Great workspace! Several offices of various sizes and conference rooms available. LionShare’s staff glows with hospitality. Overall great environment to get work done, meet with a client, or even host a group. When I am in town, LionShare Cowork is my go to… The location is very close to Queens Harbor and beaches. LionShare Cowork was a fantastic meeting space for our film festival event. Staff was responsive, helpful and attentive to host needs. If you are looking for a place to host a meeting or mini conference, this is a viable option. Clean and very professional!
Lionshare Cowork is the best co-working space I have ever been to. It’s not overly crowded and the people are so friendly because it is locally owned. I would highly recommend doing at least a daily drop in to see what it’s all about. Mike and Kenny are the best!

Great cowork space!!! Lots of space, great professional and clean environment. They include amenities like coffee, tea and other drinks which is nice. They have private conference rooms if you need too. You can do daily drop ins or monthly rates. Great experience! 10/10
After visiting the Beach Blvd location, I was very impressed. Naturally, I was excited to check out the most recent opening off Atlantic Blvd. Michael, the owner, met me with a friendly greeting and gave me the tour. Very nice space with a hint of an industrial vibe. Open loft area for co-sharing space, HUGE conference area, private rooms for more personal Zoom meetings, multiple private offices and bonus showers for those who may want to workout/run on their lunch break. I would highly recommend checking out Lionshare cowork.

My company has rented office space at Lionshare for a remote employee. They have been great to deal with; flexible and cooperative. I cannot speak to the space itself, but our employee used it almost since it opened so that should be some testament.
The inside looks unique and the offices are comfy and quiet. The internet is great and the service incredible. If you have a question or any needs, the staff is quick to help any way they can. Overall just a phenomenal environment!

I am currently finishing my masters online (thanks to the COVID pandemic) and because I no longer have access to my Universitys library, studying spaces, and resources its become harder to work at home, more distracting with you have family members around, the dog wants attention, the TV and radio can be heard from the other room, etc. I started looking for co-working spaces around town online. I had it narrowed down to two but Lionshare stuck out to me for a few reasons. First was the pricing and the flexibility of plans. I really only needed the space for about a week to finish off my thesis and study for my final exam and when I looked at other places around town they either wanted contracts, monthly memberships, or only offered daily rates. Lionshare was the only one that offered anything like a weekly rate (called the 6 day package, the 6 days dont have to be used in a row though), and it was at a reasonable price point. I do wish it was a tad lower, as when I looked at one of their competitors they offered a month-to-month rate of $75 that included your own desk. The reason I didnt go with them is because I didnt wanna deal with a month-to-month hassle and making sure you cancel in time before you get charged again, and their competitors hours stopped at 6pm. Lionshare is open until 8pm, which is much better. Another competitor I saw was only open until 4pm, which was surprising. So its good that Lionshare is open until later.The woman at the front desk was pleasant and the process of purchasing the 6 day package was easy. She showed me around for a brief tour and I went right to hot-desking. Plenty of space (14 hot desks plus a couch and comfy chairs to pick from, not including the other side of the building which has assigned cubicles, and private office rooms). The kitchen was an excellent size, microwave for heating up things, and complimentary beer, wine coolers/seltzers, sodas, tea, and coffee. Would be cool if they had a few snacks to offer, like those small bags of Goldfish or Cheez-Itz for when youre feeling a bit peckish; just a suggestion. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean and has plenty of things in stock. One additional thing that swayed me to this place was the fact that they dont limit you on printing. Every other place does, unless you have a contract or maybe monthly high-end membership. Im not planning to print 100 things per day, I may need to only print off 2-3 articles one day but if I need to print 20 double-sided pages and I have a limit of 15 (like other places) it would be rather inconvenient and frustrating.Overall the place is quiet, clean, welcoming, and fairly affordable. My only critique really, and its a personal one I suppose, is that its not dog-friendly. Many of the big brand co-working spaces (like WeWork for example) are dog-friendly for well-behaved and quiet dogs. I have a small dog at home by herself half the day and I feel bad leaving her while I am here all day working. So its a bummer that she cant just sleep here at my feet.
We attended the Avalonia Film Festival last weekend and it was very well organized and friendly staff, highly recommend this place for anyone who needs space to host events conference etc.. owner is very friendly and accommodating!

Lionshare is quite a comfortable place to be while working. No complaints whatsoever. Offices are super nice and comfy. If you have any questions the staff will help you immediately. And the internet is super fast and consistent. I would recommend this place 100 times over!
I checked out this location for a friend who was going to move to the area and then decided not to, but I was really impressed with the whole concept and the working environment was very cool. The desks were clean and spacious, very comfortable chairs and plenty of places to move around with your laptop and work. There was a really nice family room area with big sofas and chairs, coffee and drinks are included. Very clean facility.

Mike and staff are great hosts and have made me feel at home in their shared workspace for over 2 years, starting at Pablo Station and moving to the Harbour Village location. I use the shared workspace which is comfortable, expansive and has a cool, modern appearance. Amenities are great; I take mental breaks on the miniature putting area some times, recharge with free beverages and am highly productive working remotely for a Denver company. Great office option!

I relocated my office after Hurricane Irma dropped a tree on mine. The owner Mike was so nice, he even gave me a break on the cost. The office I rented was perfect, we were also allowed to use a small room for calling clients and the meeting room when they came in. I cannot say enough about LionShare Cowork, they became family.

Wow! Didnt even know we HAD a cowork space at the beach. This one has different work spaces. Our group was in the back room with couches, some stand up work tables, white board etc. Small kitchen at the back. Decor was well done with rough stained boards in blues and brown and some burnished stainless on the lion theme. Would have to say very tasteful
The LionShare Cowork space is a great find for freelancers who want to work around others! Their meeting rooms are set up perfectly for hosting meetings, conferences, workshops. Super cool atmosphere and reasonable prices.
There isnt a better place in the Jax area! Over the years, I have co-worked in many offices around the country. LionShare is the BEST one Ive had the pleasure of being a part of. This past Saturday, I attended a writers work shop at LionShare Cowork and was pleasantly surprised. The room we were in was extremely comfortable, conducive to working, and had its own kitchen and restrooms. I would highly recommend using this facility!

I recently relocated to JAX from Chicago and had been a long-time user of Regus for my office needs and planned to continue using Regus in JAX. However, I had a terrible experience with Regus in JAX and the locations arent convenient to the beach communities.Lionshare has been a great and BETTER alternative. The space has several options from private offices, conference/training room, to open office environment. Solid customer service and lovin the free beverages. Highly recommended!!

The Lion CoShare is for renatable small office space. Mike is great and is always making sure everybody is happy and has what we need. Clean, nice and comfy environment. Training Room, Video Conference Rooms, Kitchen and Large Bathrooms. 2 Story, Office space is great. We have 2. There is a big conference room. Kenny is always on top of things and makes sure he takes care of us ! Mike has thought of everything ! The space is great. Thank You Mike and Kenny !

2022-06-27Our dental practice group had our Leadership team meeting at LionShare Cowork for the first time and it had everything we needed. We were a team of 6 and we used the War room conference room. There was plenty of white boards space and we used it all. The 70 TV was awesome for presenting financials. The chairs were comfortable and the table was large enough for us to spread all of our binders and handouts on. Theres plenty of parking and places to grab a bite for lunch around the corner but you can bring your own catered lunch in, too.Mike, the owner, is definitely a Super host. We accomplished all of our meeting goals and I highly recommend this venue.

2022-06-12I have been working out of LionShare for nearly six months and it is fantastic. The facilities are aesthetically pleasing and provide for a professional environment. It is a place for people who want to get quality work done. Management is very helpful and friendly. We are surrounded by all the trappings you would expect out of an office setting - coffee, conference room /spaces for collaboration, access to technology / supplies, etc. There is also a nice community of professionals & entrepreneurs that work at LionShare. The location is great with access to restaurants and gyms. A great option to get out the house and interact with people, while still having the flexibility and convenience of not being tied down to a long-term facility and lease.

2022-06-10I used to have a space I rented month-to-month before I found Lionshare Cowork.This has been perfect for me since I only need the space regularly 1 day a week but the pricing structure gives me the flexibility to add days if I need it.The space is open, airy and beautifully decorated. It has a very professional feel and my patients have all commented that Mike the owner is so incredibly friendly and helpful.It’s been a great place to get work done and I love that it’s has a very relaxed atmosphere. Mike has been so accommodating and I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are having trouble getting work done with kids out of school!

The owner, and the staff are amazing and the layout is well thought out. It has been advantagous to have an environment that is specifically designed to put you in the mindset to get work done with no distractions. Defintely going to be using them on a regular basis.

2022-05-17Fantastic place to get work done. The private office rooms have all you need: fast internet (wifi or Ethernet), desks, chairs, and privacy. The place has a cool maker/startup vibe with the wood facades on the storage containers and greenery about. Very nicely done. There’s even a hidden putting green for those venturing to the second floor. Plenty of room, facilities are good and clean, and I can’t complain about the all-you-can-drink coffee. LionShare is my go-to spot to work from when I need to work in Jax.

2022-03-22LionShare Cowork has a great facility. I was able to complete my projects in peace will all amentities necessary were povided on location. What impressed me most was treatment after I moved out of the location. There was a billing error that I pointed out to the management. They could have easily ignored me or tried to create reasons why they could not refund. They did what was right even though I do not need their services in the near future. This speaks volumes for the management and I apprecite it very much.
