Simply : THE BEST. Honestly I couldn’t write a long enough review about why we love Brittany, her team, and basically the entire Momentum brokerage. But the personal attention, full expertise and powerful negotiation that you get is seriously second to none. Brittany helped us buy a house back in 2018 which we then had to sell this year (2021) - she recommended the neighborhood back in 2018 for its “perfect location and future opportunities” - well. She was 100% right. We sold in a day, with multiple offers and made 100k on our house after only owning it 3 years! We couldn’t be more grateful for Brittany!
Momentum, from start to finish, is the most comprehensive brokerage around. In the past, I had been with a take anyone, figure out if theyre a good fit later brokerage. There are VERY few brokerages who dont take this approach. Not only did Jon and Brittany take the time to filter out hires to ensure they keep the culture, but they also set performance standards for us to adhere by. Thats massive, because for any one of our clients, they know theyre getting a high performing real estate advisor. Id trust my clients needs with any one of my colleagues.Additionally, they have some of the best systems and processes to ensure a five-star service. They make it seem seamless!
Brittany was great every step of the way! This was our first house and definitely didnt know anything about the home-buying experience, but with Brittanys help we were able to get our dream home! Whenever we had a question, no matter what time of day, she got back to us super quick. She always knew the right questions to ask the sellers, the listing agent, the lender, and all other individuals involved. In March of 2021, we went to visit my in-laws in St. Augustine, FL. We really loved the area and ended up reaching out to a realtor while on our visit. From the initial contact, Ella Woods was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. Ella Woods quickly scheduled showings that we were able to see while on our trip. We weren’t able to find what we were looking for while on our trip. We kept in touch with Ella and did several virtual showings over the next few weeks. Ella continued to be very responsive and took time to go to each house and create some custom videos for us so we could get a feel for the homes. We ended up placing our first offer on a place, and we lost to an all-cash buyer. We found another place that we liked and again lost the deal. Finally, we found a third place and we were able to come to terms with the Seller. Ella was extremely patient and thoughtful throughout the process; we would highly recommend Ella to anyone looking for a home (or looking to list their home) in the Jacksonville area!
Me and my husband decided to buy a house in a time when the inventory levels were at the lowest levels in recent years. We read articles about couples getting outbid more than 20 times and we were expecting this experience to be stressful. Carson Mooree and Brett Neeson are the ABSOLUTELY WORST REAL ESTATE AGENTS. I was looking for a local agent to sell my multi million dollar home and they were RUDE and unresponsive. They will NEVER be successful in this business. They give Momentum Realty a bad name and should be FIRED immediately. I will not only take my business else where but I will make sure that my influential friends and colleagues NEVER use Momentum Realty while they employee these two.

Words can’t even begin to explain how lucky I was to have Corey as my realtor... I closed on my home today after going through so much to get this home. I knew before I walked in the house that it was the one. He was so diligent. He negotiated the deal in less than an hour and had the seller cover closing costs (which I wasn’t expecting but appreciated). I had major difficulties towards the end due to outlandish issues with an unprofessional lender, and Corey continued to fight in my behalf to get me this home even when I had come to terms with the fact that it wasn’t going to happen. He made a miracle happen. I found out day of closing that due to his magic I was in fact getting the house! I wish I could put my words together right now to explain to the extent of how appreciative I am,( like I could literally cry). I’m still trying to process because I closed today, but he is the BEST. He’s the only realtor worth going through. He has over 6 years of experience as a broker and realtor so he makes sure you’re not getting taken advantage of. He is very trustworthy, understanding, and PROFESSIONAL. My experience due to my lender sucked (Lol a lot), but he made it great. I’m not sure if I already said this, but he’s the only person to go to. My family is purchasing another home next year, and I can’t even fathom using anyone else. He’s a different type of great. It’s not even a question if I would recommend. I never review anything, but if I could rate this from 1-10 I’d give 1000stars. Its hard to know where to begin with Jon and Brittany, so I will just go chronological in hopes of catching their greatness.We called Jon on the recommendation of another friend who had a tremendous experience with them. Something for which we have been grateful for months.Jon was quick to make contact and make a plan to meet at our house and take a look around. When he arrived his warm personality and optimism would set the tone for the rest of our collaboration to sell our home. We had a rough start finding the right price for the market because of wild fluctuations in price in the neighborhood, but every week included careful planning discussion and efforts to build interest from potential buyers. He consistently offered suggestions and advice to make the home stand out, and we had regular viewings of the home up to sale.When sales negotiations started Jon was prepared and professional. He was realistic with expectations and never stopped pushing for the optimal for us and the buyer. We ran into snags one inspections started, but Jon kept up our spirits and helped us make necessary changes and repairs through recommended companies that were also excellent.Closing was next to no hassle and Jon kept us updated every step of the way and helped us understand anything beyond our grasp since we were selling our first home. We felt like we were on a team and as we neared closing our only concern was losing Jon as a valuable asset.Those concerns were dispelled rather quickly after meeting Brittany. As we were closing we got a very warm email with the same professionalism and optimism we had become accustomed to with Jon. She even helped by suggesting a inspector that was able to point out areas the builder could take a second look at I never would have thought about.At closing Brittany was there with us even helping us with some last minute needs for the loan so my wife could feed our 3 week old.Put simply Brooks Group was there for us. When we needed them and constantly making the whole experience one that felt exciting rather than a series of challenges. If something was needed or we had a concern they were on it rapidly and professionally. More than that they kept us engaged with the process of a part of our team, and we always felt like they had our best interests at the forefront of their mind. There are some few instances in which you get to do business with people that make you almost regret that your transaction is complete because it was a genuine pleasure to work with them. While we were searching, they provided numerous listings which were within our budget AND within the very small area we wanted to live in. Unlike other realtors who sent listings that were either out of our price range or outside the geographical area we wanted. They helped us find a home quickly and were extremely helpful and available the entire time. They did a good job representing us to a very difficult seller and got us into our home well under the listing price and appraisal value. My home buying experience was a little crazy at first with sellers changing their mind about selling or passing away just after I made an offer, but The Brooks Group came through in the end. The first house I wanted had the most beautiful oak trees in the yard. I had been hoping that this house would come up for sale for several years. When it finally did list, it went under contract with another buyer before I could even make an offer. I was ready to throw is the towel and give up, but Brittany of the Brooks Group talked me into viewing more houses and emailed me lots of active listings. She assured me she would find me the right house. We had one selIer change their mind about selling, and another passed away the morning after I made an offer. Brittany remained focused and determined to find me a house. Then I found another house that seemed perfect but another buyer offered the seller cash for the house and I didnt get that one either. Wheres the six star option? I trusted John and Brittany with one of the most important decisions in life an thats buying a house to provide generational wealth for my family. It took almost a year and over 60 viewings to finally find my forever home, but we got it done. They were very professional and curtious with a big helping of southern hospitality and fought for all the things I needed done to complete my purchase. I also had another agent and they did nothing but try to appease the seller an make a quick sale unlike the Brooks group. I mean they even helped me find the best insurance company to protect my investment when I researched and found prices much higher than the one recommended. Im just greatful we went with them and you will too because the compassion and friendship has continued even after the sale. You should be seeing a trend in the ratings and there is a reason for that. The Brooks Group took care of us through selling and buying.Once we decided to go with The Brooks Group it was off to the races. They had us adequately prepared at every level through great communication and teamwork. They believed in what they were selling and got us well over what we expected on our house sale. They handled the negations like pros. They had our house sold in 3 weeks.Next was the turmoil of buying. Although we were very decisive they helped us identify many great buys in the area of our liking. They gave us great feedback on pricing based on houses we viewed. We found our home and again they handled it with ease.We had a rough situation because I had spent all last year fighting cancer. We were really nervous to jump into something like this so quickly but we needed a change of environment. Looking for a realtor? Look no further. Everything about my experience with the Brooks Group was overwhelmingly positive. We had a horrible experience with a realtor prior to the Brooks Group that made us look for a different option. I had read a few things on the Brooks Group website and thought we would give them a try. Boy, the experience was like night and day. I was able to meet with Brittany within a day or two of contacting her. She quickly created a MLS search so that we could jump right in. She also made sure to spend the time talking over all the details that my wife and I didnt even know we should care about. They even made cost analyses specific to our situation going over pros and cons of buying with us. In many ways they went above and beyond. It is no wonder that their customers love them and believe in their work. They are thorough and are so on top of things you almost feel that they dont have a life so that they can be on top of things for you! In the end, my wife and I ended up not buying a home for the time being due to finding base housing which was better for our current situation. This was my first time buying a house and as a young, single, teacher, and foster mom with no family in the area, I felt like I had gained a second family throughout this experience! Jon is incredible! He is very personable and knowledgeable on everything, and if he doesnt know it (rarely), he contacts the person who does! He goes above and beyond anyone I have ever worked with. I have been house searching for about 3 years now with different realtors who just couldnt get the job done. Its very scary buying a house for the first time, especially with my parents not being down here to guide me! Any time I ever had a question about something, I didnt feel like it was too dumb to ask; he made me feel very comfortable, reminding me that this is one of the biggest investments I will ever make and he wants me to be confident about it! I did not feel any pressure about making a decision, whatsoever! He even let me speak with his wife, Brittany, who was at home being a new mom! She took the time out to speak with me a couple of different times and assured me on my decisions. Jon was very honest about all of the properties as far as if they were good locations, if they were going to need a lot of maintenance, if the price was right, etc. He always worked with a smile on his face and that always put a smile on mine! He truly loves what he does! His team is incredible as well! So many people called, texted, or emailed me to check up on me, answered any remaining questions that I had, and recommended various other professionals (such as Inspectors, Home Owners Insurance, etc.) which I was grateful for. This was one of the easiest and best first home buying experiences I could have every had! My only regret is that a few years back I found a mortgage guy through another company that I decided to stick with and I should have went through their guy, for sure! End of last year my husband and I decided to sell our house to buy another house for our growing family. Prior to meeting Brooks team we interviewed about 4 realtors and were pretty much set with one until we decided to meet with Jon and his team, who immediately stole the show. One of the things that Brooks have, that some other realtors dont, is a team of 4 people.were nervous about selling our first home, but Jon guided and educated us throughout the whole selling process and made it so easy. Our house was sold very quickly and we made more than we ever imagined!!! He helped us prepare the house for market, told us exactly what to expect and helped us to take the best decision. The ONLY stress we had from selling house was packing and moving with 2 little kids!Immediately after our house was under contract we started buying process with Brit. She was phenomenal. Highly recommend this group! Stephani didnt know what she was getting herself into when she agreed to be the agent my myself & hubby. We were in search of very specific type of home and she stuck to our sides for 2 months. She always responded to texts, calls, & emails promptly. Some weekends wed see up to 4-5 houses in a day and she had the path all planned out to maximize our time and ensure we had a time slot to get into the home. She was always willing to show us a home even with crazy short notice all 7 days of the week! Im sure there were times she was totally exasperated over the ongoing search that never seemed like it would end but youd never know it. Total professional with patience Im sure I will never know! And the great thing with going with a group versus a solo agent is that theres other team members that can step in if needed for whatever needs the client has. Michelle Weaver helped me purchase my condo at the beach and was on her A game every step of the way! She always answered my phone calls and was always early to show me homes! To detail a little more: The seller of the condo I purchased did not want to negotiate closing costs or purchase price. They had a number they felt comfortable with and were not budging. She gave us helpful advise on some necessary improvements to the home prior to listing and suggesting the right price for the market. We were impressed that her marketing team did a very good job taking the photos and providing good descriptions. We live out of state so she even helped locate contractors to perform some of the needed work.Ella and her team are very responsive and hard working. She was excellent at communication, providing guidance through the process whenever needed. 2022-05-03I am so happy I chose Momentum as an agent! I came from a small boutique brokerage here in Jacksonville. I was attracted to Momentum after following multiple Momentum agents on social media. Each agent spoke highly about the brokerage, which focused on teaching of mindset and building YOUR business. A lot of brokerages fluff up what they’re all about- they have “the best” training, collaborative agents, etc. but once you’re in you realize you were painted a pretty picture that ultimately wasn’t true. When other agents on their own accord are voicing the value that their brokerage is bringing to them, that is extremely attractive! Now that I’ve joined Momentum, I am extremely happy with my choice, as the training has been exactly what I’ve been looking for! Momentum helps you first understand your own personal strengths and what you’re good at and then helps you create a strategic business plan to help your business grow in the best way! Momentums philosophy allows me to move forward and achieve my personal and professional goals and aspirations. Ive been a teacher in North East Florida for 12 years. It has truly been a passion of mine because I believe in my heart that I was put on this earth to serve my community. Problem is, being a teacher does not afford many opportunities to build generational wealth. 2022-05-14We have signed the contract with Momentum Realty and on the Closing date nobody came and left us alone with the builder Dream Home Finders who built the house with a lot of defects. That bad experience we had 5 months ago.
