2022-07-21As a transplant from MA, I had been aware of Lamacchia Realty for many years given their size in the local market. When my company decided to relocate me, I was referred to Amie through work colleagues. Very quickly Amie was able to ascertain what it was we were looking for, only showed us homes that would be appropriate for us and was always very responsive. More importantly, Amie navigated us through a very difficult closing process and was a tenacious advocate for us throughout all of the issues while be communicative, available and a calm presence. For that, I am grateful. I work in a tangential industry and in my position I am responsible for sales and market growth. I would be very pleased to have professionals like Amie on my team.

2021-09-12Working with Lisa was an absolute pleasure. She helped us find our dream home even though inventory is scarce. She worked with the sellers broker tirelessly to ensure we would get the house, even though they had multiple and better offers on the table. She was relentless in making sure we got the house, especially since she brokered our best friends home across the street. I don’t think many brokers would have been able to pull that off given the circumstances. She’s extremely communicative and beyond helpful throughout the entire process and then some. Thank you Lisa!

2021-03-31Lisa is a great realtor. She really care about us. She listened to us about what we were looking for and definitely met the criteria.once the most important importante skills she has is that she replay back to you either via e-Mail, txt or via phone call. I will say that for me, the communication skills are imperative, and she has it. In addition, she is never in a rush. She dedicates time to us and update you in how the process of buying going.
