We were recommended to Richard by a friend of ours. Initially, we were worried that he only dealt with waterfront property. We worked with Chloe from Miami Waterfront Realty. She was nice. She helped us find a house in the Broward area. She was on top of scheduling appointments for us with the owners realtors. Miami Waterfront Realty has a website that automatically sends you houses within an exact area and she helped us screen through the houses. We found and purchased a house about 3 weeks into the process.

2020-06-03You want to go with Richard and his team at Miami Waterfront Realty. When you hire Richard you get Richard. It’s his personal touch that makes him an incredible realtor. You would never know that this man has multiple listing going at one time, showing million dollar houses, highly successful fisherman, and an awesome dad/husband. How do you juggle this?!?! Anytime I call him or needed something he was available. Richard showed my wife and I house in the Keystone, Miami Shores, El Portal, and Belle Meade area and at each house gave us his honest opinion and advise on the bones of the property. Anyone can show you property but where Richard really shines is his network and reputation with other realtors. He negotiated like it was his own home and helped my wife in I through the process of actually buying the house. He was always on time and was the first one to the inspections and meetings.
