2021-01-26I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for a real estate agent to buy or sell their property. Chad helped us find our dream home by listening to our needs and taking us to properties that met our specific requirements. He gave fantastic advice on how to price our bid in an extremely competitive environment. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After we bought our home we listed our condominium with him. His marketing capabilities gave our listing over 3000 views in less than two weeks and we went under agreement in 12 days. Chad has a network of professionals that help him with all aspects of the real estate process. The photographer he uses portrayed our unit beautifully. No matter what your price point Chad treats all clients with the same level of respect and professionalism. Highly recommend!

2017-07-12I cannot say enough about my experience with Luxury Living Fort Lauderdale. It was harder to buy my car than it was to negotiate and buy my house due to the attention to detail, hand holding :), knowledge and patience they had with me through buying my first time home. They have great contacts to process my loan, The Mortgage Firm was excellent, and this whole buying process took two months from offer to close. I would not go with anyone else, they really are the best.

His professionalism, enthusiasm, true passion/knowledge for his job and making his client(s) happy is unlike anything Ive ever experienced. Buying a house is supposed to be an exciting time and thanks to him, we were smiling from ear to ear the entire time. Joe took the time to listen to our wants and needs and perfectly matched up showings for us at convenient times. After only a few appointments together, we had found our dream home; he really was able to get us more than we expected.
