I was planning a move from Omaha to Miami and found Hans YouTube channel. First thing I discovered is that the rental market in Miami is a lot more complex than in the Midwest, so on a whim I reached out to Hans. He was quick to reply and answered all my questions. Since I was unable to travel down and do physical tours, he went to my top location choices and sent me video tours of each, which really helped me with my decision. Sometimes the listing photos can be grainy or outdated. He also met me on move in day to get me the keys and give me a quick tour of the new place and was available well after via text to answer various questions that came up. If you are thinking of moving to Miami, you should definitely get a real estate agent, and I cant recommend Hans enough.

I cant recommend Hans enough! He is a true professional and is very knowledgable about Miami. He went out of his way to make sure I found the perfect place.I recently moved from NJ/NY to Miami. I found Hans from his video on youtube. I was very torn about weather to make the move or not so I reached out to Hans via email that he provided in his youtube video.I told him what areas I was looking at and what my budget was and he had a list of places to show me. Needless to say, the first apartment he showed me I wound up falling in love with. I wound up making the move to Miami and i type this review in the very apartment I had my heart set on. 2021-06-19We were looking to purchase a home in Miami from out of state and couldnt make it in person. Hans became our eyes, ears and legs during the entire home purchase process in South Florida.Originally we knew that Hans had the local knowledge, professionalism and energy to make it happen for us. But soon we found out that he is much more than that. He will negotiate on your behalf as if this were his own deal. That pretty much sums up all you need to know about his professionalism and his loyalty to his client.Out of three offers made two were accepted (our first accepted offer the deal fell through). A 67% success rate which is outstanding in this extremely competitive market for the buyers.Not only will he make the whole process smooth but he continues to be a source of advise and friendship after the purchase. Extremely grateful that we have found Hans on our team.

2021-04-06Hans was referred to me by a close friend who had a great experience working with him. I had only 2 weeks to find a place to live and was freaking out but Hans was like dont worry youre gonna be fine and I was! He quickly had a list of places for me to see. I was kind of torn between 2 places and he advised me on why he believed one was a better option for me than the other. It truly felt like I had a friend working with me. Professional/Friendly/Involved/Available/Communicative... when youre stressing about a move you need to feel like your Realtor is on your team and has your best interests in mind & that most certainly is Hans. I love where I live and will continue sending people his way when they are either renting, buying or selling.

2020-09-15We meet Hans after my daughter and son-in-law recommend him, when we were moving to the Miami area. He help us find an apartment. He was patience and listened to what we wanted. We used Hans again when we decided to buy. He helped us narrow down what would work best for us, as we were looking both at condos and houses . He gave us information about each area we were looking at. He researched the properties and let us know what the comparison were in the area. Without me having to ask, he also took my commute to work into consideration
