This is the WORST neighborhood to live in. KARENS everywhere. You pay half a million dollars for your house (probably more) and then you can’t do anything with it. You can’t host Childrens birthday parties or holidays without KAREN complaining. You can’t have grandkids over, you can’t have any kind of pets, and don’t even think about stepping outside your house for any reason whatsoever. And the clubhouse managers don’t do anything at all. They just allow KAREN (a 100 year old hag) to rule the neighborhood because everyone else is scared of her. It’s completely ridiculous. If you are in the market for a home DO NOT BUY IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IT IS A TRAP!

We had a wonderful time. It s a beautiful area with good amenities. It felt safe to walk around. But they should do something about the alugators that just got into the pond not just post a sign. The houses are a little to close to each other.

Im a delivery driver and I understand that we are to provide information to the security guards before gaining access to the residents. When making a delivery today, the guard that verified all the information needed, was extremely rude. The gate did not open, so she never pushed the button apparently. She said I would have to go around and do the process again. There were multiple vehicles in front of me since I had to go to the end of the line. Because of this woman, who sounded older than the next one I spoke to, my customers delivery was late. My customer stated they have also heard from others that the guard has a nasty attitude. That guard does not deserve to have that job.

Fantastic community. Well managed and well cared for. The people are very friendly and helpful. This is a family friendly development and the amenities are many. The clubhouse and pool are outstanding.
