The Mike Lombardo Team was exceptional to work with. I had spoken with them earlier in the year about selling out second home in Florida. At that time Mike actually advised me not to sell given the slow market. He was open and honest and proved great advise. We checked in the fall and once again gave great advice. Do to sudden events, we had to sell my Moms house quickly. Both Mike and Sheena assured me that it wouldnt be a problem and from the first meeting with Mike I knew that I had made the right decision in going with them as my agent. We met on a Thursday and after thoroughly explaining the plan of action, the house was under contract by Monday and we got above the asking price. We then closed in about 2 weeks. Mike communicated with me every step of the way and reassured me when I got a little nervous. Sheena stayed in touch as well so I never felt like I was going through the process alone. There are much bigger realty companies in SWFL but I would tell anybody wanting to sell their house, especially if its your first time, to go with Mike and his team. Its an overused selling term, but it really did feel like I was working with a member if my family who had our best interests in mind.

Mike Lombardo is an excellent realtor and I have worked with many. The two qualities that stand out to me the most are his work ethic and his integrity. He usually starts his day at around 5:00am. I have received many emails at this time and today which was the day after we closed was no exception. He answers almost all calls immediately and when he can’t he returns them within the hour. I love this as I can be a little impatient when I have something on my mind. He actively tries to find a buyer which most listing agents do not. Each time there was a price reduction he would call his contacts and let them know and try to get a deal made. He has a lot of integrity which is a quality that you don’t see a lot in the real estate business. When he told me something or gave me advice I knew it was honest and for my benefit. I would definitely use Mike again if I listed another home or was looking to buy.

2022-09-03Honesty and professionalism are much appreciated when it comes to selling your largest and sometimes your most prized asset- your home. After living in Cape Coral for only a year and a half my family was recruited back to SC for yet another career opportunity. We live on the West side of burnt store rd in NW Cape Coral (as we were told a highly desirable area). We originally listed with our agent that got us our house here in Cape Coral originally, but unfortunately that just was not a good fit and after almost 6 weeks of trying to sell our house we pulled it off the market and broke ties. After doing some research for an agent/broker that better suited what our expectations were I read some reviews on Mr. Lombardo and gave his team a call. I was honest with him and told him we were thinking about re-listing but had an offer at $490,000 (free of commission fees) from another agent (whom we knew very well), but wanted to know if we were making the right decision and if our supposed $550000 (4BR, 2Bath, with a pool- 2560 square feet) was really worth that. Mike literally set up a time with me the next morning and after running some comps and analysis advised me to take the deal! He was transparent about the change in the market and what he would list my house at (530,000) and hoped to get at highest. Instead of taking my money (from commission and closing fees) and listing my house he was HONEST! What a true gem we found in connecting with Mike who took his personal and professional time to only tell us to take the deal because it would be smart and was what he thought was best for us in this declining market . He did not even charge us a penny even though he should have in my opinion. He even told us to call him if we had questions or concerns regarding our agents offer and if anything did not work out he would love to assist us in listing/selling our house. Our first agent did not even come to our house! They sent their team but Mike makes it personal and has a personal approach to his listings to do what is right by his clients as it relates to the current housing market along with realistic expectations. 2022-04-13Im an out-of-state attorney for an out-of-state client who was ready to sell an undeveloped residential lot after receiving an unsolicited offer that seemed pretty low. I found Mike after a careful search and a referral from another Florida agent. We engaged him and and quickly sold the lot for substantially more than the initial offer. Never met Mike face-to-face, but he was great--patient, communicative, but no foo-foo residential agent stuff and no BS. All business. I will definitely recommend him to others who are buying or selling in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area.

2022-07-13I really can’t say enough good things about Mike. He’s been my broker for multiple transactions for buying and selling and will be my broker for any transaction as long as I am in florida. 2022-05-11Mike and his team just sold our house for us. Not only did they sell it faster than we expected, they got us way over our asking price. They could not have made the process any easier. They handled everything!! They were also there to answer all of our questions, no matter what time or what day we called. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.
