I wish I had hired this firm first for dealing with my probate issues. I wasted seven plus months with a very very bad probate attorney. I can’t say enough good things about Randy. He’s amazing. Very patient and actually responds to emails and let’s me know what’s going on with the estate. Randy gets the job done. Thank you!!❤️☺️
Isaac and his team are absolute professionals in the areas of title and real estate law. Their communication is always excellent, and they go above and beyond. I recommend them highly.
I do not recommend their closing department for Real Estate. The closer (Nancy) was extremely rude with my client, making her wait outside the building for over 2 hours.
As far as their closing department for Real Estate Transaction, they are the very embodiment of why people hate doing closings with Attorney

2020-07-14We had a very time-sensitive HOA matter and needed legal advice. Our house was already under contract and half-way into the process the HOA wanted us to remove structures from the property. They wouldnt want to check if the structures had been approved years ago because their archive was moved to an off-site storage. After contacting several attorneys, Mr. Manzo was the only one who really looked into our case and knew exactly which document we needed as proof of their approval. A week later he had resolved the matter for us. We kept our buyer, no push-back for the closing date and didnt have to remove anything from the property. We couldnt have asked for a better attorney!

2018-10-12This Attorney Isaac Manzo is rude and uncaring of clients time. In regards to an appointment I called an hour ahead of time, advised I was coming and Mr. Manzo left the premises i advised assistant of appt. but no consideration of my call advising I was on my way mattered , maybe happy hour was more important. He left with not rescheduling, nor any directive to his employees I waited over 30 minutes and no one knew what to do nor cared and I wasted my entire afternoon to go and sit in any empty office with no help !!!! Not only did he leave before appt with no notification, I would also have to contact him for my return calls and answers. Mr. Manzo would never return my calls nor reach out to resolve issue and after leaving prior to any appointment I would NEVER recommend his poor services to anyone there are way more compassionate attentive attorneys who can help that care of your time and urgency to your important matters this is not the one!!!!
