Dr. Victor Manuel Garcia and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease beginning with the initial office visit and during the procedure. Dr. Garcia thoroughly explained the procedure to me during the initial office visit and the day of he would tell me step by step what he was doing. Asking me throughout the procedure how I was doing. He even called me the day after to see how I was doing! I highly recommend the Doctors and Staff at Miami Root Canal Specialists.
Both Doctors were great at explaining what was wrong and the process to fix my tooth. Dr Paul did my root canal and in 40 years of going to the dentist I always felt pain during a shot I didn’t this time! Dr Paul gives the best shots!!!! He was very thorough in educating me on the process before, during, and post procedure. Hopefully we won’t ever need another root canal, but if I do this is the place to go!!!
I can’t say enough about Dr Paul and his staff. I came in extremely nervous about getting a root canal, my first. I did my research and I read great reviews on Dr Paul so I decided to go with him. It was AMAZING!! I did not feel a thing! He made the entire process super comfortable and made sure I was not feeling any pain at all. I actually fell asleep at one point. He explains step by step what he’s doing while he’s working on you. Honestly, it was awesome. I totally recommend him, hands down!! Thank you Dr Paul!
Dr. Paul and his staff were wonderful. Treatment was excellent. They kept me informed of the procedures and the estimated costs before doing any work. They were friendly and kind. Excellent service and honesty, that rare combination is found at this office. I called to get a root canal done. Lilly, the receptionist, was very attentive, she took my insurance information and was told me exactly what to expect. The doctor Alexander D. Paul was great, He explained me what the procedure was going to be and through it, asked me at all time if I was feeling confortable. Ended by advising me to contact him if any problem arised during the weekend.I highly recommend this doctor and I thank him, Milly and the doctor assistant.

I was very impressed with Dr. Paul and his staff. They are very professional and attentive. I had a rather complex root canal and they were kind enough to devote their afternoon to handling and finalizing my procedure on the same day. I found their attention to detail and patience to perform the procedure correctly exceptional and would recommend them to my family and friends.
Amazing dental office. The politeness from ALL staff is beyond welcoming and reassuring for someone like myself who has severe nerves about seeing dentists. They were able to get me an appointment within 2 business days of me calling about a referral for a root canal. I traveled from key west based on reviews and I do NOT regret it. Dr. Paul had amazing bedside manner, made sure I was comfortable and numb. As well as informative, soft spoken and personable. Would give 10 stars if I could. PS. if Dr. Paul sees this, there IS a Walmart in homestead lol I just never been (only left key west 2 times in a year). You wont regret coming here!
The best experience Ive ever had at a dental office. Dr. Paul takes the time to explain everything to you and ensure all of your questions are thoroughly answered. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. The office is clean and inviting, and I could tell everyone there takes pride in their work.
I had some pain on my mouth and I went to Root Canal Service to get some service and Dr.Alexander Paul checked my problem and gave me a great solution to repair my problem. The service was great and all of the staff were also great. I do recommend the office , doctor and staff to anyone who may have a problem with their teeth.
I went in with a terrible toothache and it turned out Id neglected my oral health and needed a root canal. Dr Paul is very competent and compassionate through the whole process. Everything was explained to me thoroughly including pricing which I felt was very reasonable with no insurance. I just went to my 6 month post op checkup and Im very pleased with the service and the whole process. The office staff is pleasant and the wait time is minimal.

I had a great experience at Miami Root Canal Specialists today! Dr. Paul and his staff made me feel very very comfortable and all were extremely professional. The office was super clean and top-notch with dental equipment that is not in a regular dental office.Milly was very sweet and professional on the phone when confirming and in person when checking in. His assistant, Dayi, was very gentle when taking my x-ray as well. Dr. Paul was very thorough in his consultation and explained all of my treatment options with the pros/cons. I had 2 complicated root canals done through crowns at this office with Dr.Paul and I can honestly say they are the best Ive ever been to. I felt no pain and recovery was fast. Everything was explained to me in detail. Very friendly staff and doctors. Highly recommend them if your looking for someone who knows what they are doing. Affordable prices as well. I am from Philadelphia and live in the Keys part time and when I had a dental emergency I had know idea who to call. After consulting with my personal dentist and checking the internet I found Dr. Paul, luckily I hit a homerun, he was able to get me in right away and correct a very complicated problem. Just following up 4 months after having my root canal done by Dr. Paul at Miami Root Canal Specialists. It is always easy to give a great review after the initial visit and treatment, which I did (see my review from Yelp copied below). But does the work hold up several months afterwards? I can state without a doubt I am pleased with the work completed and have had no complications with the root canal. The crown placed by my dentist is fine and no pain or discomfort whatsoever from cold/hot or overuse. Everything turned out great! Thanks again Dr. Paul and Miami Root Canal Specialists!!From my Yelp review dated 3/5/2020: After being told by my dentist that I probably needed a root canal, I made contact with Dr. Paul. I had no dental insurance and Dr. Paul was very accommodating. The pain in my tooth had been diminishing so I was thinking that maybe I didnt need the procedure after all. Dr. Paul fully explained all my options after review of the xrays and the reason why I should move forward with the procedure. There was no pressure applied, just a rational conversation, with some light humor tossed in. A truly comfortable experience. I had a root with a 90 degree bend in it and Dr. Paul explained the implications that could happen. None of which occurred as he took the extra time needed to work around the bend. Going out of the office, after the procedure was complete, I felt that I had been worked on by a true professional that has mastered his craft.
At MRCS, you get what you need. Let me explain. During a routine checkup, I was told by my general dentist that I needed a root canal. It was shocking news considering I have only ever had 2 cavities in my life! Scared and worried, I turned to my best friend who recommended Miami Root Canal Specialists. In fact, she insisted and so I made an appointment to visit the office. Long story short, I arrived quite anxious, but left with a smile. Dr. Garcia worked diligently on my tooth and I ended up not needing a root canal after all! I will be forever grateful. This was 3 years ago. I continue to visit the office for checkups and everything is still fine. This just goes to show that treatment can most certainly be prevented if evaluated on time and even more so if you visit Miami Root Canal Specialists.

He has a gentle, bright and very good personality.Im allergic to epinephilin and Im afraid of anesthesia, but he chose the one that suits me properly and took my fear.I am so grateful to Dr. Victor.DR. 2022-02-18By the end of last year, my dentist gave me the good news that I needed a root canal. I was scared to death , I never had one done before! I decided to go to a specialist. So my Guardian Angel took me to Miami Root Canal Specialists. I prayed and I felt better.Dr. Paul was great! during the procedure he kept talking to me and asking if I was ok. I did not feel any pain. He is very nice and knowledgeable.I can recommend them 100% ♥

2022-02-21I came to Miami root canal with a serious infection. Doctor Paul helped me as an emergency patient. He and his staff were very proffesional and kind. The office is very clean and the staff are very nice and organized. With Dr. Pauls help i made a full recovery and he saved my tooth. I highly recomend Miami root canal to anyone with dental needs. You will not be let down by their attention to detail and warm family like hospitality.

2021-05-11I wish I could rate Dr. Paul with 10 stars for his recent intervention in my root canal case. I will just start by saying that I have never had any doctor on top of things and with the level of service and professionalism as he did. Dr. Paul not only took me on short notice, but also took his time with my root canal to ensure I didnt have to endure any pain due to the inflammation that I had. He also followed up with me during the weekend in his off time (unheard off from other doctors) to make sure I was doing ok. After this experience, I can only say I will be his patient for life although I dont want to have more root canals... About is practice... Minimalistic approach, hand held x-ray worked great; I didnt have to be biting on plastic molds to hold contrast plates with my teeth. Also he has great technique for applying anesthetic... I did not feel a thing when he was injecting my gums... He also worked through a very tiny hole through the crown so that I didnt have to get a new one. Also, his staff is super friendly and knew how to make me feel comfortable when I was in distress with the pain. The registering process was quick and simple and the insurance and billing things were dealt with swiftly and without delay. I could not be happier that my dentist recommended him to me. Thank you so much Dr. Paul.

2022-01-12I am new to the area and was referred to Dr. Garcia. I am someone who is extremely anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, so showing up in pain not knowing what or who to expect was scary for me. Immediately I felt comfortable and as if I had known him for years. He has a calm about him, and is so personable. He listens. His passion for what he does shines and makes something that is not so fun a little more enjoyable. Not only do you know you are being taken care of with great experience, but also with compassion. I hope I never need a root canal again – but I wish he could be my regular doctor because I would want to go more often. I am truly grateful for finding him.

2021-08-16Dr. Garcia and his staff are wonderful professionals. I came to his office scared for several reasons. The first one: a very intense pain in one of my teeth. Dr. Garcia was not only patient and kind, but he explained to me in detail what was happening to me. This made me feel safe and relaxed. The entire team is extremely friendly and helpful. The second reason for my fear was to treat me in the middle of the pandemic. At that time I was not vaccinated and going to the dentist scared me. In this office all the possible precaution measures are taken, from the moment you arrive until you leave. I felt extremely protected.I recommend Dr. Garcia and his workers for all these reasons, but above all, for being extremely humane and respectful people. Thank you so much for everything!!

2021-08-13Dr. Paul is a very knowledgeable, kind and gentle doctor. I went to him in need of a root canal. I went to the office originally with dread, I didnt want any pain. He administered the numbing shots almost painlessly. After that everything was a breeze. Dr. Paul explains everything that he is doing and shows you pictures along the way. The office has state of the art equipment.I highly recommend Dr. Paul to anyone who is in need of this kind of work.
