While homebuying is typically an anxiety-ridden experience, Jeff relieved a lot of my stress. He always kept me informed in regards to available listings and did an exceptional job filtering them as to enusre my homebuying search would be successful. Almost 2 years ago to the day I stepped into what was to become my new home. Annie Montgomery had shown me many houses before this one , but when I walked through the door, I was hooked. It looked right, it felt right - and 4 months later I moved in. Not only did Annie find the home I was going to, but sold the home I was leaving. I cant say enough good things about Annie, her staff, and her partner, Jeff Koebel -competent, cheerful, honest, and patient! Both closings went smoothly with no surprises. Selling or buying a house? Call Annie. Do I still love me home? Indeed, I do - its perfect. Thank you, Annie! One more thing - most agents over-sell. Annie doesnt. She lets you absorb the house without constant chatter, an attribute I greatly appreciated.
Absolutely worst experience. Condescending. Rude. Not who I would want representing me to buyers.Annie was the listing agent at a home I went to see and I have never been treated so poorly by a listing agent. You would think a broker would value a well qualified buyer that was viewing a home she has for sale, but all we got was poor customer service and an even worse attitude. I dont care how nice the house was I wouldnt spend a dime in a deal she is involved in. She tells us to explore the house then when we do she literally scolds us raising her voice saying you need to stay together.First of all Im not a child. Im a person whos coming to spend a lot of cash on a property youre trying to sell. Know your place and show some respect. Then I tell my agent that I did my research and the addition on the back of the house is illegal and again she snaps at me raising her voice as if I must be mistaken because Im not 70. The entire tour she was condescending and rude. I may not be elderly but it doesnt make me a moron. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Its time for Annie Montgomery to retire.
Best possible. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Totally trustworthy. Works diligently. Easy to work with. Gets results. Thats why so much of our neighborhood lists with her.
