2022-06-17Helped me get my property rented. Got it all rent ready within a week. New carpet, paint, and some small stuff. He actually got it done for way cheaper than what I could get it done on my own. Found a great tenant for me as well.

2020-10-18Found a house for rent on facebook. Contacted James about viewing the property, when I spoke to him he was very condescending right from the beginning. Despite his attitude i decided to make arrangements to see the house anyways. he asked me to give him a call the fallowing day to work out a time to view the house. When I tried to contact him at the time he asked, he ignored all my phone calls, and texts... I canceled important things I had going on just to go look at the house. but if this is the way he runs his business It’s probably for the best. I would never want to deal with this unprofessional customer service long term. Thanks for waisting my time James.

2017-06-13James as a landlord was easy to deal with. His pricing was fair. We rented from him for a little over 2 years in the same property. The property was in good conditions when moving in. Anytime there were any issues and I advised of them, they were fixed within a timely manner and with notice. I would recommend him to others.
