The took the shingles off. My house has been without shingles now for 7 weeks. They have given me 4 start dates that have come and gone. They have not returned any of my calls. Why would you take shingles off and not have any to put on the house. After my review I received an email and phone call from Angelika to discuss the issues I had. She took control of both house that I needed completed. The homes are done now and look GREAT. The workers did a GREAT job. Even with the issues I had at the beginning with getting these homes roofed I would call Nastar Roofing again. Best prices in the area. The only change I would request before signing the contract is that the shingles not to be removed until the new shingles were on hand. Thanks Angelika for your help resolving the issues.
Im very disappointed about this company I had a contract by email with stimate 3 weeks a ago Im this lady in the office Tonya very rude looks like she was mad o something really hard to know miss Tonya Im a customer respect is very important to do business and always ready for ani inconvenience if you dont have the stimate is not my fault Joe was supposed to give to you you he came to my house if you dont have it is on you guys I guess they dont need the money is all good I hope the owner take this a little seriously your review talk about your company if you smart don go this place they dont care about nothing and please dont call me
Im extremely happy with the job Nastar did from start to finish. Joe came out and gave a fair estimate, which had no final surprises. The lead installer, Cody, was very professional and his crew worked constantly, like work horses. Savannah, from the office, was great to deal with. The clean up was done so well, that you would never even know they were on the property. They stuck to the time frame as well. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Ive been in the contracting business my entire life and have never seen such a poor performing organization. Poor communication, workmanship and zero follow through. After uncovering several issues with my brand new roof I left several messages for Senior Management (Scott - the GM) and not one returned call. When on site they had one or two experienced guys and 7 other kids, none of which were wearing any safety harnesses or even construction shoes. No one spoke a lick of english and they made a mess. This company is a scam - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Nastar Roofing – AND Nastar Gutters. Our house was built in 1964; I’m certain that the roof was replaced since then, but I don’t believe that the soffit and fascia were, and believe that it was the original. My husband reached out for a quote and met with Joe, who explained what they would do, gave us a brochure with various color options (we got a metal roof installed), and was always available to answer any questions we had. As far as price, they were the lowest out of every single quote we got. The owner even called us to talk about our color choice! When the time came for our roof to be done, they came first thing in the morning and worked until the new rubber membrane was on. We had some rotting of wood, and they replaced that. What we also had that was a challenge was we have a Florida room with a flat/slightly-pitched, two-level roof. Our original roof had paper just rolled over the uneven part, which caused leakage into our room below. Nastar treated it as two separate roofs (genius!), added the rubber barrier, and rolled roofing paper onto the two parts of the roof separately. They also heat-sealed the seams, which made a great, waterproof barrier. Finally, the soffit and fascia team came in and did such a beautiful job. I really didn’t think it could be done as neatly and perfectly as it was, but you could tell they knew what they were doing, and have been doing it for a long time.We have had many people drive past and walk past our house and just stop to tell us how beautiful our roof looks, and we always sing the praises of everyone at Nastar. What a great experience!!
Tony was terrific. He looked over the roof and told me that six tiles were cracked, due to palm fronds from a royal palm too close to the house. He told me what he would do to replace them and gave me a price for the job. I told him to go ahead with the work.Everything was done in a professional manner. Old tiles were removed and new tiles were put in place and secured. All debris was removed from the area.I highly recommend Tony and Nastar Roofing if you need repairs.
The prices are average but leding to the lower side at least by the estimate, in my case they attempted to bill more materials than they really installed (plywood) I presented pictures and they took it out from the bill. It took ling tine and fight to have them finish the roof I even had to get city help to make them finish the job. long time cleaning nails and debris from yard after that. and now the metal roof has diferent shadows it looks as they used materials from diferents previous job and I ended up with a bicolor grey metal roof. this looks like a family and friend company where not body care about you or your complains, they lie to your face or simply hank up your call or leave you in hold forever and you can complain as much as you want no one give a s...
An A+ experience all around! Savannah in customer satisfaction was extremely professional and pleasant. The free quote was provided quickly and it beat every other licensed and insured reputable company. The full re-roofing job was done quickly and without hiccup. I highly recommend Nastar roofing!
We hired Nastar to repair a roof leak. We were advised by the salesman that in order to fix it properly, all of the tiles from the gutter to the peak would have to be removed from that section in order to find the problem and repair it. They sent one man to do the job. It took him 4-5 hours to complete and our roof still leaked. We called to report that it was still leaking. The next time, they sent two men out. They used our hose and a caulking gun to find and repair it. Our roof still leaks. We have since called multiple times and have even stopped by the office with pictures to show them. We are promised calls back that never happen. We’ve been told that they will look at it again but they can’t give us a day. Perhaps if you are getting a new roof they’re great but if you’re looking for repair work, they’re not so great. They have very poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I was faced with a time sensitive issue when several severe leaks occurred during a storm. Nastar was the only company I could get scheduled to meet my needs and they stayed on top of everything from start to finish. The gentlemen were on time for the inspection and estimate. I received several estimates from local companies and Nastar had them beat, enough that I transitioned from a shingle to metal roof for almost the same cost as another company wanted for shingles. During the job, they left my yard clean and removed everything each day. My new metal roof looks amazing and I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received. I would recommend Nastar without hesitation!
I needed a roof repair where a leak had caused some of the plywood to rot away. Consequently I called three different roofing companies for an estimate and this is the only one that called me back and quickly responded to the house to provide an estimate the day and time they said they would. Kudos to them thus far.The repair, and asphalt shingles were matched and replaced all within a reasonable period of time being about two weeks; again, Kudos to them. When I was finally able to get up on the roof to actually inspect what was done I was disappointed to discover they failed to replace the tar caulking along one vertical wall where the shingle butted against - sure to be a leak if this joint area wasn’t properly sealed. The overall experience was positive until the finished job was inspected closer - if you’re not familiar with roof repairs be cautious.
Leaked within 2 weeks leaked again another place leaked again another place. Never properly repaired. This was a. New roof new sheeting hurricane straps improperly installed. Found that out years later. Although this review is being done now and several years ago roof was done. It was by far the worst
Horrible follow up . Once they got the final payment, good luck having someone come out when you have an issue. I had a new roof installed and still have leaks. Failed the county inspection 3 TIMES. I was told over 3 weeks ago someone would be out to fix my issues. Im still waiting. Roof leaks in new spots and in original spots. Leave messages and no one returns the calls. I have tried multiple times to get this resolved. DONT use this company. They are horrible with fixing their issues
I was very impressed with Tony from the first time I called him until he finished the job. He was responsive to my calls and showed up when he said he would to review the job and provided me a quote before he left.Tony was on time the day he did the job and I was extremely happy with how everything was handled. I will be recommending Nastar Roofing and Tony to my friends, family and other realtors. Its hard to find dependable service providers who actually do what they say they will do. Great job!
I used Nastar and my roof turned out fantastic. I was leary because of negative reviews. I could complain about little things but hey, they tore off my old tile roof with a foam coating on it dropped it into their trucks and it was gone day 1. They then repaired some plywood and other areas plus put on the peal and stick roofing paper all day 1 with 15 men on the roof. We did wait a few weeks for the shingle delivery but once it came, They did the shingles in a day and it looks great. They did all the permits and scheduled the inspections. These are roofers people, a little rough around the edges but they know how to get it done for the least cost. I got 5 estimates from 15,300 to 29,000 they were the least expensive. The 2 from Angies list were the most expensive and the one guy said it was such a high price because the foam coating on our roof tiles had to be contained and all sorts of problems. Ha what a crock. Very little mess, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. I dont usually write long reviews like this but they did the job right the first time ( a rare thing in Florida ) There was 2,300 in unknowns, and we knew there would be some, but till the old roof came off we didnt know exactly how much. They were honest and fixed everything as they found any problems. I will recommend them to everyone including you if you are looking for a reliable company.
Nastar Roofing did a great job on the roof off my home. From the initial conversation & consultation to installation. The price was very competitive for a complete new roof and the process took a short time to complete. The roof looks great.I would highly recommend Nastar Roofing to anyone getting their roof done
We hired Nastar Roofing to do some work for us after contacting several companies and comparing estimates. They came out, did the job very nicely. No issues and fabulous work. Great with communication and very respectful. I was hesitant due to reading reviews but everyone has their ups and downs and just because you read a review on a company with a bad review here or there..doesnt mean they are no good.. there are those individuals who always have something to complain about. Yes. I highly recommend Nastar Roofing! Thank you.
During the hurricane my roof was substantially damaged and it was leaking in the house.I called Nastar roofing to give me an estimate. The guy came out 2 days later and went on the roof to assess the damage and told me it needed to be replaced and I needed a tarp over it for now. I told him to give me a quote for the insurance and tarp it. Next day it was tarped, yeah!My insurance finally approved the new roof and I called Nastar to do the job. Within 5 weeks they showed up and put a new roof on my house and I love it. Great company, great guys, great job…
Stay away from these people at all costs!!! First they started the job and disappeared for two weeks. Then completed the job and during the first rain, leaks. Called them 7 times, emailed another 7 times over the course of three weeks. Was told every time I called that someone would appear the next day to fix the leak or at least inspect the problem. No one ever shows up. Just called again because I was promised that they would again be there on Thursday, January 28, 2021. Not surprisingly, no one showed yesterday. Called today and was told that they would be there today. It is already 3 p.m. and no one has show up. Incidentally, I paid them immediately upon completion of the job These guys are a joke. Bad business. Stay away!
Run away.... They did our customers roof which was a commercial project. We had a couple leaks after they completed the work and it took a month for them to even come look at it. Then another few weeks to repair it. We just had another rain and it still leaks. Simple job. No hips or valleys, 3/12 pitch, very basic roof.Customer has a loss of inventory due to the rain and they still wont get out and deal with it. I have spent hours on the phone with them and several hours waiting for someone to show up. I will be hiring their competitor to repair it and bill Nastar for the work.. Will also be making a report with the State of Florida for failure to honor their warranty.
Contracted to put new roof on my residence. Have used them in the past and one of their managers is my prior neighbor. New reroof completed in early May. End of July I began having respiratory issues. Chasing doctor after doctor until I was finally hospitalized for 5 days in late October. We had a disconnected plumbing pipe in our attic that was capped. When they did the reroof they removed the cap and never replaced it. It rained through this pipe for the entire rainy season until it was discovered when I came home from the hospital in late October. My attic., master closet as well as my bedroom are filled with toxic mold and I have ongoing respiratory and neurological issues for which im still being treated. I have $10,000 in mold coverage from my insurance company. Not even going to scratch the surface. According to the BBB they have several complaints and a pattern of complaints filed against them. I wish that I had looked into them before using them again. When I first contacted them to tell them of the problems it was a Friday afternoon. I told them it has been raining in my attic all summer long and that I have mold. They said oh well its a weekend aint nobody going to be out there before next week. Had a capped by my handyman that very day Contacted them again today and their attitude is piss-poor! They will be hearing from my lawyer
In the process of replacement of a metal roof, no communication as to when or details about the process of permits nor completion. Found tar on places where it shouldnt be, install material dumped in driveway blocking the garage door. 1 week in and no roof after inspector came. Communication is a lost respect... Update more if and when completed
I have had Nastar replace a half dozen of my rental property roofs. Scotty (Sales) is always prompt with estimates. They can take up to a month to start a roof, but that is understandable due to the extreme weather situation during our SW Florida summers (rains almost every day). They always stick with their estimates, unless they have to replace rotten plywood or joists and they have a reasonable price per sheet of plywood and inch of wood. I have never had more than $300 added in that situation. I like their competitive prices and their good service. I will definitely use them again.
I recently had a new roof put on. After many estimates nastar gave me the best price. At first I was concerned because many other companies complained about nastar. I decided to go with nastar not only because they have the best price but also because they seemed trustworthy and not in the business of taking you for a ride. They came out did an excellent job and they were respectful. The only problem that I had was having them get me the wind mitigation. They are extremely busy so it did take a little time to get the paperwork. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone in need a new roof. Thank you Nastar Roofing.
Unfortunately, they failed to communicate or deliver. Russell came out to give an estimate for repair and/or replace two weeks ago, after numerous calls and texts to him and the companies office no estimate and no call backs as promised! The disappointing thing was after he was there on a Thursday promised the estimate for the next day (Friday) then came Saturday and was promised first thing Monday morning....crickets.... heres the shocker the office staff said he wasnt returning thier calls, to which they didnt seem to care or be concerned about.... they promised a call back from his manager.....crickets again....I know from another roofing contractor the roof needed to be replaced! So my only conclusion was that Nastar had enough business and didnt need mine or simply didnt care enough to come out and say it. Buyer beware... Dont call them.... they certainly wont call you!
Two months after hurricane Erma hit the Naples Florida area I was there looking for tile to fix a roof. It was a small job, a dozen roof tiles and 14 cap tiles. Found Nastar Roofing and others on the web through Home Advisor. Called and texted all of them. One by one each got back with me saying the earliest they could get there would be early February 2018! Which is now 4 months away.Tony from Nastar texted me and asked if I could send a picture of the front and back of the tile, which I did.. He not only told me what style the tile was but who made it originally, who that company was sold to and who carries them in our area! What great service to someone who not only is in the roofing business himself but respects people enough to help when he doesnt have the time to do it himself. And I just left a message on his phone! Thanks so much, I was able to close up the roof and mitigate the damage.
I am a REALTOR here in the area and have recommended Nastar to some of my customers and clients.... Never again! I am in need of ridge vents for my roof and I called 2 weeks ago, last week, and again today.... Still no call to setup an estimate. I called today and they acted like they didnt need my business. I rarely write reviews, but my local community needs to know of their poor customer service...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!My landlord hired them AFTER hurricane Irma, to update our roof, which survived the hurricane undamaged, but not this company. The night they left, unfinished, stating it was ok and would be back the next day, it rained and flooded two of our rooms. One in which part of the roof collapsed. We called the company and they sent out two gentlemen that same night. Which would have been great if they werent so confrontational, claiming it was not their fault before even looking at the work done. They wanted access to the roof/home before our landlord arrived and became very aggressive when told no, that we wanted to wait until our landlords were able to see for themselves. Going as far as stepping towards, and getting in my husbands face, escalating an already sensitive situation.Turns out, after they checked the work, the workers that were left unsupervised, didnt finish the job correctly, which the job supervisor didnt even check before picking them back up, and it resulted in the leak. They acknowledged this and fixed the seem, and had a repair crew come out to fix the damage to the ceiling in one of the rooms a few days later.Fast forward a few days... It rains again. Go to check the room and the same ceiling had collapsed AGAIN!!! To which they sent out the same repair crew to fix again...I wish i could upload pictures to show all of the damage that has resulted from this. Not to mention the countless roofing nails we have found around our property, three of which my daughter and i have stepped on. Or the trash and bottles we have found in our trees and bushes. We have lost countless personal property to mold. Something the company claims we should have had rentals insurance for. They are not willing to rectify this situation, as my landlord has called them regarding the personal property loss and we have yet to hear back from them. That was back in September.I would never go to someones house, wreck it, and claim they should have had rentals insurance, and wash my hands with it.Shameful company.DO NOT HIRE!!!
My experience is with Nastar Roofing drivers with loaded dumpsters pulling out in front of people on US 41 & Zemel Road. This week a driver just pulled out in front of 6 different vehicles, mine included, and had no reason to. Behind us traffic was clear but he just decided to pull out and not observe oncoming traffic. The car next to me ended up in the median so I checked on her and then went into the landfill to find the truck. It was early so the driver was up against the window sleeping away! Charlotte County Sheriffs Office and Florida Highway Patrol advised that there is nothing that can be done until a wreck occurs - well, how about we prevent that wreck that changes peoples lives forever.I called the office and was told I would get a call back but never did. Here is written record of an incident, so when the BIG accident happens, the owner of Nastar Roofing and the attorneys he will need, will have been given plenty of proof of what is occurring. Google wont let me post the video of the incident but if anyone ever needs proof for a court case, contact me and I will provide it.
Dishonest company!! If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. One of thier employees was stealing from Walmart and backed into my car and left the scene. There were eye witnesses and it was even all caught on video (stealing and hitting my car) in the company vehicle. When we contacted the company, they were rude and wouldnt do anything about it. Needless to say, we are still waiting on insurance to take care of it because they so have to send them to collections because they are refusing to pay. However, due to the lack of respect and how they handled the situation, I would NEVER trust this company! They obviously support their employees making bad choices that screw others over and then dont own up to it and take responsibility for the wrong doing. If they are dishonest in a situation like this, what will they do to their customers.
I needed a hole repaired and shingles replaced on my roof. Roof was originally installed in 2005, so I had extra singles to match. I used three companies to give estimates. NASTAR was the cheapest and everyone was helpful and friendly; at first. After the estimate was accepted and the job was scheduled it took about two to three weeks to get done. That was expected due to the volume of work that is done during rainy season.Due to weather, the job took four days to complete. The quality of work is very poor. My estimate clearly states that rotten wood was to be removed and new flashing was to be installed. There is still rotten wood inside the repair area and old flashing was reused. It looks really bad. The roofer even used my AC unit as a stepstool; his footprints are all over it! I was not able to fully inspect the area before paying for the job; which was my big mistake.I contacted my estimator several times to come out and look at the job. Several times he told me to be home and he would stop by, several times I stayed home waiting for him, and several times he never showed up. I took five pictures of the work area and went to the main office in Cape Coral. I showed the pictures to the secretary, who agreed that this was not a quality job, and scheduled the estimator to come out and look at it. The next day, he did come out. He also agreed that this was not quality work and would send a different roofer out to fix it. Another seven days passes and no one came out. I called my estimator to find out when it was supposed to be done. He was clearly displeased with me calling him. He asked, Well, what exactly would you like me to do about this? I was calling him to follow up on what he already told me he was going to do. No one showed up again.Next, I took this issue to the BBB. They helped communicate my issue to NASTAR. They sent out another roofer, who also agreed that this was not a quality job. He told me he would fix it himself within a week. That was on 9/4. As I write this, it is 9/18. He never showed up. The BBB wanted me to choose a resolution to this matter. I honestly dont even want this company to touch my house again. I have learned my lesson and hope no one has an experience like mine.In conclusion, everyone I talked to recognizes that the job was not quality work and should be repaired. Everyone told me they would have it done right, and no one ever shows up. My mistake was paying for the job before properly inspecting it myself. I do not even want them to come back and try to fix it at this point, and I will not be using this company again.
I am a journeyman roofer from California that went to Florida to do so work in the good sunny weather and worked for Nastar roofing with a partner roofer. We had done together about 26 houses the first month of working. We did good work for Mr.Scagggs but were having a problem with Nastar roofing getting the correct amount of material on about 15 of the roofs. We were being paid by piece work and since the shorting of material on that many roofs cost us more labor of which we were not paid for and felt like Nastar was responsible for the problem since they are the ones that figured how much material went on the roof. Well, we needed to mention this to Mr. Scagggs so after finishing another roof I made a call to Mr. Scagggs and told him of the situaton. Not long into the call Mr.Scagggs the owner of Nastar siad to me that he could get Mexicans that would do the work for $8.00 an hour and would not care or complain and that he could care less about how I felt and just told me he did not want me to work any more for him. Mr. Scaggs is not a man of honor and he could care less about anything except how he can make more money and if he could get Mexicans that would do it for a dollar a day he would do that. Let us Make America Great again by hiring roofing companies that practice true Amican values that treat all men fairly and equal. I am a true master roofer and to be treated like Mr.Scagggs did to me over something that if he would have taken control of in his company would not have made him a better roof but, would have made him and his company better.
Very disappointed. called in August, quote accepted, faxed over then nothing. Heard fax doesnt worK and also got Dave doesnt work here any more. Finally get someone on the phone after a month and they tell me they will set up the date for the repair. Never happened, then the hurricane (which I know created chaos) but I mean not even one call back, I sent three emails, six calls. I was trying to sell my home and this was the only condition to be repaired, this cost me huge in that we still havent closed yet because roofers are so busy after the hurricane. I just wish they would have told me at the START we dont have the time.
I work off of Del Prado and see Nastar trucks all the time. They all drive dangerously. Pulling out in front of traffic, speeding, not using indicators. Would never use their service, based on the lack of driving capabilities. Probably should teach your employees how to conduct themselves, while in company vehicles.
In my 22 years as a business owner and construction this by far exceeds the worst organized company Ive ever seen signed a contract February 17th this year and still dont have a final on my roof made half a dozen phone calls spoke to God knows who every time I call it someone else charging me for 2x4s that I dont have any on my house I suggest using a local reputable company outside of this company been very disappointed from the start lack of communication permits have failed so far I am blessed I dont have a roof leak
This company has a very bad reputation due to a criminal working there - Joshua Campbell from Campbell Roofing. A scammer. He has systematically stolen monies from many many home owners Nastar is probably his collaborator and cannot be trusted A church In Cape Corsl has a judgement against Nastar for $80,000Do not use this company for any reason.
This company is a scam. Charged me almost $1500 for a less 2 hour job. Called in with my concern and told me that paying for insurance, bonding, travel, fuel, etc. materials were 2 bundles of shingles. How hell does come out to $1500. The owner did not offer any kind of concession. If I could them zero stars I would. Would recommend this outfit to my worst enemy.
Price gauging... nearly double the price of a roof 9 months ago...their excuse was well we are bringing in crews from all over the US because we are in high demand !!! wow so because yall want to be greedy i have to pay for your greed!!! not cool also if your bringing in people from all over what sort of quality of work will it be?? BAD probably NO THANKS...taking advantage of the residents of Lee county who desperately need roofs before rainy season is not good work ethics.
Met with a guy from nastat to sign contracts today. Was late because his truck was broken down. Tried to leave stuff out of the contract. Then the guy decided against signing the contract took it back and left while talking trash about my house. Buyer beware. All the red flags of a shady company. Go with another option.
Nastar installed a roof on my home in April of this year. I was told by BILLY that she would take care of my wind mitigation inspection after installation. I have made no less than 5 phone call to your office. For some reason I never get to speak to BILLY. IM always told I will leave her a message I have spoken to Carley on at least 2 occasions once on 4-28-2018 and again 6-19-2018... I can not understand your willingness to allow this to happen.I want my inspection and I want it now. I am tired of dealing with this.COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR JOB. BAD,BAD,BAD COMMUNICATION....DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
Terrible company one of their trucks dropped a coil of nails in the road on Del Prado in Cape Coral today at 1235 and I hit it and got 12 8 penny nails in my 2015 Ram pickup and after talking to them they said file a police report and refused to make it right.Stay away!!! They get. Zero star for being responsible
Well my review isnt about roofing at all, i met a Nastar Employee while on my lunch break, while i was in the store, asked the clerk for a couple of packets of HOTSAUSE, the lady handed me a couple of packets and while she was doin that the guy from Nastar says i got some in the truck if i wanted it. I kinda disregarded it being as though i had some. Im now outside and im struggling with the packets of HOTSAUSE and im not feeling it at all and outta nowhere pulls up a NASTAR Roofing truck and he hands me 2 bottles of HOTSAUSE with your company logo NASTAR roofing and im like to myself is this guy FORSERIOUS me being a garbageman i started to throw it away but he insisted i try it, so i did, You know HOTSAUSE is great with just about everything Especially Beef Stir-fry with dirty rice, you know my lunch for the day, oh back to what i was saying i put this stuff on my rice and my immediate thought was BOO-YOW i dont know what entity created such a magically delicious, flavor popping party for your mouth ,but they deserve a promotion... I Have a suggestion for a new name free of charge...... BOO-YOW
Take your business elsewhere. Buyer beware. Low ratings on this business are not for nothing. A close friend has a dispute with this company for not completing repairs as promised. This has been ongoing for many months and they are unable and/or unwilling to provide the service they were paid for. This has resulted in major home damage. Shameful practices.
Caveat Emptor ! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sub par organization with very poor business practices . Issues on new roof for some time without resolution . Owner supposed to come out for one month, NO SHOW, NO CALL . No one with any authority ever in office and WILL NOT call you back. Zero concept of how to run a business, zero accountability , zero responsibility and zero customer service.
The roof of our vacation home in Cape Coral was badly affected during the hurricane. For the insurance we needed three offers from roofers. Nastar Roofing were the only ones who promptly sent a consultant over. Ralf speaks perfect German and so we could talk in our mother tongue. The offer was also made and Nastar had the best price / performance ratio! The new roof is also top in terms of appearance and quality! We can recommend Nastar Roofing with a clear conscience ...

2022-06-15I don’t give too many reviews but I just want to shout it from the rooftop about how impressed I am with this company, Nastar Roofing. I must have had quotes from ten (10)!!! roofers and came across them when they were doing both my neighbors’ roofs. Every step of the way was just amazing with this company. They have the best prices; knowledgeable employees; expeditious and professional office staff and above all they do an outstanding job in no time at all. We could not be happier. They made sure everything was perfect; they had a foreman supervising to make sure the job was done correctly and that the place was immaculate. I can go on and on. Trust me, if you need a new roof, give Nastar Roofing a call. You will thank me!!!

2022-05-28I Highly Recommend Nastar Roofing! As a Realtor I needed a roof repair quote to show for insurance in order to close a deal. Savannah and Scott from Nastar understood the urgency of my needs and were able to get me a quote in less then 24 hours from my phone call. Other clients of mine have used Nastar and were Highly satisfied with the quality of there workmanship, professionalism and friendly service they experienced with Nastar Roofing!

2022-04-14I was completely satisfied with all of the work completed by Nastar roofing. The entire procedure was smooth and easy. Nastar rep. Angelica Adams was excellent. Angelica started by arriving at my home on time. She sat with me and completely explained all aspects of the job, she then helped with color pick for the new roof. Most important was that Angelica kept all deadlines promised to me and followed up with me by phone during the whole job and then afterwards to check on my satisfaction. I would be comfortable recommending Angelica Adams and the Nastar team to all my family and friends.

2022-06-01My name is Renee Sharp, I signed a contract with NASTAR on 3/8/22. Over a month went by with no communication so I called the office and asked when my roof would be started. I was told they were having issues getting permits and would be in touch when they receive mine. Several more weeks went by without any contact from NASTAR. I called on Friday April 28 and was told the roof was scheduled to start on Thurs May 5th. They came out and removed my roof, installed the water barrier and left. The next day I receive a phone call that they need my next payment to order the materials to finish my roof. After paying it I was contacted and told the shingles were unavailable due to the color so I approved another color. That was weeks ago, I still haven’t received any of the materials required to complete my roof. However, I do have water leaking from the ceiling in my living room during hard rainfalls. This wasn’t happening prior to NASTAR working on the roof.I called the after hours service each time it happened and was told someone would call me right back. I did not receive a return phone call either time. I sent the salesman Joe that I worked with pictures of the leaking ceiling and puddle on my floor with a text stating that something needs to be done. He did not reply to my text or call me . I honestly can’t believe this is happening and hope to be contacted by the owner

2022-03-10We had our roof repaired by the company in late December of 2020. We noticed a leak in the roof in the same EXACT area this year in mid February. The company was not willing to repair the damage under warranty (1 year). Legally, they do not have to, but I am not impressed by the quality of work that they do.

2022-04-19My neighbor just had his roof replaced using Nastar. When I woke up and saw what was going on, I thought it was going to be a rough day. Especially since I work from home. The crew was noticeably well organized and quick. They made the noise as minimal as possible. Very clean work site too. All in all it wasnt as rough on me as it couldve been.

2018-06-17This company has very poor communication and customer service. I am in the process of having my roof replaced by them and they have been very delayed in when I was informed my roof would be started. After the dry-in was done I had leaks which they were slow to address. The first attempt I was not contacted before the person was going to my home so I am not sure how they expected to resolve it without knowing the locations. I have been constantly told that I need to speak with Billie regarding my roof because I chose to get a metal roof. She is never in the office when I call and does not return calls. Now they have completed the roof however they installed the incorrect roof vents and the metal roof was not installed properly. Some screws are not installed all the way while others are too much. The metal crimped areas are not evenly done leaving gaps all around my home. The boot around my power mast in no way looks like it was professionally installed. It is twisted and secured with a tie wrap. Much of the metal on the edges looks uneven and bent. This does not look in any way like it is a quality job having been done. There are also pallets that were left in my driveway. I would be embarrassed if I owned or worked for this company to put a job out like this and make what seems to be no attempt at correcting the poor installation. I have made numerous calls to the office to try and get this addressed as well as emailing Ralf. Ralf was very responsive and followed up the next day only he forwarded my concern over to Billie and let me know that I should hear from her by the end of the week. Not surprising I heard nothing. At this point I do not see them making well in resolving the issues I have and would not recommend anyone else doing business with them if you want a quality roof. I welcome them to just complete my roof appropriately.

2021-12-11They did a complete re roof of our property supposedly with a ten year warranty. The roof leaked after 4 years and brought down a ceiling in part of the building. We asked them to repair the problem under their warranty and they said the storm had damaged the shingles bringing them off. Nastar wanted over 3000 dollars to repair it and said the roof wasnt covered for storm damage. In other eords their guarantee was worth nothing. So we got another company to look at it and they did the repair for under 700 dollars. They said the original job was not done correctly which had allowed the shingles to come off.
