tuesday and still ants everywhere I look. Rust in my dishwasher. Rust in my washing machine and rust in my dryer. Asked for new appliances, and they refuse to accomadate me. Said they repaired my rusty 15 year old dryer with white spray paint. My clothes are ripping and white clothes come out with orange flakes. My fridge is warped and is sitting sideways. The staff no matter how many times i ask and plead they will not accomadate me . would be a nicer place to live if the staff actually listened to the tenants my dryer doesnt even have a door handle.
Moved in end Nov early Dec. Have been out of town most of that time,, til recently. Finally settling in and I find a roach,,, today I find 5. Call office. They say I have to wait a weekI feel you call and someone should come,,, not wait a week!!!!Then was told well you live on first floor. Are they kidding. The most ignorant statement ever Guess they think roaches only go to first floorGuess they think that’s as far as they can crawl ... One roach means there’s more.I won’t even have my new furniture delivered til I know this place is not infestedI have MS and really don’t want to have to be breathing in this pest control stuff when they do showBEWARE
My family and I lived here for a year and there was 3 water leaks in our apartment. The 3rd and final leak was by far the worst!!!! It happened in August and water was pouring from my bathroom air vent. It is now the middle of January and both my children have been in and out of the hospital, missed tons of school due to being sick. You can see the discoloration in the ceiling and whenever the air is on you can smell this god awful stench. Ive mentioned it to the office about mold and they continue to tell me theres no mold, on top of refusing to fix it. One spot in my kitchen smells horrible like standing dirty water as well. They complain and put notices on everyones door for stupid stuff yet they refuse to do anything to fix it. Residents have suggested speed bumps due to excessive speeding in the complex and they would rather spend money on benches. Ive had to put my children out of harms way MULTIPLE times due to people speeding. Im happy they did what they could to get my family into an apartment last minute and I greatly appreciate that, but bottom line is I refuse to rent here again AND I refuse to tell friends and family to look here for a home.PS: Super pet friendly with all breeds which is great, yet youll run into the ignorance of people with their animals that let them crap all over the grass and REFUSE to pick it up when you have a waste basket for that every building. LAZINESS.
After hurricane Matthew I thanked God I live here! Im from NY been here 7 yrs and live here at Kitterman for 5. I was nervous about the news reports and didnt know if I should leave the area or stick it out.Well I made the right decision. I locked up the apt. And went to bed. It was so soundproof that I never heard the wind, rain, etc. The power never went out! I woke up the next morning and all was well.Thank you Kitterman Woods for making me really feel safe in a time of crisis! Well made, well Built! Safe place to call Home!
WARNING: This place is a total disaster, Please stay away. I still live here and soon as my job transfers me back to Orlando I am gone. They call this luxury apartments, this is more like section 8 housing. Luxury apartments do not look like this dump. The management here is grade F for failures. a new born baby could run this place better. The maintenance staff complain to residents constantly about this dump. When residents complain to maintenance staff about any issues, they are told they cant do anything about it and are not allowed to even report it. I live across from the one of the two pools on site, I have witnessed people in the pool after midnight as late as 4 in the morning and have reported this and no one does anything about it.This place is section 8 housing disguised as luxury apartments. Do not waste your money here. I pay over $1,200.00 a month to live in a dump. I have lived in true luxury plenty of times and this is by far not luxury. RUN, RUN RUN RUN!P.S. No need for you to respond to this. I have already been in contact with Contravest and they forwarded my email when I asked them not to. You cant defend yourselves from every comment on here. Quit asking people to come in and talk to you, Maybe we do not want to look at your fake faces, because that is exactly what is in that office, FAKE PEOPLE. Lets not forget to mention, When people show their faces that puts a name and face together and then you can have all the pull over these people and go after them for every little thing. Best thing to do is fix the problems everyone is complaining about, shut up and do your jobs. Piss poor management and I will continue to say it until the day I leave this dump. I have clearly heard from a few other residents of this place that they knew people who lived here who were not allowed to renew their leases after making several complaints. This is exactly why I will not come meet you face to face. If my job does not allow my transfer I have to renew my lease, so you wont pull a fast one on me, but rest assured the day I leave you will know my face when I hand over the keys.
Over priced, Like the Rolland feller said, Section 8 housing.I inquired about living here, I went on a small tour and was turned off soon as I entered the apartment. Luxury apartments with basic appliances? They have to be the cheapest appliances you can purchase. I will not waste my money on junk. Only thing that looks good here is the woman I seen walking her pretty pit bull.I went to Bella Vista down the road at Savannah Club Drive and US1.Great place for the buckaroo.
I lived there for a year. there were things I loved about the place, like the layout of my 2 bedroom appartment, the beautiful grounds, as well as it being pet friendly or more important large dag friendly. BUT the class of people living along side of me was horrible, and for the money I was paying I would not have expected that. Many LARGE families in tiny 2 or 3 bedroom apts. No parking! Mostly at night, but none the less parking was a CONSTANT ISSUE. In the one year I was there I saw the quality of people go down, police in and out, cars kept getting broken into, and I could not wait for my lease to end.
Its definitely a great place to live been living here about 4-5 years great place to live clean great maintenance and beautiful outdoors and it has been a great home to live in for some time it will be hard for me and my family to move on to a new place but at some point we will also the bad part lots of people move out so often now its like every month someone moves out and someone moves in its annoying to hear them clean up the apartments but overall great place bc i cant do nothing about my complaint bc they legally have to do it but i love this apartment complex great housing definetly worth it 🙂
Apartments look pretty on the outside but dont let that fool you like it fooled me. The family living above me had NINE people living in the apartment! Also it is a great place to live if you have PITBULLS and want your kids playing near them. I also heard they have started taking section 8 residents/
I absolutely love kitterman woods. Not going to lie, i was very skeptical at first, but i decided to bite the bullet and go on a tour of the complex. I went and I did not regret my decision. This is by far the best place in this area and they have great prices as well. They have same call day maintenance service.I am absolutely in love with kitterman woods and i do not regret my choice.
We ,moved a year ago already. Our baby took her first steps near this beautiful lake .Our neighbors are the friendliest we have had.But for sure what we like the most about this condo is the ir maintenance team and how friendly they are .Calvin and Frankie are always available for anything you need in your apartment. They are a very hard working team so friendly and helpful in everything you need .They are going to help you to maintain your apartment always looking like new.

2022-05-27I moved in a few months ago and the whole process was easy and smooth. Heather in the office was great and made me feel at home! the apartments are clean and well maintained around the complex. i read through the reviews and some were mentioning the price of the apartment being high. well everywhere is high, so Kitterman should not be blamed or penalized for our cost of living. I had an issue with a noisy neighbor and they immediately rectified the situation and haven’t had an issue since! In addition, i read someone mentioning they had mold… never had any issue with anything of this nature and these windows are so thick and well insulated my Ac unit rarely needs to kick on ! if people have mold it’s likely because they don’t put their air cold enough. to keep the humidity level low enough to keep the mold from forming you must keep your house temperature regular. They are very proactive and I appreciate the office staff for what they do! I would recommend Kitterman to my family and friends!

2022-05-31I have lived at Kitterman Woods for six (6) years and I am about to resign my lease for another year. I feel like I am living in the country but have quick access to restaurants and supermarkets. The entire staff in the office and the maintenance guys are top notch. If you have an issue, whether small or large, they will take care of it in a timely manner. I would recommend Kitterman Woods to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

2022-06-06Our maintenance crew, Russel, is spot on. Ive never had to wait more than 48hr for basic stuff. Anything bigger, hes on it right away. The leasing agents, Heather & Brittany are too notch. They were able to work it out with options to lease. We have a beautiful view of the pond and fountain. Tons of wildlife. I hope we can be able to release in February

2022-05-21I am a newer resident here and there is always parking and available guest parking! Russell, the maintenance supervisor, and his guys have amazing response time to work orders which is wonderful! He is always friendly and really gets to know residents. The interior of the apartments is nice and provides comfortable living for any individual. Overall, I am pleased with my experience at Kitterman Woods!

2022-05-29I have been living here for over 2 yrs now, from day one the staff has provided excellent customer service. My first contact here was Elizabeth in the front office, she has always been very helpful and informative and always has a smile on her face! The people that work here clearly care about there residents and property. Whenever I have to call maintenance, they are always on top of things, and when I see Russell he always ask if everything is okay with the apartment and if I need anything to let him know. The rent prices are up everywhere, theres not much we can do about that, however I rather live somewhere , where the staff will do all they can to make your living here an exceptional experience. I was worried about apartment living when I first came here with my pup but the staff here has helped me make Kitterman my home! Its very pet friendly and they have a large dog park , for anyone finding a hard time to find a place to accept their pets, I recommend checking KITTERMAN out. Much thanks to the staff !

2022-06-22Russel came in today to fix a few things. He was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. I found a bit of comfort in the priority that was placed on getting to our requests in a timely manner. Brittany (our leasing agent) has been very kind from day one. I am enjoying our new place very much and am very pleased with the amenities and staff we have at our disposal. Blessed to have found a wonderful place to call home.

2022-05-30I am a proud tenant of Kitterman Woods Apartments. The excellence and experience that I’ve received since I moved in to this luxury community has been my greatest accomplishments by Russell the Maintenance Supervisor and his well knowledgeable team. Whatever I need correcting in my apartment, Russell will make sure his team correct/fix the minor issue. I’m super proud to be a tenant.

2022-05-26Kitterman woods is the most beautiful place in Port St Lucie. The staff are very professional and helpful in any questions or concerns you may have. The Maintenance team are a group of mens that are very knowledgeable and make repairs in a timely manner. A shout out to Brittany as she was very caring in my personal situation in assisting me in a quick approval to move in. Just a peace of mind.
