My experience was a great one! Management office is stellar and the park is affordable and they care for there residents!

STAY AWAY!!! THEY CUT OFF YOUR WATER EVERY DAY AROUND NOON. RUDE OFFICE WONT HELP. Garbage everywhere, feces, unsanitary conditions. It smells like death. Unsafe, hazardous. Holes and wires left undone everywhere. Pipies too.. They dont cut the grass. They do not clean up. Rude tenants throw garbage on the street!!!! Violence is prevalent. People ALWAYS fighting. Loud music at all hours of the day... and if you address anything with the association they belittle you because they assume you are a worthless nobody, if you live there. Or literally persecute you for complaining about the unsafe living conditions. Deplorable.THIS PLACE IS A GARBAGE DUMP!!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
