Only intention is to make easy money! I work hard to make money and it’s frustrating to see people charging ridiculous amounts to do easy work and give attorneys a bad reputation. Luckily I have a respectable different attorney. HOA is used by attorney like this to rip money off residents.

Tried to contact the office twice through their website last week and got no reply. So I called, after hours, to leave a voice mail and their message said they were closed to observe Presidents Day. They havent changed their message for 4 months? That is not the kind of attention to detail I would expect from an attorneys office. I did not get a call back, called again today and finally got an answer from a woman who seemed irritated I called and sighed a couple times like she had something better to do. I left my info but needless to say I will not be using this firm if this is an indication of how they operate.

Absolutely terrible experience! Used her and her staff for a real estate transaction and to handle ancillary probate of an Estate. Poor communications, errors in billing and 10 months after hiring they still havent completed notice to creditors. They seem confused when handling probate of an estate and barely completed the closing in time before the real estate agreement nearly expired for the second time.

We needed our wills and other documents in a hurry and they were very accommodating to our time schedule. They were very professional and efficient and a wonderful people to work with.
Do NOT use this firm. Terrible communication. Never return calls or emails. Attorneys not showing up for meetings or hearings. Failing to file documents on time. The only one you can get hold of is the receptionist. Law firms are bad enough but these people have been the worst. They made an already stressful situation even worse. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!

2022-05-16At first this looked like a simple estate involving a house and a Charles Schwab account. As we dug into the details, there were a number of issues that came up with the assets and there were some challenges with the parties involved as well. Our attorney led us through each issue one at a time and eventually everything was resolved. We learned that Probates are a challenge and thank goodness we had Attorney Joshua Rosenberg from Merideth Nagel, PA there as a guide. We will be forever grateful to Joshua and his team.. .

2021-12-21Thank you to Attorney Merideth Nagel, (Estate Planning, Trust, Probate, Elder and Real Property Law), and her team that assisted me with a re-statement of my Revocable Trust, May, 2012 written in MA. My appointments were timely, and informative about Florida Laws regarding Estate / Probate and Real Estate Planning. I wanted to file for a Homestead exemption on my recent purchased home in Winter Garden. (I had recently moved from Marlborough, MA and my Revocable Trust, May 2012 from MA., was not stated according to Florida law for approval of a Homestead Exemption.) Therefore, I needed to up date my Trust to allow for the tax Accessor to consider my request for Homestead exemption. I was delighted to have located Attorney Merideth Nagel in the Florida Bar Association listings.Attorney Nagel has given me peace of mind that my trust is now valid and in good standing with Florida Law and have protected my family with my re-stated trust. (Since my Trust was created in May, 2012 in MA. many state and federal laws have changed that impacted my trust as first written.)
