Marilda was very involved and dedicated during our search for a home in Miami. She has deep knowledge of the market, but she also understood our personal needs and that was fundamental. 2020-10-08While working with Marilda on a property purchase, I saw her passion for her job and her ability to solve problems that arose during the process. Marilda was very professional, gentle and ingenious in the negotiation processes to get the contract, then with experience everything went as planned. A very important detail is that after finishing the whole process, she still worries about whether everything is going well with the new property. 2017-01-06My wife and I were well served when we chose Marilda Fernandes as our real estate agent. To begin, Marilda patiently assisted us in completing the necessary paperwork and then took a series of clear photographs that provided good and comprehensive views of our property. She also made some very helpful suggestions on some additional steps we could take to prepare our house for visiting buyers.During the following weeks, she always gave us adequate notice whenever she was scheduling visits and then provided us with prompt feedback on how each walk-through seemed to go. When inspectors and appraisers arrived, she was present to make sure that all was done in a proper manner.Throughout the process, Marilda counseled us professionally and cared for us personally, treating us as members of her own family. She worked energetically for us until the transaction was complete and stayed in touch even afterwards to make sure that we were doing well in our new setting. 2017-01-04Marilda followed me in buying and after that renting and apartment in Miami beach. I live literately in the other side of the world (in China) and she patiently (it was a short sale it took me 10 months to buy..) and professionally helped me to close the deal to buy my place. Best deal ever for me. After that she helped me to rent it and she followed even more than her scope of work to help me to fix problem when needed being as I said in other side of the world. Trust her youll not be disappointed. Still today after several years Marilda is always helping me with tenants issues.
