We were the buyers maybe he was good for the sellers but treating and blackmailing us and our realtor after reinsurance from Title Agency and Mortgage Broker is unacceptable. Treating with law suit which did not stand nor supported by the contract. He is a realtor not a lawyer. We got the home however he did forgot few emails where the reinsurance of whose responsibility for few things are recorded.
I enjoyed working with Russell during the purchase of a 2nd home condo in Ft. Lauderdale. He was so responsive and professional. He was always there to answer questions via phone or text. I would recommend using Russells service to anyone seeking to buy or sell their property.Maureen

2022-08-26I have bought and sold about 15 properties in my life and this isthe first time I have had a realtor that has MY best interest in the forefront. Russell has impeccable timing and follow up, never misses an email or text. Very assertive in the negotiations and closing process. He has legal and title resources that are the best in the industry. 2021-08-27I had to purchase my home in the midst of a move out of state + COVID restrictions. Russell was recommended through my company. This was my first home purchase and I could not imagine a better person to guide me through the process. Russell was professional, patient, and diligent about getting me into a home that I loved. He also helped me immensely with negotiations. I would HIGHLY recommend Russell to my friends and family. I not only gained a realtor though this process but a friend - and I felt like I was treated like I was member of the Moss family through the process.
