I was referred to Mr. Roher by a successful attorney from a large firm in downtown Fort Lauderdale. After reviewing a detailed email with my case details, that included a scheduled bankruptcy adversary proceeding less than 30 days away, that attorney replied to my email the next day stating you need to hire attorney Mark Roher ASAP I sent that same email to Mr. Roher, and he replied in about 5 minutes and asked, what is the earliest I can call you in the morning, its going to take me some time to research your case. Mark has a bad temper, he doesn’t communicate on the issues that are outlining in court. He doesn’t think of himself as a counselor but as your boss. In the end he disappeared my funds by over billing.

2022-08-23I contacted Mark when I found myself dealing with my bank account be frozen and my funds in both checking and savings account were zero. I told Mark I couldn’t pay him and he decided to take my case and help me regardless. Within a week the freeze was lifted and now we are awaiting a court date to deal with the funds that were taken by this old creditor who was able to garnish my account. Mark dealt with my questions promptly and didn’t wait any time to get me the paperwork, fill them out and file it and get a court date that same day. He answered all of my questions and concerns even knowing that I was unable to pay him. He had compassion in a time where it’s hard to find people who care. He is an excellent attorney and person. If you need help call Mark he will go above and beyond to help you like he did with me. Rarely will you find an attorney that serves the people such as Mark. I will always go to him and send everyone I know who needs help to him. Thank you Mark.

2022-04-22I have to say that I never thought I was going to file for bankruptcy until I felt like I had no choice and I am glad that I was able to do my research and found Mr. Roher. He was very informative since the beginning and very honest and to the point. Obviously you have to do your part and make sure you do everything on your end and he takes care of the rest. His response time is super quick as well, which I am sure it’s hard with how busy he is. He’s just overall super knowledgeable and compassionate. 2020-02-20I hired Mark to handle what I hoped would be a simple bankruptcy. I had a joint credit card with a toxic and dangerous relative and I needed to file bankruptcy to sever all ties with this person.Since toxic relatives refuse to let people go, Mark wound up essentially acting as my divorce attorney. He has been my council and ally, successfully representing me in court with only hours to prepare, preparing a quitdeed, and successfully drafting and filing documents completely outside of his advertised specialty in order to protect me by removing the toxic relative from my home.
