2022-01-253 2 1 Launch! I could not be happier with the service provided by Launch. I was a first time home buyer and Sean held my hand the whole way through the process. In this market it was extremely tough finding a house but Launch made it happen. Sean went way above and beyond to help me find my dream home. I cant thank you enough.

It didn’t matter what time of the day we reached out to Sean- he was always there to help us an answer any questions that we may have had. He was thorough and also pointed out things that we did not notice in order to help us get a great deal and also land the house of our dreams. I have recommended Sean to all of my closest friends and family and will definitely use him again if we ever decide to leave our dream home. In a market that is extremely competitive, Sean was ready to go and make moves on whatever house we needed to. He not only arranged to have someone get my house staged and professionally photographed, but he was honest, truthful and worked day and night taking my calls, and posting my home on every real estate site you can think of. 2021-08-13I was referred to an agent employed by Launch Realty. After speaking to him he stated he had a great relationship with the home builder and could get a better price, so I agreed to work with him. I soon found out he did not have any influence on any prices. With help from another agent I purchased a new home. Even though Launch Realty was listed as buyers agent, they did NOTHING to assist me during the building, mortgage or closing process. Since I lived out of state I requested several times a periodic check as the home was being built, but never got any. I was told by the agent he would be present at 7 day walk and get an update after, but he was AWOL. I did not even receive a phone call congratulating or thanking me. Other agents might be REAL agents that are employed there, but mine was nothing but a fly by night who just collects his cash at the end. I am very disappointed in Launch Reality.

2019-04-16Sean didnt exceptional job for us, I think he lives for real estate. We closed the house in 15 days Im not included getting the mortgage. He introduced us to all the right people, I recommend them highly

2020-06-18Sean worked very hard with my family got months to find our home. He even helped make emergency repairs in order to get the loan to go through. He is very professional and did whatever it took to make the deal happen.
