The team at 904 home guide really helped us tremendously. We had to do a 1031 exchange with very little time and Mike and Andrea and the team met with us and showed us plenty of properties handled all of our questions and got us a better price than what we thought we would get. Seriously couldnt have done it without them. I will use them again and again. Its only more Brokers were like these guys.

Mike and his team were great. In this crazy fast market he guided us smoothly though this selling process. From getting our home photo ready to list and I must say I would have bought our home from just the pictures they were amazing. In getting us ready for showings, he came in with his team adjusted the lighting and tweaked a few minor things around the house. I wish I could give more than five stars. We were on a very tight timeline, moving to Jacksonville from Northern California. I have been on the buyer and seller’s sides of real estate transactions multiple times, and Mike provided the BEST experience so far. Unlike other realtors, he didn’t just go through the motions; he listened, heard, and responded appropriately to our requests and needs. He assisted in negotiating the best price, worked hard to resolve some issues with the house (cleanliness, inspection issues, etc.), he had a list of vendors for painting, flooring, and cleaning. He worked with the mortgage agent to assure qualification of mortgage.THEN, after closing, I needed a local service to assist with a non-real-estate issue. He was able to communicate with someone, who referred me to someone else, who was able to help me. He didn’t have to do any of that. Plus, he followed up multiple times to assure that I was making progress.Mike is truly just a great guy and a great realtor, who knows his business and actually cares about people. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

A couple months ago, buying a house seemed terrifying, yet alluring. I was a weekend Zillow warrior, frequently calling friends and family for advice on how/where/when to buy my first piece of Florida real estate, but never taking it any further. My lack of knowledge in the real estate industry made every search end with cold feet and another months rent paid in full to my landlord. Eventually, by way of a close friends recommendation, Mike Rolewiczs name came up, with a promise that I wouldnt find a better representative in the Jacksonville area code.After a quick trip to his website, filled with luxury homes surely out of the budget of a 26yr old, single income guy looking for his first house, I decided it wouldnt hurt to pick up the phone and give him a call anyways. Worst case, I learn a lot. Best case, I get to look at some dope houses for a few days. As I write this from the desk in my beautiful new home, I cannot reiterate this enough: I am so glad I made that call.From the first meeting to the closing day signature, Mike was in my corner, answering all my questions, and truly taking an interest in what home looks like to me. We looked at a variety of what Jacksonville has to offer, and had daily discussions about each location we visited. He made me feel like a priority, and ensured I was getting the best deal before any offers were written. Youd think a Realtor would just want to get you through the process so they can get paid. Not Mike. In fact, there was a point I was ready to write the check and Mike talked me down, positive that it wasnt the one for me. For him, its not about getting paid. Hes already got what he needs. My experience with Mike could not have been better. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and straight forward.... and incredibly helpful as well. Whether it was finding the right properties to see, or assisting with the close (I was out of town) or even connecting me with people in his network to facilitate the close (all of whom couldnt have been more professional as well), every step of the way was just executed well. Im certainly sold on who Ill call in the future.
Warning: Mike Rolewicz is not just a bad realtor, he is reckless and dangerous. I purchased my first home with him and he has created an epic real estate nightmare. Without telling me, Mike agreed to a rent back agreement with the sellers agent that gives the previous owner possession of my home permanently, until whatever day she decides to relinquish it - and at $800 per month below market rents. He did this during the offer acceptance and did not tell me, instead misleading me during closing that it was the four months I had requested. I now live in the garage behind my $400,000 house for the foreseeable future. I had agreed to a four month rent back, but when the seller countered with one that did not end, Mike capitulated - later saying it was a deal make or break. I would have preferred to break the deal, but he did not even ask me or tell me of the counter offer. I did not know it was possible to sign away the right to occupy your home permanently! Please see photo for the clause - it is beyond words. I moved here from Washington D.C. after taking multiple overseas postings, and now that my HHE (household goods) has arrived I will also have to pay additional money for storage for my belongings, and then additional move fees to get the items into my home - if the seller ever vacates. Mike seemed like a nice guy, Im gutted that he allowed this to happen to me. I was so excited to have my first home. I cannot warn you strongly enough to stay away. Additionally, when we signed the purchase agreement I asked him to note that more of the appliances convey as they were not all on the purchase agreement. He said the seller and I could sort that out later and she said they convey - naively, I assumed this meant there was another point where we put this into writing. There is not. If the seller wants, she can take the appliances thanks to Mikes inept work. I will be out thousands - more than I am from the rent back nightmare and the associated lawyers.Update: In addition to Mikes very poor work, his brokerage -eXp Realty - is shady. They proudly claim they are the first cloud-based brokerage. What does that mean? It means their headquarters is a virtual island in the cloud and all agents report in avatar format for meetings and to hang out on the digital beach. See their self-produced YouTube video eXp World Created for Connection. Its disturbing - its the gamification of the real estate industry. Theyve offshored their world to the cloud and take no responsibility for their agents or their work. Their agents have downlines like in multi-level marketing, so they are encouraged to sell, sell, sell so that the higher ups can get a cut. They have been a nightmare to get ahold of, and when I finally did they blamed the title attorney and said I needed to get a real estate attorney. Stay away from Mike, stay away from other agents at 904 Home Guide, and stay away from anyone associated with eXp Realty. This has been a dystopian nightmare. Mike is not even a mediocre agent - hes just plain awful.

He didn’t make me feel horrible when I changed my mind on a property and promoted me to feel super comfortable with my choices. He read contracts instead of “here sign this” he never acted frustrated or tired and trust me he had every reason to! If your lucky enough to get him you better hang on tight because many other agents just can’t stay standing in negotiations in this market! He will back up everything I am saying and then some! You won’t be sorry unless you don’t get him to represent you.
We bought a high-end home in Ponte Vedra recently using Mike Rolewicz as our Realtor. Mike Rolewicz is the best Realtor I have ever worked with in my four decades of buying and selling real estate in five states. Mr. Rolewicz listened to what we defined as our specs for a house. He then showed us what were in the parameters. Opened the houses up for us to see and just let my wife and I explore the houses. There were marine issues on the property that me wanted to buy. Mr. Rolewicz worked with us and the owner to solve the problems. Clearly Mr. Rolewicz had our interest ahead of his financial wellbeing. This is the definition of a professional, which Mr. Rolewicz certainly portrays.

I JUST bought my first home and before starting the process everyone warned me that it was going to be stressful and exhausting, espically in this market. Thanks to Josh and Adnana my experience was neither stressful nor exhausting, even though it was complicated sale. Josh is a magician who got me into the condo of my dreams below my budget (!) and Adnana kept me updated every day on all the details and timelines she was managing so that I didnt have to. The team answered my millions of questions promply and it all felt seamless and easy. 2022-08-31This wasn’t our first home buying experience, but it was for sure the best!We are seriously thrilled with the service, attention, and expertise that the team at 904 Home Guide brought to the table. We were house hunting from out of state, and Mike and his broker/agent Mackenzie always made time for us. Their knowledge of the area, property values, specific quirks and limitations of areas made it way easier to house hunt from a distance. And Mikes familiarity with even the more complex legalities of uncommon situations was impressive.Mackenzie readily made herself available for video tours (and was really thorough) and hunting down property that fit our specific vision. And....she found it! She and Mike guided us on the real value of the home and through a few of the more complex pieces of this particular closing. And their project manager, Adnana, was fantastic at keeping us fully in the loop and making sure everything was on track. In short, they made it easy. We always felt confident in the process.They are awesome, and fun to be around to boot!

2022-06-22Mike and his team were incredible while we were transitioning from the northeast down to FL. We had limited knowledge of the area so we really leaned on Mike and his team to help us find a safe and family friendly neighborhood. We did not anticipate finding a house so quickly but when we did Mike jumped right on it and landed us our perfect house. They were also great with accommodating virtual calls and tours while we were still up north. We highly recommend Mike and his team!

2022-07-22The definition of a customer focused company. I recently sold my home with offer pad and bought a new home to remodel. I made a mistake while ordering fixtures for the new house and sent it to the old address. I reached out to zillow and they were no help but it generated a lead to mikes team. Mike called and I told him what happened he said don’t worry about it he would take care of it he scheduled an appointment went on his own and retrieved my package from my old house and then drove all the way back to his office. Keep in mind I dont know mike and didnt use him as our realtor there is nothing in this for him other than helping out a stranger. People don’t do things like this anymore and it’s incredible when they do. Thank you again Mike.

2022-02-09We relocated from Omaha to Jacksonville and needed guidance with the local area and housing market. 2021-10-18I interviewed many realtors who were eager to sell my home. They all stated that they had great marketing plans but there wasnt any substance to their comments. Mike was the complete opposite. He sat down with us and provided details on how we was going to sell our home. Mike even called me from Hawaii during his vacation, before we had an agreement to update on the changing market conditions. He was very helpful in the final negotiations of the sale of our home.
