Its a challenge these days to find movers who are professional, courteous, caring and who you can trust. I used Manny and My Guys Moving *twice* in one month for 2 short-distance moves. Price was very reasonable, workers and owners were a pleasure, and kept promises with regard to price, meeting time, expectations. Highly recommended!!
As a real estate agent, you are constantly asked for recommendations … roofers, plumbers, electricians, appraisers, inspectors, MOVERS. When you do get asked for recommendations, it is always tough because you want to help, but you hesitate, because you certainly don’t want to steer anyone wrong. I have dealt with many movers during my 20+ year career as an agent and I can confidently recommend Manny Moussignac and his team at My Guys Moving. He is trustworthy, professional, punctual and and all-around good guy. My clients have praised their services and it is a breath of fresh air to be able to refer a moving company without worrying about a follow up phone call questioning the recommendation. I cannot recommend My Guys Moving of Ft. Lauderdale highly enough. I was anxious about a big move from Ft. Lauderdale to Houston, Texas. I had met Manny at a neighbors open house some months earlier, liked him and got his card just in case I might have to move one day. Four months later, that day came and I gave him a call. My Guys Moving and Storage were professional from beginning to end. Manny came out to the house and gave me an estimate. Before, the move, we often contacted Mike the moving coordinator with questions and he was always available and courteous. The movers arrived right on time on the planned date. The moving team was led by Ulices. They protected my carpets and furniture on the day of the move, laying down runners and carefully wrapping my larger pieces of furniture. Several of the larger pieces such as a kind bed, desk and large sectional had to be taken apart and put back together in Houston and this all went well. Ulices coordinated a team of 5 men to get packed onto his truck. They moved my household goods only (not multiple families - just me) on that truck and left for Houston the same day at the conclusion of packing up. I arrived in Texas 2 days later and Ulices and his partner Cristian arrived in Houston one day after us. We were moving into two separate apartments and everything got to the right place in great condition. Once again, Ulices and Cristian were very calm, professional and courteous to us. Nothing was missing or damaged and I had a big house with lots of furniture and almost 90 boxes!!! I am grateful to them for making this move so smooth. Thank you to Manny, Mike, Ulices, Cristian and the whole team who helped us for doing such a great job!!!
Mike and his team were on time and professional. They disassembled, wrap all items, and reassembled items without incident. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
The crew for my guys was great so polite friendly and fast and hard working. They came in and got right to work and answered any questions I had. When I had to file a claim it got answered by Steve who was great. Would recommend!
Mike made this moving experience for me. He put together the estimate and on moving day he showed up ready to work and did all day long! I wasnt expecting that because he had a full crew there. At the end of the day Mike and his crew finished early coming in under budget also a 1st for me. Thanks again for making my moving experience a pleasant surprise. From first contact Manny was very responsive to come out and give me a quote on how much it would cost. There were some issues on our side with what day we were going to actually have the movers arrive and Manny was very understanding, flexible & patient with my many texts back and forth. Day of the move, Mike, Ryan, James & Josue arrived and knocked it out of the park! They hustled but handled our items with care. They were very nice and focused to get us moved as efficiently and fast as possible. We couldnt have done it without all their help. Thanks Guys!
Michael and the guys were great. they moved me from a local storage unit (after an out of state move) to a new home. they were punctual. they took great care in packing and unloading. they helped assemble beds and furniture for my kids before leaving. the cost and hours were explained to me prior and very clear.....no gimmicks. no damage. the guys never stopped working and were super respectful. cant beat the service for the price.
Henry, Gambino and Isaiah were very professional. They worked carefully and expeditiously to get the job done. I totally recommend them.
Very good company. We used them for a personal move from South Florida to Central Florida. They went above and beyond. They met us a few times before moving day to make sure everything would be moved safely. On moving day, everything went perfect. They were early, very professional, and got everything done on time. Would highly recommend them for future moves.

From the first visit to my Pompano Beach home from Adam Hernandez for a very HONEST estimate, this company has done an excellent job. The process that included two moves including 2 weeks of storage could not have been completed by some of the nicest, patient young men i have ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are planning a move, i strongly suggest to call this company if you. They are the best. Thank you, Adam and Matt.
My Guys Moving moved me on January 1, 2015. In the process, they damaged several items:A 5 ft baby grand piano: They did not know how to remove the legs, so moved it with the legs on! They lightly wrapped the top of the piano but put no padding at all on the legs. In the process they put numerous dings into the finish of the piano case and legs. I saw them trying to hide the damage by coloring some of the dings with a black magic marker. After they set up the piano, one of the legs fell off.A large antique Chinese ceramic Foo Dog (48 in high): they broke a chunk off one of the paws; they “lost” the chunk, so it could not be reattached. They also broke a piece off the pedestal for the Foo Dog.A 28 in TV set: was lost in the move.Leaded glass window in Tudor style front door: They broke the window and hastily glued it together with acrylic caulk.The sales rep, Adam Hernandez, estimated the move at $2,425. but the final bill was for $3,710. He promised to bring by free used boxes for my books. I called several times for these. Adam finally delivered new boxes the afternoon before the move, which meant that I didn’t have time to pack them myself, but had to pay for the boxes and for the movers to pack them.Two trucks were scheduled for the move, but one broke down at my house. I ended up having to pay for the extra hours to shuttle one truck, which took twice as long.I filed a Loss & Damage/Claim Form on 2/13. As of 3/25, I have received no remuneration or reply to my phone calls.I am quite disappointed with this move and handling of my furniture and belongings. I would strongly advise caution about using this company.
My Guys was able to schedule our move pretty quickly and they did an excellent job of selling themselves but when they brought the paperwork the morning of the move, it indicated that there was a $500.00 deductible for any claims. I didnt think anything of it until after the move when they broke one of our chairs (literally the wood was snapped in half on the back), they took chunks out of the threshold, the couch lost a foot and was pulled across the wood floors leaving a beautiful gouge and then there was the big dresser that was left upright on its side in the living room with the plastic and blanket still on it. No one asked where to put boxes and no attempt was made to put them in the rooms that they were designated. They wound up charging for more hours than quoted and the cost to fix everything. I wouldnt recommend them unless you have your own insurance. The individuals who were working were very polite.
These guys really went above and beyond for us. We had a short notice job and they showed up with everything we needed to properly pack and protect our stuff. Would recommend and use them again!

My guys moving and storage relocated me from Virginia to Palm Beach,Fl. They did an excellent job in handling all of my valuables, furniture,and family heirlooms.I am very grateful for the respect they showed to not only me but, to my elderly parents when they did there move.I would highly recommend them .
I found this place online and they helped me move my barber shop to my new location. Their customer service was really helpful. The moving guys did a great job and not a scratch on any of my stuff. Thank you My Guys moving!

2022-02-28Manny and his team were not only professional, punctual and careful with our items, they were so much fun to spend the day with! With their lively music and big smiles, we felt like we were amongst friends. Mannys right hand man Mike, was great at navigating and directing the team. We had to do two separate moves because there was so much for us to bring to our new home and they were flexible with the dates and times too. I am a realtor and I recommend all my clients to Manny no matter how big or small the job requires! Thank you!

2022-04-10The best Experience EVER! Ive moved 15 times in my life, and this was by far the best experience Ive had. My partner and I had high anxiety in anticipation of the move, particularly due to past experiences. Mike, the manager went above and beyond to make our move effortless, comfortable, and stress free. He was responsive, anticipated our needs, and was exceptionally professional. The movers he came with were personable, they took great care of all of our items, and provided us exceptional customer service. Well done My Guys and Thank you to Mike and his team!

2022-04-11I have to say, this is by far the best experience yet In moving! Mike and his Team were amazing! They not only took the time to protect all my walls, lay floor runners, but took the time to protect all my furniture properly to make sure nothing gets damaged. Everything went smoothly and I am beyond impressed, my estimate went over but it was reasonable and understandable because I had more than I had discussed, more needed to be packed and had some issues at my storage facility! If I can give them 10 stars I would! I will be using them again without a doubt and would recommend to everyone I come in contact with! Thank you Mike & Team, you guys are the best!

2022-06-03From the very beginning My Guys Moving were the way to go! Manny accommodated the set up for a morning move in about a month in advance. Once my day for move out came, I had unfortunately found out my time had change to pick up keys in the afternoon for my new apartment. Thinking this might cause an issue, without hesitation Mike made the adjustment with an incredible attitude and smile on his face. Once the moving team arrived at my home, both Shankira and Diego were extremely courteous, careful, and organized. All the way until we made it to the new place. They set up all the couches, beds, and misc furniture within minutes of arrival. Even connected TVs to ensure safe delivery. If I could rate 11 out of 10 I would! Friendly professional team and office staff every step of the way. I would recommend these guys to anyone moving for a local or out of state move!

2022-01-28Our pack & move was so effortless! Our crew consisted of Mike, Sandro, & Ryan and we cannot say enough amazing things about these guys! Not only did they get our entire house packed up in record time, everything was delivered neatly packed, intact, and secure. We enjoyed their sense of humor and friendliness! 2022-02-23Manny did a phenomenal job giving me an accurate estimate. Where he under promised and the crew overdelivered. Ryan and the team were careful and very efficient, true professionals. Definitely look forward to using them again because there were 0 damages and I paid less then what i was estimated.

2022-03-21My wife and I had the best experience with My Guys Moving. From the beginning of the moving with Mr. Manny Moussignac and the time he took to drive to our house and give us a realistic quote on the moving to the guys that came to move our belongings out of the old house and into our new place. This has been by far our best moving experience and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future.My wife was frustrated looking for companies but they all seem very unprofessional and a little sketchy until we came across My Guys Moving!!!I definitely recommend them for your moving needs!

2022-04-03READ BEFORE MAKING THE MOVE. There is not much to say about these guys except that I agree with both other reviews of Jon L. and Jodi S.It was not my first time moving, and I had been burned by moving companies before. As such, I always ask for a visit and a firm bid. Manny came and walked the place for 90 minutes and gave us a quote. We had to change the day, and they said it would be $200 more. I have been waiting for a contract to no avail. A week before our move, I spoke with Mike and questioned him, and he said the quote is the contract when you sign it. I thought that was odd. I also made sure that I got additional insurance.So, I went ahead and signed the quote and, in big, bold letters, put in; THIS QUOTE IS ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO NOT TO EXCEED $3000.00. I never heard back from them. I was not sure if the moving company would move us or not. I was not as worried as I had a second company as a backup for three days later. A few days before our move, we started moving light valuable items to the house.On the day they were supposed to come and pack, I heard a knock on the door, and sure enough, they were there to pack furniture in anticipation of the actual move the next day.During packing, the packers broke two of our six Waterford wine glasses.During the move, the custom bed frame got broken. The bed was custom and must be welded back together.The move took about 8 hours. Finally, the man presented me with the invoice, which exceeded the original bid by $2,200. I gasped and said no way. I will not pay for this. I have a contract saying not to exceed.Mike got on the phone and told me that I would need to pay one way, or he would have to take me to court. I told him that I welcomed the court proceedings as I had signed a Not to Exceed contract. He told me, What you signed was an estimated contract. I showed him the signed quote emailed to him and reminded him of an implied contract .By showing up at my door and moving me to the new place, the moving company has agreed to the terms of the quote that I signed, and it is considered an implied contract.Back and forth after two days, I accepted his offer of $200 more vs. $2,200 more. As of today, I am still waiting for the repair or replacement of the damaged item. He never sent me the claim information. In short, my advice to all is not to sign an open-ended contract. It is worth having a Not to exceed contract. But, one thing that I need to add here as a compliment is that the team and Mike himself were highly kind and courteous.
