They stole my money. Hire them to work on my violations and after 8 months never gave an answer. The only answer was they needed 7000$ more to complete the job. Their employees are so rude they disrespected me. I’m going to take then to court. I need my money back. So sad for Miami to have that company. They should close or go to jail.

Do not hire these people, I do not recommend at all. No one knows what they are doing and their work is poor. They’re incompetent in their work and refuse to resolve problems. They are theives who charge expensive and do not show up nor return calls. Do not go with these people, anyone else is better.

The biggest thieves in Miami fl, they stole $ 7000 dollars from me to make plans for an addition a full year and they never did anything right, the city denied everything and they wanted to charge more for corrections that were on their part for their incompetence and their improfcionalism and they have never debited the money for all the bad work done on their part, THEY ARE THIEVES.

2019-05-23Our designs took months to do, after several back and forth to correct errors...8 months later we get told they have the final approved drawings and permits....this is after weekly and daily followup....all to get the drawings to see they didnt capture everything as discussed. The engineer never met with us as a customer. They only provide a small print for the fees...if you want pdf drawings to share with contractors it cost an extra $85. We went with them thinking this process would have been faster and we would receive proper customer service, but they dont really care for customer service as folks in a desperate need for drawings will go from the building permit office next door....highly recommend you research other design companies and run your own permits, too late for our family.

2017-09-18At first i thought that this company is a scam because of the negative feedback. But i found myself with no choice but to be in a contract with them for a code violation. I can say that their charges is a bit above average and it was sometimes difficult to contact them. I did not expect too much from them since i already came here before entering to a contract with them. But surprisingly they were able to fix my code violation and i think that the charges was fair enough. I feel sorry for the people who were not satisfied by their services, and im just thankful that it didnt happen to me.

2020-01-03First of all, please DO NOT GO HERE, trust me they will SCAM you. These people are scammers be careful!!!! I paid them to do a job for me and once I made the payment they didn’t return any of my phone calls or made any proper accommodations to assist me. Because I kept calling the office to ask for further information about my service , some lady called “Onelia Duran” sent me disturbing messages claiming she wanted to come to my house and was sending me multiple messages harassing me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Go somewhere else!!

They trick you with words to give them your money and then they change the rules and promises of everything. They are cheeky. They lied to me, they deceived me and the employees are rude when people are going to demand that they return the money!!!! I dont understand how that place is still open with so much cheating from them. DONT GO TO THAT PLACE!

2017-02-16Please do not go to this company. They first get you to come in because they are 3 stores down from the Miami Dade building and have a guy advertising that they will give you $200.00 off. Diana Chavez never returns a phone call. They robbed $700.00 from my initial deposit. they lied that in 3 weeks they would get the permit filed. Fast forward 6 weeks later Diana said she had someone in the county obtaining my master permit and I would have my permit same day- that was Friday. On Monday I called the county and guess what nothing filed. When I went in person they took my file to an attorney which they do not want to give me the name and number of the attorney and refused to give me my micro film that I paid separately. While I was there another client was upset with them as well because of billing issues and no response. I filed a complain with BBB, FL Dept of Regulation and Miami Dade County. They are criminals.

2018-07-25It wasnt a bad experience for me at all compared to others who gave a negative feedback for this company. I think its fair enough to give a 4 rating because they were able to help me with my violation even though it wasnt a very smooth transaction.
