2022-02-08I have dealt with Ed before. Our transaction was business related, and he was very, very up to point and fast. He is very professional! I believe that a company that has “professional” and timely realtors and specialists, is a company that deserves potential customers “trust” and “chance”!!!!

2021-12-31The real estate agent Daniel Castañeda I tried to buy land with him twice but he does not answer messages, calls or emails, he takes a long time to answer and when he does, he only answers, yes or no, it is very unprofessional, I asked him Offers for land that he never continued, did not try to negotiate, to get a contract with the owner. I do not recommend it at all, the attention of this unprofessional real estate agent is terrible and the truth is the truth I am sorry.

2020-10-22I have rented from Ed on and off since 2014.I have admired Eds integrity, honesty and doing the right thing over everything.The previous company was a nightmare and earned a solid 1 🌟 for good cause.Since Ed has acquired my property I have had some wear and tear break downsI have had Ed respond right away even after hours, and deal with me when I was at my whits end and Ed was stuck between me and the owner.Ed handled the matter with pure integrity. He did the right thing not favoring one side or the other. He showed he sticks to his word, doesnt backpedal and has complete work ethic 24/7.If you are wondering if this will a nightmare rental company, I can assure you NO!.This is a company you want to have as a property manager.

Nothing is too much trouble for him. Also his knowledge of the real estate and rental market is extremely extensive and I have found this to be invaluable. 2018-12-07Been with Ed over 7 years. Great guy and has worked hard for me over the years buying and now selling. My family and I think of Ed as part of our family.
