We love living at Lantower. We’ve been here for a little over a year and we are so pleased. They do their very best to make sure you feel at home while also being an active community member. They take the feedback and concerns of their community members very seriously to incite change where it is needed. We are grateful for the entire Lantower Team but we especially love Maggie. She always greets us with a smile and knows us by name!
Ive been a resident here for almost a year and I will definitely renew my lease because this is the best place I ever rented. Great place to enjoy tranquility. Office staff are kind and professional and any issue with service maintenance they take it with priority. Love Lantower Westshore Apts.I already renewed my lease and I want to take the opportunity to recognize how kind and professional Maggie Carlson is, you go in that office and she always has a bright smile and always available to help us and thats what is called good tenant service, that with her attention, they make you feel welcome and she is really good with that. I am more than grateful with Lantower Westshore and special with her. Thanks for having her there.

Ive been a resident of Lantower for about 8 months, Ive lived in the city of Tampa for about 5 years. As I graduate of the University of Tampa Ive visited countless complexes in both the Westshore, South Howard, and the downtown Tampa area. Lantower is a hidden gem with the quality you receive for the price.For the price of the complex, Lantower has some of the nicer amenities in Tampa. The pool is warm and constantly cleaned. The pool area is big enough and friendly for both family gathering or causal socialization with friends. The gym is two floors and although I do not frequently use it, is clean and well kept. The study center has new mac desktop computers and a great place to do work. The staff is very warm and welcoming. They are constantly getting the community involved by inviting local food trucks to come and have socials for the residents.Overall, Lantower is a very nice place to live at. Located very close to the airport, international mall, ten minutes from downtown and very close to the bridges that connect to Clearwater and St. Pete.
Wonderful complex! Staff are caring and kind. The ammenties this place has to offer are top notch. The pool is wonderful for families and couples with young children. The gym is state of the art. Tons of new equipment. And the study lounge is absolutely amazing. The tenants are respectful of the other tenants and the staff responds efficiently and in a timely manner to the complaints of the tenants. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to live in an beautiful apartment near the best mall in Tampa along with some of the best dining Tampa has to offer!
I just recently moved into Lantower and it was a relief to be able to transition to Tampa so easily. I have to thank the staff in the leasing office, they were so friendly and attentive and gave me great suggestions on where to go nearby to enjoy dinner. The hallways and parking lot are are always clean and I was so relieved to see how beautiful the pool is in person, the gym is insane! So. Many. Machines. I love living here!
I was referred here by a friend and it was the best decision I ever made. I was here for a year and a half and I didn’t really want to leave. The only reason I had to leave was because I got a better job opportunity in another state. Lantower was perfect. My wife also agrees with me. Everyone at the front desk is super friendly. The maintenance guys are also quick to arrive and fix any issues. The location was the best. It’s really close to the two malls in the area, grocery stores and the airport. The apartments have high quality appliances. When we moved here, everything looked brand new and it was in working condition. We didn’t really have any complaints. It’s a great place to live. Would highly recommend!!
I have been living here for around 6 months. This is place is great but the staff (Jamie and team) is overstanding. They always have been very helpful with any request since day one. I felt in love of our 2 strories apartment, its always a surprise for our guests.My partner and I work from home and we can just work from the interior patio or the business center. I travel for business very often and Tampa Int Airport is literally 3 minutes away. We also have FoodTruck nights almost every week. The pool, gathering room and GYM are top notch facilities. Definitively there’s no better place to call home…
Definitely the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The property itself and every amenity is very upscale. The staff is super accommodating. When I had to leave unexpectedly last week, they have a service I was able to utilize to walk my dog for me. Place is great, people our great , very thankful for all the help last week!!!
I feel so lucky to move to Tampa and live in Lantower westshore! Currently, I have been living in this apartment for about 10 months and I am very satisfied with all the experiences so far. Friendly staff, fast maintenance service (this was really impressive), thorough facility management, everything is satisfactory. And when I saw all the facilities in person, they were better than the pictures on the website.What is particularly impressive to me is the kindness of staff including Maggie and Evelyn. Also, Joshua, who helps apartment maintenance, is so nice and helps even small things so quickly. In particular, meeting Evelyn was the big reason in choosing this house as my first house. A year ago, because of COVID, I had to do a home tour remotely from another country. At that time, Evelyn was so active to help me than any other apartment staff and relieved my confusion with a quick and clear answer. She helped me a lot to settle in Tampa *_*While actually living here, Lantower provides the same kindness and clear service as the first time, and I am so grateful this. Willing to continue to live here!
LOTS of AirBNB guests as this is very close to the airport. Grill at the pool has not worked since last year. Pool is never heated and is questionably saltwater. Frequent dead cockroaches in the hallways as well as an overwhelming amount of sewer flies in the hallways and apartments. No parking and available parking is all reserved. Hidden fees they will not tell you about on the tour. Live somewhere else, this is a hotel.
I am a current resident here at lantower Westshore and I will have to say that my experience here has been phenomenal! From the food trucks, the social gatherings, the amenities, the residents and the staff! Maggie, Jamie, Evelyn and Joshua have really made an impact while making my time living here feel like HOME! Thank you guys! You’re awesome and keep being YOU!
The property is fantastic! Our apt at move in was super clean and looked practically brand new! We never here anyone above or around us due to the concrete construction! The pool is beautiful and the gym is great! Maggie and Evelyn in the leasing office have been fantastic and helped make a stressful long distance move stress free! Thanks for everything!
Excellent place to live, made all the more awesome by noise-proof concrete construction, great amenities, top-notch and immediate maintenance (hats-off to Josh! 👍🏼) and the most courteous, professional and helpful management (thank you so much Maggie, Evelyn & Jamie).So happy to call Lantower Westshore home!
All of the staff is absolutely the BEST!! They are very quick to fill maintenance orders and all the events they put on for their tenants are so fun!! The summer cookout/ pool party was my absolute favorite! We are currently in the process of applying for another apartment and I reached out to Jamie and she was so quick to respond and was SOOO helpful. I cannot thank the staff enough. This is truly the best place to live! Also in a very great area too!
I had to wait until I calm down before writing. When we first moved, we were told the apartment was made of concrete, which was not true; it’s made of paper. We spent so much time searching for something similar to Miami; after four visits from Miami, we decided to sign the lease here based on that fact. The first few months were ok since the occupancy was low; however, after more people moved in, that’s when we found out the truth. You can hear everything, and I mean down to the dog coughing upstairs. We consistently listened to the neighbors upstairs and being pregnant at the time, and I woke up every hour. And yes, the front office knew and security/ officers as well. Why have an officer on site that worked overnight? The office is closed after 5 pm, so it was pointless. To add, the parking spots are so tiny. The best part of this place is the pool and location. I’m glad we moved. But wait, after checking my credit, they reported us to a collection. I was a complete shock since I never had this issue. The office manager Jamie stated they never received our forwarded address. Let’s say they didn’t. Wouldn’t they mail the final bill to the apartment address so it would get delivered??? No, they put on an online portal we wouldn’t have access to once you move. But they did receive it by email sent to Charissa and in person. Instead of offering an apology and saying they would call me back to get it corrected, they never did. As a person who’s been in the customer service industry for 20 yrs, I understand mistakes happen but taking ownership and following up is key to recovering. And please don’t respond with your comments because I waited for a call and email something and received nothing. After months of going back n forth with the collection department, they cleared the error you guys made. Horrible experience overall!
We love living here ! They are so attentive and friendly consistently . Everyone here is super nice we couldn’t ask for a better groupOf people . Evelyn is a ray of sunshine and does such a wonderful job with all the tenant events , they are fun !
Off the bat they have very efficient service. The quality of everything within the complex is some of the best I have ever seen. I loved the location of the complex, has a lot of convenience to many places nearby. The complex has very many useful amenities, from the gym, to the pool area, even to the lounges that people can relax or even get work done. Great place, would recommend to anyone.
I’ve lived at lantower for 6 years. The building was originally owned by modera Westshore back in 2016, management changed about two more times while I lived here. There were some rough patches during their transition however the current lantower management is great. They are making a lot of strides to improve the building - pressure washing, daily cleaning crew to main areas, happy hours for tenants (prior to covid), food trucks, new convenient store on the 2nd floor - are a few things to name. The front employees (and maintenance people) are very responsive and are very dedicated to the apartment and its tenants. Maggie and Jaimie are great! They have provided great customer service, personalized our experience here at Lantower and provided great follow up. They were tremendous in helping us with the move out process and very understanding to our feedback/concerns! Also The whole team has been great in communicating and steering difficult times during covid.Overall I enjoyed my time at Lantower! The location is perfect (close to 275, mall, restaurants, good run route, safe). The management has been great to us and the facilities provides a lot of great options - pool, grills, amazing gym, and clean courtyards. The clientele at Lantower ranges from young business professionals to families! It’s a great place to live and I highly recommend!
Great place to stay. I had the opportunity of temporarily staying here and I would consider it again for the future. I felt at home from day one thanks to the office staff. They had made sure I had everything I may have needed, as well as answered all of my questions. It was a bigger plus being able to use the different amenities and feel safe too. I will be returning here again soon.
What an incredible place to live!! We have lived here for 6 years and have no intention of leaving. There are so many obvious things to love about living in this area--the close proximity to so many restaurants, easy access to the International Mall, close to the stadium and downtown, etc.However, its the onsite benefits we love most. Those include a great maintenance team. We have rarely had anything needing repair, but when we have, they have responded so promptly and the issue was fixed the first time. The office staff is so kind and always helpful! Theyre always a pleasure. Also, an important point for us is the continued maintenance of the community. This gets 5 stars and more. The amenities and grounds are as beautifully maintained as the day we moved in.We thoroughly enjoy living here and cannot recommend it highly enough!
I visited a friend at Lantower recently and was very impressed with my time there. They have a state of the art common room leading out to a nice pool area with a communal grill. The staff was friendly and I will be back for sure!
Hands down the best apartment complex in the West Tampa area. I believe these units were originally designed to be condos prior to being rented out as apartments so the construction is really solid and the interior has nice touches you would normally find in a home such as bigger bedrooms and stainless steel appliances. Property management from the office to the maintenance team is always super helpful and provides excellent customer service. The grounds are managed really well and there is just an overall feeling of enjoyment and peace living in this community.
I have spent the last year here at Lantower Westshore and I would not want to be apart of any other apartment complex in Tampa. The entire staff and specifically Maggie C. have been extremely helpful and amazing in the time I have spent here. I look forward to spending another year here and LWS.
Absolutely impressed with it here! It has been the best decision I’ve made staying here. The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. I love the variety of amenities available as well as the views from the building. It’s been such an easy transition that I had to write a review. I highly recommend it here.
I lived here for almost a year and didnt want to leave! It was so perfect!! It was modern, with great layouts, extremely well designed homes with good room sizes. The multilevel parking was super convenient as well. Never struggled with anything. The management was super friendly and anytime there was an issue, it was fixed immediately with 1 phone call. Amenities like the gym, pool, game room, conference room area etc. were excellent and impeccably maintained too.Pre-covid they used to have frequent social gathering parties with food and drinks provided, and during Covid also they have been taking excellent care of their residents by organising weekly food trucks.They also offer the fetch service for free for all their residents, which makes it even more convenient to receive packages (though packages were always delivered easily anyway! This is just a cherry on top). Valet trash 5 times a week takes the disposing trash headache away. Plus, its a secure building, so you know no one is entering without permission.Location wise its 5 mins from the Tampa international airport, and bang opposite a huge mall. I would highly recommend Lantower. If I didnt have to move out of state, I would have never left!!
Been living here for nearly 2 years and lucky enough to be the first residents to use my unit. Management has been nice, helpful, and accommodating. If theres a need for a fix in our apartment, Ive emailed them while at work and its been completed by the time I get home. Apartment building has been well kept and maintained. Theres usually a monthly free event of some kind which is nice to get to meet and greet other residents. Lastly, location is pretty prime. Across the street from International Plaza, 5 minutes from the airport, 10-15 from places like Hyde Park and downtown, and 30 minutes to the beaches. Theres really nothing I can complain about.
Met with the owner of the exterminator company who told me the building has a serious problem with drain flies after viewing my apartment as well as the trash room. He said the problem could be resolved within 2-3 weeks & that it won’t be a quick fix. That same day management decides to tell me the owner said that the issue is all resolved. They are liars!!!! They do not want to pay the money to ensure the health of their residents.
Moved to Lantower Westshore just over a month ago and have been very happy with everything thus far. The Leasing Team (specifically, Dani and Maggie) has been incredible to work with and they’re always so polite, professional, and quick to respond! The maintenance team here is stellar and the grounds and common areas are always immaculate. LOVE it here!
I absolutely love this place! The staff, the amenities, the price, the location, and the overall look of the building is all great! The staff really listens to the residents, and does their best to meet the needs/wants of the overall community!
The best apartments in Tampa! Clean facility, beautiful pool, delicious food trucks, and THE BEST SERVICE EVER! First Class Service from all of the staff especially all of the Women in the front office.
Amazing place to live and the leasing team is always really nice even if you constantly bother them. The walls are much more thicker than other apartments too you really can’t hear anything. The gym also has a wide array of machines and free weights and the pool is heated. Only times I had something break down maintenance came within the day and fixed it. Food trucks and really fun events every other week. Also a Pokestop and Harry Potter inn in the building.
I have had an amazing experience living at Lantower Westshore, I am currently in my third lease. I have seen some of the negative reviews on here and I feel they are a little exaggerated. I have never had any issues or complaints. All service calls have been responded to in a timely manor and the front office has always been extremely helpful (Jamie & Maggie). I HIGHLY advise considering Lantower Westshore if you are in the market.
I been living in this apartment complex for 3 years my experience has been the best they always amuse me with everything that they do the buildings are always clean the leasing staff is very helpful from the property manager to the assistant manager to the leasing agent the maintenance staff is amazing from the maintenance supervisor to the tags always greet you when they see you and is amazing hospitality this building is very well-kept by the property manager staff and the maintenance staff the parking is amazing grounds are always well kept no noise elevators are always clean I will recommend this place to anybody me and my wife are very happy to live here
Horrible management. Place is infested with flies. Disgusting. Management has friends write good reviews to counteract the honest negative reviews. Woke up with flies in my ear and also can’t eat in my apartment without having a fly in my food. Do not live here. I’m warning you now.
We have only lived her for 18 days but so far have found the staff exceptional and the other residents friendly and kind. Everyone has been helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I love that the staff has different activities like taco Tuesday and they had a relaxing evening with a massage therapist and a chiropractor and I love these activities because I’m retired and it gives me a chance to meet other residents living here. I’d recommend lantower westshore to anyone...
DONT DO IT!!! Looks nice at first, but you will regret it later! Rating used to be 4.5 when I moved in and now down to 4.1 (as of 3/6/20 and will continue to update). Nice building, but horrible management (see below).I moved in recently and cant share my real name, because just as others have posted here, they will target you as a problem tenant if they identify you for voicing your concerns.Todays (3/6/20) announcement from management: The City of Tampa will SOON post NO PARKING signs in front of the leasing office and on the east side of the community and kindly issuing $30.00 parking tickets.So you know, theses spaces are normally free guest parking spaces in front. Come take a tour and when you come out you will most likely find a ticket on your car.1/31/20 announcement from management: Effective immediately there will be a $75.00 charge for residents that are locked out of an apartment during NON-BUSINESS hours... you will be required to provide identification and then pay by check or on the portal prior to being let into your apartment.I never heard of a luxury apartment that charges tenants to get back inside, PLUS you cant enter unless you PAY FIRST!12/18/20 announcement from management: We have been receiving a lot of violations over the past week, primarily residents placing their bag of trash on the hallway floor and not using the trash bin.Its not only garbage violations, but the city health has been brought in for the dog feces around the building that has been infecting dogs with intestinal parasites. Take a walk in front of the building and you will see the no poop signs that they were instructed to put up because of that.12/4/20 announcement from management: We have been getting many complaints regarding smoking.Honestly, the list goes on, including: 1) horrible cell/wifi reception in building, but especially gym so forget music during your workout; 2) No space in parking garage and a tow truck that tows every night and can tow you by mistake or put an orange sticker that doesnt come off your windshield without damage; 3) the key fob devices don’t work a lot and you’ll be locked out and wait for people leaving to let you inside; 4) do you need more reasons? ... but so many problems for a premium luxury apartment price. The office staff are nice, but unfortunately do not know how to properly run this place. Dont be fooled by the nice downstairs gym, pool and common area they love to show off at first. Make sure to walk to the stairwells and hallways. We have seen trash left in the same place for a at least a week. The elevators also smell like urine. If you dont believe me, then take your dog into one and watch how they love the smell of the floor of the elevator.Our family is debating breaking our lease and finding a new place in Tampa. We saw better places like Millennium and Novus nearby.Bottom line, if they changed the management and stopped trying to nickel and dime you for everything then this would be a great place. Perfect example of a nice place run improperly. Trust me... DONT DO IT! To break the lease you need a 60 day notice and 2 months penalty (so 4 months penalty overall to leave)! Read the contract well if you have money to gamble away on this place.
Me and my fiancé had a tour at Lantower WestShore and we absolutely loved it! The amenities and apartments are great, and the location is super convenient. The highlight was the people that work there. Allison and Dani were helping us and they are the best! They are professional, knowledgeable and we felt so welcome at this community. It was our first day in Tampa and we got so many helpful recommendations and advices, and just had a great time! You won’t regret it if you lease here, for sure!!
I’ve lived here for some time (1.5+ years) and once spoke very highly of the community, its staff, and amenities. A little background in case you think I’m a scorned resident: never paid my rent late, never had a complaint against me, do not have a history of writing negative reviews in general. Used to really love this place, especially when Allie was the property manager. Live in a 2bdr/2ba and pay $2000+ per month.In recent months, what seems to be a change to the property management company’s values and/or culture has had a negative impact. Lantower has begun to rent out vacant units as vacation rentals on websites and apps. This has led to an increase in loud, disorderly conduct which can and has awoken me and my child on several occasions at night, damage to the property, and more than one biological mess left in the halls and/or stairway. This is not a college style apartment; it is marketed as professional residences.The property manager is apathetic, refusing to even return a phone call when I asked her if she could speak to me about the background checks being performed on these guests. The safety of Lantower Westshore was a key factor in my decision to move in and, with a small child, it continues to be. For these reasons, I will not be renewing my lease which is sad; we have come to call this home. What adds to that pit in my stomach is that it really doesn’t seem like anyone from Lantower cares.
Ive renewed my lease 3 times so far. The staff here is amazing. The building is like a vault. Concrete construction. You cant hear your neighbors! Highly recommend!!
Constant facility malfunctions, rude office staff, hidden fees. For the price of a “luxury” apartment these people treat you like absolute trash.My friends lived at the Millennium next door and the facility was much nicer and front office staff actually cared about you.Constant malfunctions with LandTower: front door, elevator, fire alarm system, parking garage gate, pool. I pay too much money to have to walk around the entire apartment in the rain to the back door or carry 3 Suitcases up flights of stairs because the elevator doesn’t work.
Can’t believe the amount of (probably fake) good reviews on here. Entire building is infested with drain flies and nothing is done about it. I see reviews from months ago addressing this issue and the fact that it is still ongoing shows management does not care about the health of their residents
I moved into Modera Westshore a few months ago and I absolutely love it. I like how clean they maintain the building, pool area, gym, and garden area. I dont hear my neighbors which is often an issue when living in a condo. Once a month they have a residences event in which they provide food, music and an opportunity to meet other people living at Modera Westshore. A lot of young working professionals, and some middle age/older couples as well as young families live here. The surrounding area is safe and its close to two malls, plenty of restaurants, the airport, and 12 min from downtown. I would highly recommend Modera Westshore!
I have lived at Lantower Westshore for almost two and a half years. The Lantower team is awesome, second to none! Julie, Jamie, Dani and Maggie are always fun to talk to and always there to help. The maintenance staff respond to requests super fast and always resolve the issue at hand. resident events are great and give us a chance to see all of our neighbors on a regular basis. Ive lived in two different floorplans and loved them both. I would recommend Lantower Westshore to anyone looking for a place to call home!!
I lived here for a 10 month lease. The facilities are OK but for the price--its just not worth it. They nickel and dime for everything. The apartment only comes with 1 key and one gate card. Want an extra? Be ready to pay a non refundable $50 usage fee. Oh and get this, when I moved out I received a bill of $50 for drywall and paint repair. Keep in mind the I left the place in immaculate condition. They obviously know a $50 charge is not going to be worth my time arguing over. Way to keep is classy guys. What a joke.
Modera Westshore is a wonderful and peaceful place to live in. The apartment building is very well kept and the apartments itself are very luxurious and spacious. We have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, but the layout is completely open. The apartment is right across the street from the International plaza and no matter which apartment you live in the balcony view outside your apartment is amazing! Best of all, you are minutes away from the ocean, in case you want to go for a stroll, walking distance from Tampas finest restaurants, close by to Raymond James Stadium and Yankees Stadium. The apartment is centrally located and has easy access to all highways, no matter where you are trying to go. Modera Westshore always has activities for residence, whether it be breakfast or holiday events. The apartment staff is like family and the building is pet friendly. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone who desires to live close to the action and but far enough for you to have a peaceful and private lifestyle. I love Modera Westshore and dont plan on moving out of here unless my company relocates me.-Kunjita (Current resident since 2014)
No matter how clean you are, your apartment will slowly become infested with drain flies. Management will not fix the problem despite being asking multiple times and is rude. Will not be staying here again. Do NOT live here!

I would recommend this place. It’s my first apartment outside of college and I always feel safe. I’m proud to call this place home and will be renewing. I also work in downtown and it’s a great commute!
BEST Decision ever! Hands down the most convenient place to be and not to forget all the amenities makes it a staycation. If I didn’t have to go to work I would never leave. Come check it out with Dani and Maggie who are AMAZING!!!

I wish I could give less than one star. This place is bad news when it comes to cleanliness and costumer service. Apartments are infested with gnats and there is nothing they can do about it. You pay too much money for no good reason.
Dani and Jamie are excellent ! As well as the maintenance staff. I am a dog lover . Some neighbors with dogs 🐶 need to clean after their pets. 😊😊😊
I have stayed here for an year, never really had any problems of maintenance but --Fire alarm of the building has got me up thrice in the middle of night, it’s so disturbing-Rent increase is more than 10% after one year of lease which is a bummer-Guest parking is always full, I wish there were more parking

The complex is marketed for “business professionals” but is run buy uneducated and unprofessional staff. Not worth the money. Location is more busy that seems and has a lot of noise from the high school next door. Inefficient parking with limited spots and never any available guest parking.
Lantower Westshore is such a wonderful community! I love the amenities and the location. Special shout out to the office staff! They are so helpful and kind.
I do not recommend this apartments , horrible parking situations, cars towed all the time for no reason or for taking some of yellow lines , no parking for your guests, elevators do not work most of the time and management is aware of those issues .Do not Rent ! You won’t be pleased

This place is a SCAM, things are always going wrong. When I went to visit a friend who lives there, the power went out. Another time I went to visit, the elevators weren’t working. Everytime I go, something is broken or malfunctioning. Seems very ridiculous for the price being paid.
Love it here, from the location, amenities, management and everything in between! The maintenance response time is great, and it looks like thier still adding more amenities.
Just moved here and I love it! Management is friendly and cares about what the residents want. The neighbors are awesome and the parties are fun.

Well maintained buildings. Prompt assistance when work orders are submitted. Cement buildings make for cooler, quieter living spaces.

I’m actually looking for a new place to live, and was asking around for different places. After talking to several people, I will be staying away from this place. Rude management, and doesn’t answer the phone or call back. Stay away from this place, it’s a scam!

2022-05-09I lived at Lantower Westshore for the last 18 months and had a great experience. Maggie at the front desk was super helpful when I was moving in and was always there to answer any of my questions during my stay. The maintenace crew always came right away. The apartment is made out of concrete so you can barely hear any surrounding neighbors which was a huge plus.CONS: Even though you cant hear your neighbors through the walls, you can hear EVERYTHING through the windows. If you are going to live here, I recommend that you do not live on the side facing the power plant/Millennium Apartments. There is constant construction at Millennium and the fire alarm goes off 2-3 times a week and random time throughout the night. Also, the Millennium garbage truck comes almost on a daily basis, and it is the loudest, most annoying sound to wake up to at 7:00am or have during zoom calls throughout the afternoon. I work from home, and this was not ideal to have to listen to everyday, multiple times a day.Also, the gym is great. Very large and have lots of equipment but is never clean. Hair is all over the floor and the wipes/spray are never refilled.Overall had a good experience and most of my cons are really outside the control of Lantower. I would just really suggest having your apartment face in towards the courtyard/pool area.

2022-06-03Over the past year Lantower has been amazing! Maintenance responds extremely quickly, everything is super clean and safe. The community is awesome and they offer great food trucks and events. The reason for 4 starts is because I am very frustrated with the experience of finding out renewal lease information, and am unsure what is going on. At Lantower, like most places, you need to give a 60 day notice if you are staying or leaving your unit. Well, I need to let them know this in the next 2 weeks yet I have not been given any information about the new lease agreement. I have asked three times and have been told “it will come the next day”. We would have loved to stay at Lantower another year, but this lack of information with how much our rent will be increasing makes it nearly impossible.

2020-11-10I have lived at Lantowers Apartments for almost two months. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. ( Thanks Evelyn ) The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me

2022-05-28I have been living in this apartment complex almost 4 years and I have never had any issues with anything! It is super clean, all staff are amazing, very nice area (you are close to everything) and at the same time very quiet!

2022-07-167/15 update: rent went up $550 on a 2/2. Lantower reached out to me to talk about the towing and guest parking issue. Recommended a solution to them but nothing was ever implemented.Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner and are very friendly. The staff is fantastic (Maggie is the best leasing agent). Amenities are above averageCons:Be prepared for your visitors to get towed A LOT! I have spent $700 on towing charges. In 8 months. There are only maybe 15 guest parking spots in the garage and a few more in front of the office. This is not much for a complex that has hundreds of units. I’m convinced Lantower management must own a stake in Dennings Towing service. Why isn’t the 5th floor considered for additional guest parking? Complaining about towing may seem petty but honestly factor regular tow’s into your total cost of living here. I am discouraged to even invite friends over sometimes because this is such an issue.-Your neighbors are likely Air B&B’ers- I can only think of one neighbor in my hallway who isn’t in an Air B&b unit. A lot of these temporary visitors take up the guest parking spots that I was mentioning above. It is very frustrating and you’ll have seemingly random people with suitcases traverse your halls regularly.- all things considered this place is not worth the money

2018-04-23Lantower Westshore is a fantastic place to call home. The front desk leasing specialists are fantastic and so are the maintenance personnel. Lantower is full concrete construction so you don’t hear your neighbors above you(which is a big deal for me as I’m a light sleeper). I am close to the airport, shopping, work and the beaches. There is literally no better place to call home in Tampa where you are this close to the center of the action. Pictures below are the view from the 6th floor of my townhome.

2021-06-27Been living here with my partner for a few months now and I can’t thank the team enough for their service and great attitude. Move ins can be a hassle but Evelyn did a great job accommodating us and made sure it was a smooth transition the day of. She also had followed up with us a few times after which was really kind of her. The on-site amenities are great! From the mini market, business center and the heated pool. The business center was especially useful when I had some co-workers come in for a meeting. My apartment is also great! I absolutely love how it’s structured, how spacious it is and so does my partner. If you’re looking for a great place in Tampa to lease, with fantastic amenities, close to a lot of places of interest, and a friendly leasing team that shows great personal interest and support then feel free to call this place home.

2021-09-15Such a great place to live! Very convenient location, close to the airport (but quiet), shopping and restaurants. Amenities are awesome, pool and gym kept nice and clean. But the best part is the management! They are very quick to respond to your calls. EVELYN is the best!!! I can’t thank her enough for all the help during our move, she was so patient with us, her calmness kept us sane. And her willingness to help (and explain things for 100th time) is just priceless. She answered all our questions (and we had a lot! moving from another state) in person, on the phone, and was very quick to reply to our emails. Evelyn (and everyone working there) made us feel welcome.

2021-06-28Ive lost count in how many apartment buildings I have lived in, but hands down Lantower Westshore is the best! There are so many points to highlight but below are the ones that stand out:1- The staff! No matter who you interact with in the office (Jamie, Maggie, Evelyn, or Charissa) youre always greeted by name and with a smile. They truly have a passion for their workplace and can tell they enjoy what they do! The Maintenance team is also phenomenal and fast!2- The amenities are top notch from the heated saltwater pool to the huge gym that includes all the weights you can ask for and a TRX system! Parking is always available and the clubhouse is a favorite of ours to hang out in.3- The upkeep of the building is unlike Ive ever seen. They just recently repainted and power washed all balconies for residents and the landscaping and cleanliness of the building is always perfect.4- The location is prime! The building is 5 min from the airport, across the street from International Plaza, and minutes to anything and everything!Dont hesitate if youre considering this building, I am on my fourth year and plan on renewing once its time!

2021-06-26I have been a resident here going on 4 years. I absolutely love everything about it. It is a quiet place with a very diverse community of people. They do a great job of keeping everything clean and are responsive in the occasional case of a maintenance need or anything else pertaining to living here. Jamie and Maggie, in the leasing office, have been an essential asset and backbone to this place. Not only have they been super friendly since day one, but they continue to impress me with how responsive and personable they are with everything they do. Having those two here along with Danny, Josh and the rest of the maintenance team has made a huge difference to the overall experience here. 10/10 would recommend.
