The technician Thomas Provan was very professional. He came in a clean crisp white shirt and clean pants. Was able to troubleshoot and diagnose my issue efficiently. He also installed a whole house surge protector and explained the pros and cons of having one. He represents the best of the trade. He gives electricians a good name and is an asset to Mr. Sparky.
Wesley did an an absolutely amazing job!! He is an absolute professional. His work is flawless and he has excellent attention to detail. I’d be happy to have him for any of our electrician needs again. Thanks for the great work

Stay away. Quoted me twice the going rate for a basic garage outlet install. Glad I shopped around. The electrician put on a big show of calling his manager to “see what he could do” about the price. Manager claimed that they couldn’t come down as they were nearly doing it at cost. Shopping Home Depot myself I can see “cost” is about $750 less than their quote.Slimy all around. Go with a local company.

Eric was professional and very pleasant and polite. He did a great job of installing 3 ceiling fans and moving an outlet. He was very neat and cleaned up everything. I would definitely have him back again.
They responded quickly and finished job in a timely fashion. John was very professional, provided a quote with options, and he gave me time to review and make a decision by allowing me to call someone to speak with him that had some knowledge about electrical work to help me make my final decision.

The work that Lloyd did was great. I do have a concern that I was some what taken for a ride on services recommended. I called because cause of lights dimming when my instant hot water heater came on. I had other things done for a bill of $8000+. My lites still flicker when my instant hot water comes on. I was sold an expensive bill of goods, and I still have the problem. What did I miss?
Called after a home inspection that showed i had to replace some electrical panels at a property I just purchased.The inspector also reviewed the wiring and the outlets and gave me a report for how much it would cost to fix it.I already had a quote from someone else before mr sparky showed up so I already had multiple opinions on the price and urgency of the project.Mr sparky did a quick walkthrough put some stuff on his tablet and started with the scare tactics right away. He pitched some expensive wireless breakers and some re wiring (inspector said wiring was ok)This whole time I knew mr sparky was full of it because I already had an inspector and an electrician looked at the job.I knew an inflated price was coming but I didn’t expect it to be so way off compared to other quotes.Mr sparky quoted me 20,000 dollars for a job that would usually go for 2k. I ended up going with an insured and reputable electrician that charged me about 3k.Mr sparky should change his name to Mr Crooky

I had 30 year old fans replaced in my rental property. It was an overall pleasant experience- on time- pleasant and polite- cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I will ask of same team to come to replace fans at my house next!

Jose and Tyler were able to solve problems with a 4 way switch and remote (that had been wrongly wired by developer years earlier) and changing chime box, transformer and installing no video doorbell.Excellent and professional service.

The day of, the supervisor and electrician were professional while installing outdoor lighting and repairing a faulty switch inside; however, a week later someone broke into our home who knew the layout and security, and these are the only contractors we’ve had inside in over a year. Potentially unfortunate coincidence, but we won’t be using their team again.
Im really grateful to Dennis and Kevin for their hard work. They replaced my old fluorescent kitchen lights with new LED lights. I had no clue that there was a way to convert existing light fixtures to LED. Dennis took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some great feedback about other electrical home improvements I should consider having done. They were clean and efficient from start to finish I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

John Reinert installed Whole house surge Protector + Dimmer switch and Wesley Dominguez Installed pool Surge protector.John did an exceptional job in being on time for the estimate on installing a whole house deluxe surge protector. We made the decion on the spot for him to do it. He then started the install in main box while Wesley was coming with the pool Surge protector. Both men were very professional, clean, hard working, and customer satisafaction was their goal. We would recommend both of them to anyone that asks. Very Satisified and we would rate them a 10.
Wesley and Jerry showed up on time and started working immediately. What I thought was going to be a long job they fixed within an hour. I would absolutely recommend them!

Matt was our representative and he was wonderful. He called to let us know he was on the way, very professional and personable. He listened to our needs, inspected our concerns and in detail explained what needed to be done before presenting the project estimate. Matt was very informative about what him and his company could provide as far as services and inspections. VERY INFORMATIVE!! He was ready and willing to get started right away which is what we needed. He was very conscious of making sure to keep our home free of dust and making sure to keep everything clean. Before leaving he made sure we received our email invoice and pictures. We would and are recommending this company and especially Matt.
Nice tech that came out. Incredibly high priced. Absolutely reach out to other companies before settling on this one.3 or 4 times more expensive then competition. Tech tried to upsell us on a panel health check to check the breakers were correctly wired and labeled correctly quoted 1700 dollars. Tried to upsell and convince us we should upgrade to a higher service panel with a quote between $7000 and $10,000.Never received the receipt that was supposedly emailed to us but did receive the email quote for a panel upgrade they made sure was delivered.The tech was nice and knowledgeable but the charges are ridiculous.
Efficient! Took a little while for the Ethernet cable to be delivered in the right length, but finally showed up. Installation was fast and professional and the technician was super clean! Easy to deal with and open to suggestions!

They are a complete JOKE, they never showed up for my scheduled appointment and completely wasted my freakin entire day! Offered zero options to fix it and no manager was available to speak with about my issue! I would never recommend this so-called company to anyone! Spend your money with a REAL electric company!
We had an issue when our solar company was installing our solar. Long story short, it did some damage to our appliances and electrical system. This was the second time they were out repairing issues from the solar install. Our technician, Robert, was professional, friendly and hard working. He cleaned up after himself and took away any garbage there was. It was easy to get them out here and they complete work in a reasonable amount of time ( time depends on the job). We will definitely use them again in the future for any electrical needed we might have.

We had an emergency situation on Sunday & Wesley came to fix the problem. He found the problem at the meter & was able to fix it. He spent all day Sunday here, was here most of the day on Monday. Wesley went above & beyond to help us. He waited with us until the inspection was complete. He also came back so he could be there when the electric company came to reconnect our service.Mister Sparky is the only place we will call for our electrical needs. We would love to have Wesley every time.
Robert did a professional job running the electrical wire and connecting our recessed lighting. After providing an estimate he got right to work. This included the unenviable task of running a wire inside a block wall to the switch. He was careful in the attic and left enough slack on the wiring so that we could complete the light fixture installation. Would definitely go with Mr Sparky again.
Sammy was amazing! He knew exactly what we needed. He was very knowledgeable. We had other electricians who had tried installing our smart switches and our Tesla charger but they couldn’t figure it itt out. Sammy knew exactly what to do and how to program the switches. Sammy is the best!
Adrian took the time to explain every step of the process while doing work in my home. You can tell he really enjoys his job and I cant say enough great things about him. I had tons of questions and he was so kind to take the time to answer everything so thoroughly. I will definitely be using Mister Sparkys services for any and all future electrical work.

I rate this company a 1 star because its fraudulent marketing practice. They website is all about punctuality and transparency. They still made me wait all day and were not on time. They swear by fictitious guarantee policy that if they are late your service is free. The employee upon being late acted like he didnt even know about it and basically nothing he can do. When I called to make my appointment I spoke to their rep Bonnie and asked how they charge for diagnosis, what fees I can expect before the repair and if it was flat fee or per hour. They lied about that as well. She did it was x amount and would waive it since first time I used company. Then employee states it is a flat fee but Bonnie only waved the trip fee which is different then diagnosis. So they hid that info from me, not only when I called but before he stats doing the work as well. After diagnosis he tells me they have $300 single outlet diagnosis and $500 multi outlet diagnosis but they dont even tell you that up front. This felt extremely false and arbitrary as they dont list prices upfront Or online. After the fact he reveals giant sticker price which is ridiculously for less than 30 minutes. Personally I dont understand what diagnosis they did in first place. I called you because there was no power in the outlet and needed it replaced which is what he did. He just tested voltage with his meter and said not working since it didnt reach voltage. What I told you before I called you. Im used to companies all being greedy extortionist but at least be upfront about your prices so I can properly shop around and dont have guarantee s with no disclaimers and then act like its not your guarantee. Someone should look into a class action lawsuits idk how they can be such blatant liars about it. As far as job it worked, least you can expect when you replace the outlet panel, he however replaced one with a beige outlet when you have all white thats annoying. Since he only had one white left apparently. My biggest grip was just the dishonesty, you can trust anyone these days.
Had a short in my kitchen lights that kept blowing the breaker. I tried to fix it myself by replacing the breaker, it kept blowing. I called Mister Sparky and they scheduled an appointment immediately. The technician came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem pretty quick which made my wife super happy. Id definitely use Mister Sparky again.
I just experienced the most unprofessional organization we had the opportunity to try and work with. My recommendation is if you want a reliable, professional and competent organization to help you with your electrical issues.....Don’t call Mr. Sparky! I set an appointment with them two weeks ahead of time, letting them clearly know I would be driving up (110 miles) that morning to our other home in Celebration and wanted to be sure the technician was guaranteed to be there, because I was only going to be there that day. If they couldn’t guarantee meeting me, no problem, I would call someone else. They guaranteed me no problem. Well, the day came, I had a time range from 12:00pm to 4:00pm that the tech would arrive. They never showed up, I called them....they never called me......I had to call them....they then advised me they had another issue! What kind of guaranteed service date leaves you hanging. Do your self a favor call anyone but Mr. Sparky!
Turned a power dilemma into a wonderful experience. From the start professionalism, caring individuals, and “get it done right” attitudes. We had an emergency shut down and are elderly. Cannot say enough about Adrian who brought this project all together. Such a pleasant professional individual, and so helpful, kind on top of that. We highly recommend this company. We are very happy with the end result and feel safe again.
After our appointment was cancelled due to company emergency we were very disappointed but Shawn saved the day. He showed up as promised and installed all 6 ceiling fans without incidence and fast as lightning. He checked all to ensure they worked properly and he also cleaned up after and took away the empty boxes. We were thrilled with the service of this young man. Very responsive and polite. Mr. Sparky you have a new customer. We definitely will call on you for any electrical issues we may have in the future.

Shawn Perovic (Branch Manager) was amazing. Due to other electricians being extremely busy , he took it upon himself to come out to assist me so that I wouldn’t have to reschedule.He was on time and explained how important smoke detectors are while helping me find the ideal package for installation in my home. He was very professional and moved in a swift manner while making sure the job was done correctly. I would recommend using Mister Sparky for any electrical needs. Carlos was amazing! He really deserves a raise for his work. Long story short, I had electrical run for an addition on my home and the original installer did the work incorrectly and left with my money and the project incomplete. I had consulted with many other companies, and none were willing to correct and complete the work. Carlos didnt even hesitate, he reviewed the work that needed to be completed and told me he could fix it. The pricing was fair and Carlos was back the very next business day (due to the holidays) to complete the work. I cannot express the amount of relief I feel knowing that my home is now safe and I can finish my addition. The level of professionalism and care that Carlos and his team were able to provide goes above and beyond what I would have expected.
I would give them 10 stars if I could for amazing service. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, they were very professional, very competent/knowledgeable, very accommodating to our schedule, courteous, considerate, on time and meticulous with attention to detail. I have never dealt with more qualified, professional contractors. If you are tired of no response to your calls, contractors not showing up or late, unprepared/incompetent and overall stress causing home repairs, look no further. This company will take all the stress of dealing with contractors off the equation. They are really amazing and I would highly recommend them. The price is a little higher but worth every single penny. No surprise hidden costs of time or materials and they guarantee their work.
Called this company to get a quote. Quote was only possible with an in-house appointment. I was scheduled for 10-2pm and was told I am the second appointment for the day. Called at 11am to check where the driver is. Was told he was finishing up and is on the way. Called again at 12pm and was told the driver is still finishing up. Driver called that he will be in my house at 2:45pm, 45 minutes after the allotted range.I was quoted for more than $800 for a Nema 14-50 outlet install. Folks in my community were paying 400-600 for full EVSE install and Nema 14-50 outlet. Tesla EVSE Wall Chargers plus longer wire run usually cost $650. I was only asking for Nema outlet to ran next to my breaker box.Lastly, we ask if we can buy the 50 amp breaker for my box which is out of stock at Lowe’s and Home Depot. He quoted me $275 for the $25 part. He said he has to put it in, it literally will take a few seconds to screw in and plug in. Everything is open for the tech to open.I do not recommend this company. I do not understand how this company is getting 4.7 stars with a lot of reviews. The guys at the phone are nice but management do not call back and the techs do not care about your time plus the rate is ridiculous.
Kasey was amazing. He knew what he was doing and he trouble shooter everything I explained to him before determining what the issue was with my electricity. Turned out to be an issue with the panel and I had no choice but to change it. The pricing was fair and this is not a job that anyone would like to take on their own. Kasey changed the panel and it looked so nice and neat when he was done. He also explained everything on what he did and cleaned up after himself as he worked.Great worker and very knowledgeable

We have been impressed from start to finish and will absolutely use them again.We called on a Sunday morning and not only did a real person answer, but that person was also polite, knowledgeable and responsive. He was very upfront on letting us know what to expect from our technician and made sure to communicate what the service would be so we were all on the same page. They were able to send a technician out that week to help us.Adrien was the technician assigned to our house and he is absolutely amazing. Adrian was an amazing person and electrician to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me with everything i needed and then some. Explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Gave multiple options on the scope of work with no timeline which i liked vs an hourly rate.Would 100% call back and use again or recommend to anyone in the future.
After a couple of email exchanges, I had an appointment for Tuesday, December 28 from 10 am till 2 pm. At 12:30 pm I get a phone call stating that a technician cannot come out to give me a quote for my Tesla charger, and that they will have to reschedule me to Thursday instead. The frustrating part is I had already taken the day off on Tuesday awaiting their arrival and the new time on Thursday (10 am till 6 pm) would require a whole another day off. I told them if they could not fit me in on Tuesday, then just cancel my appointment and I will work with another company that truly wants my business. I do not recommend this business if you want a reliable company.
DO NOT USE Mister Sparky under any circumstance!!! They changed one GFCI and one single light switch in our home and charged us $416.00! I am not even sure that the light switch is new because it is filthy. They knew we needed help because we had a house full of guests and we agreed to pay $129. fee to have same day, but then they charged us $192. for a $21. GFCI and $95. for a filthy $6. light switch; I looked up the prices. When I called to inquire, the Manager yelled at me telling me that I dont know what it takes to run a company, explaining the costs of drug testing, insurance, etc.

Fantastic work. Sam and his co-worker were extremely professional and helpful in getting all the work done in a timely manner. Humorously, my 1 year old daughter was even able to sleep through a portion of their work thanks to their consideration. We will definitely use them again for any future home improvements.

Sam was very nice and professional. He helped repair a GFI and installed wiring for ceiling fan installation. He even took photos and notified me of some corrosion on my outdoor electrical box.. cleaned up everything behind him and left no crumbs haha! I would definitely recommend their services.
If youre going to do business with this company, make sure you get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. They came out & did a quote for an easy repair but they immediately said it has to be replaced & quoted us $4500. That was totally unaffordable for us so we called another company that said if we did in fact need a total replacement it should cost not even half that price but they werent able to come out for a few days so we called another company (doddatos) who said the same thing, a replacement should only cost 30% that price. They were able to come out the next day and repair it for only $200. Saving us THOUSANDS!!! So just be ware !
My electrician was knowledgeable.polite,and did his job in a timely manner. He cleaned up after he was finished. I am quite pleased and would call Mr Sparky should I have any other issues.
This business is not interested in new customers for sure. I will be moving on to a professional electrician who values diversity.

I scheduled an appointment last week for today and was provided the time frame of 10am to 2pm. At 145p, I decided to reach out to make sure their technician was still showing up. I was told the technician called me at around 11ish..to check if I was home. I reviewed all my calls for the morning and found that no such call was ever received. The technician never showed and as a result, my electrical issue was never resolved. Thank you, Mr. Sparky!Sooooo professional.
Great experience working with Carlos L. and his padawon did an excellent job replacing and upgrading my old electric system. From consult to completion they were on time, everything was explained well, and there was no pressure.
So I contacted Mr. Sparky last minute to complete an unfinished install at my home and I couldn’t be happier. They worked with my schedule and Adrian promptly showed up. He was funny, professional, and finished the install in a timely manner all while informing me on certain corrections that need to be made. I can’t say enough about his service! Price was good and customer service was great! Adrian and the company Mr. Sparky has secured my business from here on out!

I have a treadmill that kept tripping the circuit breaker. So I needed to add it’s own breaker. I called a couple companies and no one was available to handle it for me when I wanted. I called this company, the gentleman I spoke to was professional and didn’t over promised before he was able to confirm. They sent someone over within a couple hours and the problem I had was completed that day. No bargaining of prices and the electrician was professional, knowledgeable, and very capable. I was very happy with the service I received and if I ever need electrical work, I will always use them or recommend them.

Don’t waste your time! There was a communication issue with the technician. Also, the technician tried to charge more than what the estimate was.
Didn’t go well . Canceled appt last minute first day . Second visit finished job left w out cleaning up , didn’t turn the breakers back in ,after I put breaker back on the fan and light didn’t work . Had to call them back didn’t show appt . Had to reschedule . Wasted three days with them and costly

I was surprised that my call was answered by an obvious call center but every part of my dealings with Mr. Sparky of South Orlando was 100% professional. The explained CLEARLY the billing and appointment processes. A notice with a picture of the technician that would be helping me was sent when he was on the way. The technician, Adrian, was fantastic. He also explained each step in correcting the issue as well as costs. No surprises or additional costs.All around I would recommend Mr. Sparky of South Orlando again and again.
Adrian was very professional. He is well knowledge and you can tell he loves what he does. I love the fact that they clean after themselves... no mess behind for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
I have had occasion to use Mister Sparky twice in the past several months. My first service call was a regularly scheduled visit to resolve a couple electrical issues with a GFI circuit. Shawn was prompt, very thorough, and very clear about the issues encountered and what he did to resolve them. The cost for the service call was reasonable and I was very pleased overall with the service. Recently, I had a major problem with electricity supply to my house. I called Mister Sparky around 6:00PM on a Friday and they immediately arranged for an emergency service call (the fee for which was VERY reasonable). Adrian arrived at our house about an hour later and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem to be with the Duke Energy supply cable to our house. He contacted Duke on our behalf and explained the issue he had diagnosed. Adrian then remained with us awaiting arrival of the Duke maintenance truck which arrived about 1 1/2 hours later. He continued to remain with us until the Duke maintenance person confirmed that, indeed, the problem was with the incoming supply cable. At this point he provided us with the invoice (TOTAL of ONLY $125) and then he departed. With both of these service calls we have received nothing but the absolute best customer service in a very friendly and professional manner. I have no reservation in recommending Mister Sparky for any electrical problems that arise - I know I will be using no one else in the future.

Emergency service call! They came out within the hour, found the problem, fixed the problem and gave us a professional rundown of some future things we need to plan for since the house is 19 years old and needs upgrades, which we knew. No pressure, just gave us suggestions for possible service in the future. We will definitely be weighing all 4 options given to us and will continue with Mr Sparky. Came to repair brand new fan that had recently been installed in home Imoved in to, told me fan motor was bad and I had to get a new fan,they cancelled appt. to install new fan and wanted to reschedule 2 weeks laterI called Ace who came out next day and determined it was the wiring in the house and nothing to do with the fan itself
Today I called around looking for an electrician. We are new in town so I googled. Mister Sparky is the only company I was able to reach right away. Julie who answered the phone was very friendly and informative. She was able to set me up with a same day appointment at my convenience. Adrian showed up on time to give me an estimate. After talking a few minutes and explaining everything we were needing, he promptly came up with a price proposal. He explained all our options and that if we chose to proceed, he could perform all the work immediately. We told him we needed to think about it and get other proposals prior to commiting. He was very polite and proffesiopr. No attitude. No hard sell. He simply gave us his written estimate and thanked us for giving them the opportunity. Wonderful company with outstanding customer service.
I called in to schedule things and asked for a ballpark price. I got told about $100, which I immediately scheduled. They did have to reschedule me, but that was only a minor problem.My wife had to handle the signing for things, since I was on a call at that moment but the final price came out to be $500. When I asked about this they said that their policy is to never quote over the phone (apparently for exactly this reason), and that he could possibly give me a deal as an apology. That deal didn’t happen, and after I liked things up it is far more expensive than the national average.The work itself seems good, but the overall experience was negative on that front.

I had a bit of an electrical emergency and Adrian was at my house same day, on a Saturday evening. He was wonderful and shared his knowledge and explained everything he was doing. The service was bait and switch, called to simply get two lighting circuits combined into one. The techs were inexperienced and caused damage to our garage ceiling. They never informed us of the damage. Called their manager, he took several days before calling us back. Told us to get estimate and he would take care of it. Forwarded him the estimate and he has not answered texts, or emails. Avoid these people at all cost..

Mr. Adrian Unda and Mr. Shawn Perovic are the best electricians I have ever worked with.Throughout the years I have worked with different electricians, both residential and commercial, and have never come across of such professional, kind and excellent people to work with. I had Mr. Adrian Unda came over to my house and had 4 fans installed and 1 light fixture, and from the moment he arrived he was very friendly and respectful. He gave me a great price (I had quoted other companies already) and started working right away, very fast and what I really appreciated: he was conscious of the walls and carpets. My home was new and he had shoe covers even to the step ladders!!! He got to the house around 530pm, and when he realized it was getting too late he called another tech, who I didnt have to pay for, and helped him do the job. The second tech was Mr. Shawn Perovic, and had the same level of knowledge and professionalism than Mr. Adrian. Both great amazing guys to work with. Its not common to find so friendly people in this line of business, especially on a Friday at 7pm. They finished faster and everything was working before they left, even the fan had remote controls. Really thankful of their service.They are excellent on what they do, they care for the customer and I would recommend their job to anyone and next time I need an electrician, I know who to call for sure. Great job guys.
Adrian and Emmanuel were an amazing team!!! These men were very professional, courteous, kind, friendly and over the top helpful. They showed me today what integrity looks like, they had the opportunity to short cut on a large project because as a new builde home owner I didnt know what was missing, but they spotted it immediately and brought it to my attention. Very long story short, people were called and they came to correct the issues that were discovered so that Adrian and Emmanuel could then do the job I asked them to come out to do. Everything looks beautiful and I cant say enough kinds words about Adrian or Emmanuel. From my initial contact with Mister Sparky on the phone right on through the completion of service was very professional, courteous, responsive, professional, and informative. Adrian Unda arrived as scheduled and looked at the issue I originally called for and then walked me through some checks which provide valuably informative to me. He explained what he was doing, looking for, and appropriate expectations. I learned some worthwhile lessons. As a result I decided to have some additional work done and Adrian stated on immediately. This is the third time Ive had Adrian from Mister Sparky come to the house for work. Theyre always on time, call ahead when theyre on their way, and do great quality work. The price and estimates arent really on the cheap side, but finding a good electrician that does the work right the first time is hard to find. Im a big believer in you get what you pay for.
My experience so far with Mr. Sparky out of Winter Garden has been stellar. From each person I have spoken with on the phone to the technician, Adrian, everyone has been pleasant, professional and courteous. No machines here... real people enjoying what they do with a very strong guarantee. All of this helps me feel comfortable going to the next step for our electrical work.

Power went out in one of my bedrooms, while the rest of the house had electricity. I called Mr. Sparky because they were a larger company that I didnt think would disappear next year if some kind of warranty work was needed. The technician they sent, Shawn P, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He showed me where the breaker was corroded and that was probably the source of my problem. I had been thinking for years about having the entire panel re-done, so decided to do it. He did a great job replacing my old 40 year old electrical box and re-labeling everything. He found a wire that should not have been hot wired into the box and fixed that. When power was restored after a few hours the breakfast bar light popped. When I told him about it he opened the wall switch and took the light down to examine the wiring. He then climbed into the attic tracing the wires back to the new box. He found incorrect wiring in wall switch, which was probably related to the incorrect hot wire found in the electrical box. He fixed the wiring at no extra cost and now everything is running fine. I also feel safer that it is less likely to have an electrical fire start in the main electric box as everything has been replaced with new, better quality stuff with a good 5 year warranty on panel installation and 10 years on breakers. Im confident that Mr. Sparky will be around the next 10 years should I need them. I would recommend Shawn and Mr. Sparky. Thanks
Shawn from Mr. Sparky was knowledgeable and skillful in installing an interlock system on my outside power panel. The work was neat and clean. He tested everything thoroughly and walked me through the steps to cut off the house power during an emergency and engaging the generator. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and Shawn.
Call to make an appointment with them made an appointment a day before Thanksgiving made my appointment three days before then they call me the day of my appointment on a window of four hours call me two hours before and let me know that they cannot come to my home a day before Thanksgiving not to mention cannot use my stove because I had an appointment with them and thought that they would come and fix it now I have to make other plans for holidays a day before very and professional told me a technician cannot come out because they have nobody not professional don’t waste your time They sound like they don’t know what they’re doing and don’t commit to their obligations

Great customer service by technician, Adrian. Was supposed to come in the afternoon, but was called the day of the appt by the company to see if I wanted AM. Sure! Then Adrian called and said he could be there even earlier. Was just there to attach my pool heater. But he also did a home inspection of the electrical systems, tested some outlets, checked the breaker box. Always explained things and why he was doing each. Also told me something about the electric smoke alarms that I didnt know. Then he completed his mission in a timely manner. Adrian went above and beyond my expextations! Very pleasant. Would use this company again.

I called them for an estimate to replace a breaker panel. The estimate they gave me was over $10,000. Luckily I am in the construction business and knew that was totally ridiculous. And hired another licensed electrician to do the same job for $1500. This company takes advantage of people who have no idea what repairs should cost.Stay away!
Called Mister Sparky in a panic on Monday morning as we could not rest until something was done about a burned out outlet, which happened on Friday. Shelly was very courteous listened to our problem and set up an appointment for that very afternoon between 2-5. Sean showed up at 3:30 pm. His assessment of the situation was informative and helped us to see that we only needed to be brought up to code. Sean was able to answer all of our questions and assure us that Mister. Sparky would do the job and do it right. The date was set and confirmed via email. We were advised by phone of his ETA. Sean and Bret were at our home between 8-8:30 am today, ready to work - Adrian came later to assist and the team worked until the job was completed, well after 8 pm. Cant thank the management and staff at Mister Sparky enough for offering us payment options including financing. Sean, Bret, Adrian and Henry should be four of your most valued employees!

I was looking for an electrician that could be available the next day, and mr sparky didnt fail. They were able to diagnose the problem with one of my breakers and also installed an extra Ethernet outlet. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service is awesome. They explain you every detail of the process and you may end up learning as well haha. Mister Sparky has become my local electric contractor for sure!

We read about this business online and about the electrician, Adrian, who happened to be the person that came out to do the work. He ran a wire up from a wallsocket 12 feet away, behind the wall, installing a light switch and up through the ceiling and over. He installed a bracket in the ceiling between the first and second floor and installed a chandelier. Adrian was the professional that he was described as. He was very thorough and knowledgable and beyond that, waS a very nice and good person. My wife and I are so happy and will definitely give this business referrals. I wish I could leave zero stars not one. This company I paid for a bid quoted 2,700 for an amp plug install in my garage and to check for a bad breaker. Unreal, called another licensed electrician and the total was 342.00 and work is complete. What a scam, always get a second quote. This company was taking advantage of us and I’m glad we didn’t just say ok and waste our money.

2021-10-23Sammy and his apprentice Demetrius were very friendly and professional the entire time they were at my house. I was nervous about getting this work done because it involved cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling to run the electrical wire and trenching across my back patio to the garage. But Sammy was able to complete the work with only one hole in the ceiling, and you can hardly even tell its there, he did such a great job putting the drywall back in place. He also found a way to get across the patio without trenching, which saved me the cost of trenching and avoided the risk of replacing the pavers.The conduit was run very neatly. Sammy and Demetrius both cleaned up after themselves, so there was no evidence that they were even there. The work was completed within the time slot they told me it would be, and Sammy even came back out to meet with the electrical inspector when he came to do the inspection the following week.The only issue I had was getting the original estimate clarified. I called to get clarification on some items and whether permitting was included, and I received different answers each time I called or was transferred to different departments. Once I approved the quote, I received an email confirmation stating that Mister Sparky would call me to schedule the work, but they never did. I had to call back again to get on the schedule. This made me wary about proceeding, but it all worked out wonderfully.At the end of the day, this was lowest of three different electrical quotes I received, and Sammy and Demetrius exceeded my expectations for getting the work done. I would highly recommend them.

2022-01-22The tech (Adrian) was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained my options and pricing before work began. He also made thoughtful recommendations, and was clear as to what the work would entail. Everything was installed perfectly and promptly, and he made the whole process very smooth. Then John came over to quote and he was excellent at making us feel comfortable and taken care of. Then Eric and Tyler came to do an awesome job, they were excellent and thorough. 2022-07-11I called to get my house service upgraded from 150 to 200 amps. They sent out a guy who hemmed and hawed over how unsafe my house is and quote me over $14,000 to replace the outside main box, inside power distribution panel and run a new 200 amp service feeder.Sales pitch was more Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt (FUD) than substance. Made a point of telling me that most electricians around Orlando cant pass a drug test. I pushed back on the price and he told me the service feed alone was 4K because of supply shortages. I am no electrician but that cable must be gold plated to justify that price.I looked it up at Home Depot and a 500 spool of 4/0-4/0-4/0-2/0 is $6 a foot. They had 6 spools in stock and it was underground rated which is likely more than I needed. I need 70 feet for a total of $420.Even buying all new breakers and and being very generous with materials markup (say $3,400 to include breakers and conduit at Home Depot prices for better than average products), the quote breaks down to roughly $670/hr for one person to perform 16 hours of work. No branch lines are being moved and I have no issue removing the drywall around the panel in my garage to make installation easier. Nothing was noted that made the project tricky or difficult. Would not even answer the question is there anything concrete that you can point too that makes my electrical system unsafe?. The answer was I cant see into the future. So no, nothing concrete.Wish I had checked out their Yelp reviews. Those reviews are much closer to my experience. Total waste of time.Called three local electricians that did not have 100 trucks on the road and got quotes around $4,700 to including whole house surge protection. None of my breakers needed to be replaced. They were all fine. Work was performed in one day by one guy (who did not appear to be on drugs) and passed county inspection the first time.

2022-06-06Jose and Tyler did a super job replacing my electrical panel, upgrading my 21 year old panel that had burnt colors showing behind the switches, showing it as an unreliable and unsafe system that needed an upgrade. Now, the layout diagram is more neat and clean, making it easier to read and refer to when needed. Jose and Tyler stayed past 9pm on a Friday night making sure it was safe for my power to come back on. They worked as a great and professional team. I’m very thankful for their hard work and dedication to doing the best job.

2022-03-17We called Mister Sparky to come out and give us an estimate of having one of our panel boxes replaced due to our insurance companies request. John was on time, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, he was very thorough in his explanations. We ended up having to have all of the panel boxes replaced to bring everything up to code. They were able to start the work the next day. Again they showed up on time, explained what they were going to accomplish on day 1 and they didnt leave until they did just that. I would recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work.

2022-04-12I had an appointment for a light fixture that was not working. Got a voicemail from the tech and I called right back, spoke to a rep, told her that I was home waiting for the tech to come, she said she would inform the tech. Then I missed more calls from them, when I called back I was told I needed to reschedule because the tech had moved on to the next job. I was so upset, because I had already confirmed I was home. Minutes later, tech shows up, Alex. I thanked him for at least showing up, he requested to have the job back on since he was here already. Alex was AMAZING, he was very knowledgeable and checked multiple things I had questions about. He ended up installing another light fixture (ballast issue with previous fixture). Alex was great to work with, very friendly and understanding. He swept up the floor after he completed the job and took the old fixture to get rid of it for me. I give Alex 5 stars! Business 4 stars for telling me I had to reschedule.

2022-04-13Alex came out to quote and educate, then Jason came out to do our install. Both were amazing, going s I’ve and beyond. Install looks great and everything was left cleaner than it was before. We will call them for all our future electrical needs!
