We were sent Levi Stubbs and company through Zillow. We thought he would be very credible. At first, everything was okay but very pushy to sign the contract agreement. When we finally decided to do the contract and list our house, we listed under the “Zestimate” price. We had 30+ showings, our house was on the market for 38 days (which in this market in unheard of), and no offers, well one offer on the LAST day when we wanted out of contract that was way lower than we had listed. He was NOT responsive, and did not contact my husband for a period of about 5 days when wondering what was going on with the showings. People went into our house and on our furniture and when talking to Levi about this, he said “wow”. Another realtor had told my husband that Levi disclosed that we did not have any offers. I’m not a realtor but I know for a fact, saying that does not sell houses. Our two open houses were with a contracted realtor of his which all she did was sit downstairs on our couch even when people were upstairs checking out of the house and also climbing our kid’s bunk bed stairs. When I finally contacted Levi about getting out of the contract, he then started to become responsive. He did let us out of our contract thankfully. We went with another realtor and within 24 hours had 2 cash offers and in 48 hours, we are under contract selling the house. Would not recommend to the many friends and family of ours that are also looking to selling their homes. Do your research and find someone that knows what they are doing.

Levi and Tracy did an amazing job selling our first home. With it being our first time we had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer them and make sure we were comfortable. Once the house went on the market we were under contract in 2 days with a full priced offer, I have no doubt in my mind it was because of the marketing strategies they use. If life ever brings us back to the Tampa area I have no doubt we would use them again. It truly was an awesome experience with them.

Buying a selling a house can be stressful. This was our first sale, second purchase with Green Star. Let me tell you, the difference between an amazing Realtor and your every day Im doing real estate guy really matters - especially when you get caught up with so many curve balls like we did.First - the presentation and marketing of our house was by far the best I have ever seen. Levi had some amazing pictures taken, a drone video, and a fabulous video presentation of our home that definitely got attention of prospective buyers. Even with COVID, we were under contract in less than a month (I think it was two and a half weeks). We got an offer for asking and could not be happier.Second - when there are problems, you want a Green Star caliber agent by your side. There were some items that needed to be addressed on our home. Green Star went out of their way to ensure we had a quality contractor at a quality price.More problems - our appraisal (despite the comparables we looked at) appraised for 10K under contract price. This prevented us from being able to give the buyer a credit we agreed on since we were buying another house with that money. The buyers agent was ready to let the deal go. Green Star was not. Green Star stepped in with their lender and got the buyer (which was not their customer!!!) financing which was considerably less than what they initially had (over a point less on the rate) AND the lender got them a credit to cover the closing cost we could no longer give them. Meanwhile, the buyers agent sat on their rear playing with his thumbs.Finally, Closing day. We got our estimate for closing cost the week before closing. We moved a little extra money to cover cost in the event that the costs were a little more than the estimates - because we know that this can happen. 90 minutes before closing, title informs us of the final number is A LOT more than we budgeted for. Green Star put their cape on once again and came to save the day. Levi and Tracy took the difference from their commissions to make everything work and save our new home.Not a single thing that I have mentioned was something that Levi and Tracy needed to do. But they are EPIC agents. They care about their clients. I mean, they REALLY care. When I say to trust in them and you are in good hands, it is because you really are. They are the true leaders in the industry and if you have are in their area, there is NO ONE better.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Alex to purchase our first home! As we were first time home buyers, we had lots of question throughout the whole process and Alex was always very responsive, so nice, and walked us through each step making sure we understood everything. The sellers of the home we purchased wanted to move quickly and Alex got our offer written up right after we finished viewing the home and got it submitted that same day. What can we say besides WOW!!! From the very first phone conversation to the final Congrats! e-mail, Tracy and Levi have been the absolute BEST to work with when we sold our house! They were completely transparent about the process and items needed to get the house ready for sale. Even though we (as sellers) knew our property wasnt as big as some on the market, Tracy treated us as though we were their only (and biggest) client! She helped assist in setting us up with vendors who could quickly get any repairs, cleaning and landscaping, etc. done (which was a big help as we wouldnt know where to begin)! In addition, she kept in constant communication about where we stood in the process and what to expect next. Also, their marketing is second to none! Compared to other listings, the photos and description of our property really stood out and allowed all the hard work the put into getting the house ready really shine! Our listing went live on a Friday mid-morning and we were under contract by Sunday afternoon, after receiving multiple offers!! We also must say that the current COVID-19 pandemic didnt slow them down in continuing to work our property like it was a normal day. We cant recommend Levi and Tracy enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a house! They will definitely be our first (and only) call in the future if we have any real estate needs!!

Sold a house, bought a house and rented our other house out in 5 days! This was after a year of looking for the perfect house. Levi and Tracy Stubbs made everything so easy. They were patient with us while we took our time finding a house and then when we were ready, they got everything done so quickly, we were shocked! Our first buyer bailed on us and they sold our house again within 2 hours. Our first renter also bailed, we had a signed lease 3 hours later. These people are amazing! You need anything? Ask Levi and Tracy! Need a handyman? Ask them! Need a painter? Ask them! Need marriage advice? Call them! We’d use them again if moving didn’t absolutely suck. Seriously, they are the best realtors we have ever had and they get our highest recommendation.

We just completed our fifth transaction with Greenstar and I will continue to say Levi and Tracy are amazing! Throughout the blending of our two families over the last 5 years, we have sold three homes and purchased two. These last two transactions just renewed my lasting confidence in this team.Let’s start with the sale of our Valrico home this last December. This is the home we bought using Greenstar in 2017. We did a lot of updates and when Tracy saw them she immediately knew we were going to be able to sell for a profit. We signed the agreement, following Tracy and Levi’s instructions on preparing the home for listing and showings. We had a showing request within five hours of the listing going live. Over the course of the next week we had about 15 showings and on the 8th day we received and accepted an offer for $5k OVER asking price. 8 DAYS!!! So seamless and smooth. They took care of everything with immediate response on every question we had.During the search for our new home Levi and Tracy worked diligently and showed us a ton of homes. Everytime I asked to add another they always responded, “yes absolutely!”. When we thought we found the one they made the process easy. Their recommendation of an inspection company was very professional and completely thorough. The inspector found a few problems and we decided not to go forward with that purchase and our search started again. After a day of Levi showing us homes all over Hillsborough County we found the one! This one had some inspection problems and Levi and Tracy negotiated all of the repairs perfectly.I couldn’t ask for a more perfect team to lead us through the most stressful time of our lives and make it all happen so smoothly and have the perfect ending for our family.

Amazing service and experience working with Alex and Green Star Realty. We were relocating to the area and didn’t know anyone. I called Green Star Realty based on the positive google reviews and was connected with Alex. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. We were faced with a limited area due to a magnet program our daughter was in, limited in time due to a job relocation, and limited in how often we could see houses since we were 300 miles away. That didn’t stop Alex from finding us the perfect home quickly. The school boundaries were new and he personally made sure the houses were in the school zone we needed to be in. He would even keep us abreast on the developments that COVID-19 had with Hillsborough County’s schools. Our mortgage company was difficult to get a hold of while processing our loan and he helped us get answers and push them to move quickly. The short: if you are not using the Levi & Traci Stubbs combo you are making a mistake.The long: Levi and Traci are easy to communicate with and are willing to go the extra mile; extra light year even. 2022-07-21Levi and his team had the house photographed, advertised and the sold in the first few hours of the listing going active. A good photographer with classy looking REALISTIC photos is key and Levi has the right staff.Levi also found a painter for the exterior that worked my house in so it was ready for the showings and at a great price! This kind of stuff is invaluable people. It’s why you use a connected long term realtor.They answered all my questions and had us sold and closed in 30 days. Even got us an 8 day lease back at no charge.It absolutely pays to use an experienced Realtor. So many FOMO realtors jump into a hot market and don’t have the experience or skills of someone like Levi.Be smart, be educated. Use a true experienced professional. It puts $$$ into your pocket.
