We cannot say enough great things about Luna Group Real Estate. We were looking for a home in Orlando, and had planned on calling 4 or 5 realtors that we researched on-line through word of mouth and reviews. We spoke with one other realtor, and then our second call was to the Luna Group. We spoke with Ann Marie, and right away we were extremely impressed by her vibrant personality, friendliness and professionalism. We had a millions questions on a Friday afternoon/evening, and she took the time to answer all of them thoroughly. We were so impressed by Ann Marie’s sincerity and trustworthiness that we decided we did not need to bother calling any other realtors. She asked us what was important to us in a realtor and we told her that “great communication” was a top priority for us. She definitely did not let us down in this department (or any others), as she was always very responsive and helpful throughout our home buying process. We also had the pleasure of working with Karyna during the closing process, and we were so pleased that she was just as great! Karyna was so helpful, knowledgable, and responsive in making sure our requests to the seller were worked out fairly. She also answered our endless list of questions, which made us feel very secure during the process. It’s obvious when working with them, that both Ann Marie and Karyna really care about their client’s happiness and really want to find the right house for them. We are extremely glad and thankful that we picked Luna Group Real Estate as our realtor. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be using them again in the future! In the market today you need an experienced, well known knowledgeable realtor and Karyna offers just that. She helped us buy our perfect home! 2022-05-07Excellent professional and personable people here. Loved every minute of working with them and they couldnt have made it easier or more profitable selling my home. I followed all of the wonderful advice they gave me to prep my place and get it ready to show. Then they came in and added their own touches and items to really make it perfect for showing. Yes, the market is crazy, but Im positive everything they suggested and took care of was a big part of maximizing my offers.... 19 offers after leaving it only 4 days on the market! Call Karyna or Ann Marie, I promise you wont be disappointed in this team.

2021-12-30Ann Marie at Luna Group was recommended to us by a family friend and it didnt take long to understand why. She was so warm and incredibly helpful throughout our first homebuying experience. We had a lot of questions and she was always very responsive and patient with us, and she was never pushy. We asked Ann Marie for recommendations on all sorts of things during the buying process and ended up using every recommendation that she offered (movers, etc.) and each one was flawless. Luna Group will make you feel genuinely appreciated and do everything they can to get you into the right home.

2022-02-28I could not have imagine anyone, but this team, to help me find my first dream home. I was extremely nervous going into this as this is my first time buying a home. However, Ann Marie and her team made this experience such an enjoyable and stress free one. She was not only great on the professional side, but also a great friend and guide through this whole process. We joke and say she was my ‘mom’ during this journey because truth to be told, I don’t know much about a house other than the look of it. Ann Marie made sure that I was not only buying a home that met all my preferences, but that it was a safe and financially smart investment in the long run. 2021-11-16Ann Marie and Karina are amazing at their job. They have helped us two times already find our home for what would fit our lives. During the first house hunt Ann Marie was very patient and took us through probably 10+ houses as we learned what really fit our budget and our situation then. She then helped us with our current new construction and we were able to pick our finishes and everything! She was there every step of the way, with her team they helped us get our old house ready for sale and believe me you wouldn’t get a better team to set it up for you. Every single detail to get the most profit was their goal and we truly appreciate it. They also helped us during negotiations both ways and ensured we were heard. They are like family now to us and we recommend them 100%, their expertise in the Lake Nona area goes above and beyond.

2022-03-25There isnt a way to put our appreciation into words after working with Karyna and Stella to close on our first home.We were first time home buyers entering a terrible buyers market. Karyna was extremely helpful, communicative, and diligent through the entire process. Even though I was out of state during the process, she was readily available to show us properties at short notice, help us make competitive offers, and get through an extremely turbulent and unexpected closing period.
