Kyle is the best realtor in town, I swear. He helped me find and sell a new place while my old one was all going down at once. Kyle knows how to get things done fast when it matters most, so hes probably your go-to guy if youre looking for something quick! When it comes to this business (or any other), Im usually pretty easy on giving out 4 stars since nothing can be completely perfect but 5/5 are reserved only for those who really deserve them - that being said... This man deserves every star of his rating with flying colors!!!
Great Realtor knowledgeable and friendly, it was my first time purchasing a property and I had a lot of questions. Kyle took the time to answer them all and any he didnt know he found the information quickly, always picked up the phone at all times and replied quickly very responsive.Hard worker, he is someone you want on your team if you are new to the home buying process.

Kyle Kleinman sold our inventories of new developments. Most of our sales were through his database. Kyle is knowledgeable, resourceful in the industry and is honest which goes a long way as realtors are often not dependable, Kyle changed that outlook for us and I hope he remains that way.

I consider Kyle as one of my cabinet members, the secretary of Real Estate. He’s been the realtor who’s helped me and my referrals since he was working with his previous mom and pop shop brokers. 2022-05-25Kyle͏ and I go back many years and my family has always counted on him and his services in real estate. We have purchased multiple homes with Kyle and he has never let us down. We appreciate the effort he puts in, never pressuring us to buy anything we are not comfortable with and always giving us multiple options to choose from. I can tell you that Kyle is someone who will always ensure we get the best deal and has great connections to lenders, inspectors, and appraisers who are knowledgeable, quick and efficient in getting the deals done and closing on time. 2021-12-22I recommend Mr. Kyle Kleinman in South Florida for real estate. He helped me purchase and sell investment properties, hes also an expert on all things related to houses! I dont like recommending people but this time around it was a no brainer; there are not enough adjectives strong enough or elegant phrases deep enough how much of an excellent job he did helping us out with our situation. He walked us through the entire process and gave us solid advice on the properties we looked at, as well as those we ended up putting offers on. He even prevented us from getting into a less than favorable situation with our lender... which made us really glad he was on our side!
