2020-05-22Came to John for help flipping an investment commercial property. Wanted the cash to invest in a new opportunity quickly. John was able to come out, go over all the details, make improvement suggestions to help market the asset / get more $$. The whole process took about three months. I got very close to my asking price. My employees kept their jobs, I’m happy. Highly recommend.
