Kathleen and Marina were absolutely great!!! I was selling a property in South Florida, but I live out of town. Once I listed my Florida property with them, they got a LOT of people looking at it right away.Later, there was a problem in the property which needed someone local to help. Instead of my having to fly all the way back there, Kathleen checked it out herself and even arranged for someone to come in and fix it for me at a reasonable price! This saved me time, money, and hassle. That is WAY BEYOND what I would expect a real estate agent to ever do. When I had one offer go south, Kathleen was very level-headed and got another offer almost immediately which eventually went through.Kathleen and Marina have the maturity, knowledge, experience, and professionalism to do a job far better than just about any other real estate people I have ever done business with. Real estate, especially in South Florida, can be very tricky. But Kathleen and Marina took a lot of the trouble out of it for me and made things much, much easier for me than they would have been otherwise.I would recommend Kathleen and Marina to anyone. Marina helped helped us purchase our first condo 8 years ago. She was relentless and helped us make sure that we did everything possible to be first bidder on a unit that had 25 other bids. She worked day and night to ensure that all the documents were completed thoroughly and that there was no errors that could potentially result in us losing our unit.Fast forward to 8 years later where we were looking to sell our unit. After moving to Fort Lauderdale 2 years ago, and unsuccessfully working with 3 different Realtors and several mortgage brokers, I was introduced to Kathleen by mutual friends who had also been her clients. Buying Real Estate in Florida is much different from any other place I have purchased before. Kathleen understands the market and is very intuitive as to what her clients are looking for and comfortable with. It seemed like we were looking at 100 properties and she never lost patience or faith that we will eventually find that one place that I walk into and fall in love with. It took about 6 weeks and we were under contract. Kathleen also referred me to a mortgage broker she works with, who was able to find a way to finance my condo even though I did not have the full 25% downpayment that is required in FL, and despite a short sale in my past. Kathleen is now also a dear friend, and I could not have made it through this process without her!

I decided to move from Pittsburgh to Fort Lauderdale approximately three years ago. By happenstance, I found Kathleen Costanzos and Marina Sarabias names in a listing in which I was interested. After researching their business, I called them when I was going to be in town to do some preliminary investigating, to decide on the areas in which I considered living and get an idea of the cost of real estate in the beach area. I told Kathleen upon meeting her that I was not ready to buy on that trip, but explained my intentions. Instead of being put off that I was not ready to buy immediately, she was kind, courteous and knowledgeable; she showed me a number of different homes and condos which helped me decide in what area I wished to live, that a condo suited me best, and what the price range was for properties in which I was interested. I made a second trip to Fort Lauderdale before I was ready to buy and, again, received the utmost help in every way from Kathleen. On that second trip, I saw a condo which Kathleen had found which I loved but I was not ready to buy right then. Kathleen kept in touch with me in Pittsburgh and let me know what properties were on the market in which she thought I might be interested. When I called Kathleen and let her know that I was coming back to Fort Lauderdale and I was now ready to buy, she let me know that the condo I had loved the year before was back on the market(after being off the market for a time), we looked at it again, and Kathleen helped me negotiate a great deal on the condo of my dreams. There are no superlatives too great to describe how happy I have been with the service I received from Kathleen Costanzo and Maria Sarabia. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Professional, Personable & AccessableI wanted to purchase a condo in Pompano for an investment. Driving around I call several realtors from there signs out in of the properties. Kathleen was the only person to call me back and it was on a Sunday. She was able to accommodate my not so easy schedule. Kathleen was such a huge help from the first showing to the closing table. She helped with everything from recommending a funding group to an inspector for home inspection. Kathleen was always right there to answer a question or to make sure the inspection, appraisal were on track. We were referred to Marina by one of her former clients. We were told that she was the best and that shell do whatever possible to get us into our dream home. I accepted a job in Florida and was on a 60 day timeframe to relocate. I didnt want to rent and truly wanted to find a home to live in. I had several obstacles preventing me from being 100% available to search for homes...my job requires me to work 12-13 hr. days, and my weekends were spent in TX packing up my current residence. In addition, I was new to Florida and wasnt sure what areas I wanted to live in, causing a lot of home searching. I was introduced to Marina from my realtor in Texas (Israel Flores). Marina accepted this challenge, and worked with all the obstacles to ensure that I found a home that would accommodate my needs. Marina was very professional, knowledgeable, and had my best interest at hand. She worked countless hours searching for places, doing a walk through with a video recording, when I was unable to get off work to view the home. She learned my style quickly and she sent me homes that she felt I would be interested in. She also setup last minute appointments for me – in most cases the day that I viewed a home online. Marina became my eyes when I wasnt available. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Even a day before closing, Marina required a walk-through of the home to ensure that the seller fixed all agreed upon items. I wish to respond to the posting by Mr. Randall Cupples-Sabban, the buyer of my condo who posted in March 2016. I am the seller of the condo referenced in his post. Our realtor Kathleen Costanzo found herself in a somewhat awkward position trying to represent both myself and the buyers in a fair manner. I happen to believe she succeeded in doing so.Within two weeks of listing my condo with Kathleen, she presented me with two offers. I chose to accept the better of the two offers made by Mr. Cupples-Sabban. Although it was still several thousand dollars less than the asking price. A date was set thirty days from the when the offer was signed and accepted. It is important to note that I was under contract with my tenant to give him a thirty-day window to evacuate the unit. Also preparation of paper work and scheduling of residence approval by the association would take weeks to process. Immediately, I notified my tenant he had thirty days to evict. The buyers quickly scheduled an inspection.After the inspection Mr. Cupples-Sabban requested a concession from me to cover the cost of window replacement. Kathleen negoiciiated a compromise and both the seller and buyer would split the cost. An estimate was obtained and both the buyer and seller signed an agreement that no further concessions would be considered.It was unfortunate that the buyers had to leave country for a family emergency. But their accusation that Kathleen and her insistence to keep the original closing date was based on personal greed is false. The truth is, the buyers first asked that we move the closing up by a week. But I still had to honor my contract with my tenant so I could not close earlier than the original scheduled closing date. Then they asked to close ten days after the scheduled date and after my tenant had vacated the unit. This would mean I would incur condo fees, mortgage and utility cost for the rest of the month amounting to a few hundred dollars which the buyer, Cupples-Sabban did not offer me compensation for.Besides, Kathleen informed Mr. Cupples-Sabban that it would not be necessary for him to attend the closing and arrangements could be made so that the buyers could remain in France with their family during their emergency and we could close on the original scheduled date.We closed yesterday on time and without incident. I can say with all honesty Kathleen represented both me and the buyer in a fair and professional manner. I would be quite willing to work with her again and strongly suggest her service to anyone else requiring a realtor.David Williams and Michael Prokuda

Do NOT trust Mrs Costanzo and her fake smiles and gorgeous Cadillac. She is a money starved agent who will only pretend to be on your side until things go in your favor and against her cashing out your check fast. We bought a condo with her (no) help and it turned out to be a disaster. She never lifted one finger to help us. My mother needed surgery in France and she forcefully made us come back all the to the United States in spite of the situation so that she could cash her commission on time. She is a greedy woman who owns several condos in Fort Lauderdale which make her believe she owns the city! We were only asking for a 10 days extension to the closing in order to get things settled in France and she denied it. We also needed to rent a new place for us and she promised to help, she never even tried and we had to rent through another source. We are cash buyers and she took advantage of us. If our painful experience can be of any use to further buyers, then we have made our point. Mrs Costanzo is a money hungry liar agent who will go through any length just to make her commission. Be very aware of it and of that agent. There are so many agents to choose from, so do not fall for her sweet lies like we did.

2022-04-12I moved here from New York to find my forever home and was very fortunate to choose Keller Williams and the extremely professional, friendly team - Kathleen Costanzo and her associate Marina Sarabia. They both helped tremendously to make my search almost effortless.After viewing just a few condos, Kathleen knew exactly what I was looking for. She listened attentively and knew my wish list very quickly and sent me daily listings that were spot on. 2022-03-28I asked Kathleen and Marina to help with the sale of two properties over the past several months and it certainly was a great choice of realtors. Everything went extremely smooth from listing to closing. Paperwork was handled competently and swiftly. They obtained contracts on both properties that were above expectations and there were no complications along the way. One property closed within two months and the other in just over a month. I have worked with many realtors, having purchased and sold rental properties over the past 50 years and they are the best! 2016-03-10Maria and Kathleen were able to sell both my condo and my parents condo. The were able to bring both properties to closing within a target date that was based on a job relocation. Both worked together to give me a realistic expectation for the contract and the process. Both of these transactions occurred with me being out of state. Both Maria and Kathleen were able to provide me with all of the tools I needed to process the contracts and sales without any delay. Kathleen and Maria also provided door to door service for my parents and also hand carried many documents to my parents, who were not able to travel and sign the documents by themselves. Both Maria and Kathleen are the most professional and friendly real estate brokers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have recommended both of them to several other clients.

2016-03-11After relocating to Illinois we hired a Realtor and had our house in the market for over a year. Talking to one of our friends about this situation, she suggested to hire a different real estate agent and she recommended Marina Sarabia. We were in Florida for a few days and Marina made accommodations to met with us and to explain us her plan of action. Immediately we noticed that Marina was an expert in the Florida real estate market and we hired her as our new agent. Marina created a wonderful marketing package for our house that included social media postings, virtual tours and beautiful pictures of our property that were taken by her and her partner Kathleen. We were really impressed. After one open house and a week and a half of signing a contract with Marina our property had multiple offers. Selling a property from far away can be challenging, but Marina and her partner made the process very smooth and clear. Real estate transactions can be very stressful for seller and buyers, but we trusted Marina because she made us feel very comfortable. We wanted to close on our Florida property as soon as possible and Marina and her partner made sure that everything was done in a timely manner in order to meet our tight deadline. My husband and I only have good things to say about Marina Sarabia and Kathleen Costanzo. Both are very knowledgeable of the real estate market, are extremely professional and hard working individuals who know how to get the job done. My husband and I had found two wonderful friends and we hope to visit Florida soon and to see them again. They treated us more like old friends rather than clients and really went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. They are both very knowledgeable and highly professional. I feel like I could call them at any time with any questions that I have and they will respond right away. I have no problem highly recommending them to anyone who wants to buy or rent real estate in Florida.
