This review is specifically for Emily Vargas, Resident Support Agent.I just wanted to thank her again for her diligence, follow up, support, and professionalism. In today’s world it seems it has become increasingly more difficult to find people of superior customer service skills that truly empathize with their clients. Even the simple task of follow calls can fall by the wayside. In my case she took the time to listen, assess, reach out for any needed support, and follow up with me for resolution.Even though things do not always go the way we expect them to, the follow up is key for any business! Emily is fantastic and I truly appreciate her. I am hopeful that she is recognized for not only doing her job, but doing it very well! Thank you again Emily!!

I am very thankful for the expedited approval on my applications. I have roof damage and Gabriella understood my situation and did everything she could to get my approval done quickly. Leland has done an excellent job for our development. I would like to especially thank David Estilette, who has done an exceptional job managing our community. If we have a problem and contact him, he gets back to you super quick, and if he can resolve the issue, he does immediately. He is the consummate professional and is super competent. As a new resident, I was seeking help with the approval process, and then a quick approval for roof and gutter replacement, in advance of the approaching storm season. Leland, and especially Liz, was not only helpful in educating me about the process, but also keeping me informed of my status and moving my application forward. Im happy that well be working on our roof an entire month earlier than expected, thanks to the prompt approval. Thank you!

My husband and I had a terrific experience with your company. Anthony H. made us feel like special clients and walked us through the process of paying our HOA fees which require 4 separate payments. He was very patient and spent over 30 minutes with us. It felt like he really cared. When we were done we understood what we had to do. Adrien E. is the *best* on-site manager I’ve seen at LPVCA in all my time as an owner— (My mother would also say the same if she were still on property!) We are lucky to have her.Always professional, effective/efficient, and never leaves a loose end, Adrien is always prompt with return of all types of communication. Great knowledge of how to keep pull together the disparate elements of keeping a 300+ unit community in top shape.Plus, her entire on-site team is excellent to deal with – Shout out to Tamara N. 😊

Penny Myers, CAM HIghland Lakes Community: I have had first-hand interactions with Penny Myers, and I have observed her leadership, management and her communications skills in action as she has carried-out her duties as the manager of Higland Lakes Community. I find that my interactions with Penny have always been positive. She is an excellent listener and communicator, whether verbally or in writing. As a leader, she works well with our Board. I am not on the Board but attend Board Meetings and she is always prepared. She manages the ground crews who keep our community in excellent. All my friends in our community feel she is doing a stellar job. Well liked, fair and trusted.
