Dante is the best. He is caring. He assisted us with a probate and a foreclosure. He handled everything professionally and was transparent every step of the way.

Worst attorney ever was on my case for two years and could not get s single motion that was not dismissed due to editing errors Never showed for court dates instead would send a different lawyer each time that knew nothing about my case her actions created irreparable damage to my case I was better of representing myself she will sweet talk you promise the world once hired you will not be able to reach her meet her and will end up with a drawn out case because the whole office cant put together a single motion that doesnt get dismissed !!! Hopefully shell lose her right to practice sooner than later before she does anymore damage to other cases ,!!
My review is for Dante Fuentes - he is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is responsive and hard working. He would always take my calls even when dealing with multiple files or call me back the same day. I do not believe my closing would have been successful without his involvement and persistence that the remaining issues were handled. Mery Lopez is very lucky to have someone like Dante working for her.

I retained this law office for matters of a personal nature. From the beginning I only dealt with a legal aide, never an actual attorney. From the beginning I was told that I would have a response to the demand letter within 15 days. After 21 days without hearing nothing, I called them to inquire, ans I was told for whatever reasons, to give it one more week. At the end of another week, once again I had to initiate the call. This time I got my response. After this I called a few times, and each time I was informed by the receptionist, that the legal-aide I was dealing with was with a client and that she would get back to me before the end of day. After a few days of this, I finally get the legal-aide and she apologize, but that she had been out of the office each prior day I had called. So I asked her which one of the two was lying, and she go rather annoyed. Now keep in mind the whole while I kept calling is because I wanted to retain the law office for further investigation into my issue at hand. She then transfers me to a gentlemen, which I assume to be an actual attorney. He ask that I give him a day or two so he can run it by Mery Lopez, and that he would get back to me. I am hear almost two weeks later, and not at all surprised that I have NOT HEARD BACK, and most probably never will. All this because I confronted the legal-aide about being lied too. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THE LAW FIRM of Mery Lopez to anyone!

Absolutely horrible experience. Non-responsive. I get promises that I will be called the next day with an answer. Weeks pass with no call. I send emails requesting updates to my case. No response. My case was transferred from one paralegal to another without advising me. When I first went I provided all the paperwork they said was needed for probate for a property. More than a year later, they are asking for more paperwork piecemeal. Even though a will was notarized, more than a year later they tell me the witness has to go to court to sign another affidavit that she did sign in front of the notary. What??!! It was freaking notarized! I’m beyond fed up with these people. If someone refers you to this law firm, run the other way as fast as you can! It’s too late for me to withdraw the case and go someplace else, but I hope no one else makes the same mistake I made contracting with them.

Omg!!! What a waste of my time today took off the day and we planned this last week. Scott Solomon is not correct. Nice staff and never had a MTG with Mery. Scotts ethics ate zeroHe got me in his office. I asked him how much it would cost over n over, he wanted me to come in and said he was very interested. He knew all the details including that Im poor so it took a lot to get to Hialeah to find out he isnt a lawyer. I even had to ask the Secretary his last name and asked Scott if he was the Scott Solomon lawyer on San Lazaro. He at all times had an obligation to say he is a paralegal.He never even stood up when I went to the office. Such a terrible experience. I had more cases. I told him a few times by phone to quote a price and he never said Mery is the only lawyer in that office. He acted like he was. For sure. So mental. Wasted so much precious time.He represents like a scam artist. I cant trust this office now. Sorry Mery. Scott, Youre A Disgusting Human Being.
I had an awful experience with the staff from a attorney López’s office. They were negligent, provided bad counsel and did not keep our best interest in mind. They pressured us into signing a document that ended up causing us more trouble in the future and additional expenses. BEWARE!!! Leave the office immediately!

Just like every other attorney. told me and my wife everything I wanted to hear the frist day we meet with her.but when it came down to it she didnt do all she promised basically paid her 2100 hundred dollars for her to fax paper work I had proved to her and when the modification ran in to trouble I asked her for a meeting.She told me that I had to take care of it myself.She Couldnt get me out of her office soon enough.Im still wondering what i paid her 2100 dollars for.Trust me all she is worried about is taking your money dont believe her rant about that she wants to help you. 2022-03-22Dante worked my file. Everything went smoothly. At closing all the documents that were needed were there.Before closing, there was an extension required on the buyers side, but he still asked if I would like to review all my seller docs to expedite the closing. Closing took 10 minutes. Thank you Dante. I plan to use this firm in the future since I buy and sell other properties.
