Ive dealt with several wholesalers in the central Florida area for distressed properties and working with Jacob from NetWorth realty was the best experience Ive had so far. They have a decent number of properties and do not use the rushed, high-pressure sales tactics of some other wholesalers. Their pricing structure is also very clear which is appreciated. Jacob was very open and straightforward about the deal I used him for and worked hard to get it closed even when the seller gave us problems. It was a fairly priced deal and everyone went home happy. I had a great experience working with Joe Farrante. I was able to get a great price on a property and his ARV was spot on. Though the goal is to find deals, Joes help is priceless. He had no problem looking things up, making calls, securing a lender, answering A LOT of questions and seeing the project through to the end. He even periodically checked on the property when he was nearby. I, also, had a chance to work with Wale who is great as well. Unlike other wholesalers, Networth has a refreshing one price, first come first served business model. I like that, and it allowed me to purchase a St Pete Beach property before other investors. Little did we know what would happen next....UPDATE to 1/21/19.. Where should I begin? Net worth realty cannot be trusted in their listings and potential estimated ARV!!! Potential investors BEWARE!!!Recently was enticed to a view a property that had an estimated 55K rehab cost. After personally reviewing the property and noticing an issue with the foundation of the pool and pointing it out to them, (I am not even a contractor or an architect and noticed this) they came back two days later with an estimated rehab of 95K!!! Not even off by a couple grand but nearly double the cost! HA! This goes to their lack of professionalism and other entities involved with them (the contractors coming to draft the estimates). After this newly discovered problem and knowing no investor would waste their time on the property, Networth realty decided not to purchase the property from the owner and dump it back to him.They will also “recommend” general contractors for you to use based upon their customers previous experiences. Please Do not ever use one of their recommendations unless you have personally done your own due diligence. Expect to get horrible service, lack of communication and jobs untouched for multiple months with excuses of lack of crew, poor cell phone reception, etc.Needless to say, the owner of the company is well aware of all this and has brushed it under the rug as our own problem. No worries though... our business is being put to good use with another whole sale company who cares about their customers. The potential for a long term relationship with them has been forever ruined.

Networth Realty has a great approach and some good people working there. I recently encountered a property they were trying to sell: 4322 S Hubert Ave Tampa, FL 33611 for $307,000.After a collegue in the business found out that there were severe foundation issues and a collapsing and leaking pool- they dumped it back to the original owner and it is currently sitting on the MLS for $279,500They tried to mark it up and make a $27,500 commission !!! and push it on unsuspecting buyers. Imagine if they had got away with it??? The managing broker is well aware of these shady and unscrupulous business practices, but seems to be okay with it.Myself being in the business and knowing a lot of their investors who have tried them - very few of their investors actually make a profit on their houses they buy from NetWorth Realty and end up breaking even or losing. Id stay away from this company.
I was on the fence w.r.t getting into flipping business and was scared too, Abby from tampa location has helped me at every step of the way towards getting my first house, rehabbing it and listing it. my first house is under contract and ready to be closed in over a months time. I strongly recommend Abby and team to anybody who is looking at a rehab project, coz they could work with newbies or experienced investors alike, they will even visit your rehab on your behalf and keep you posted on the progress :) thats a plus, i dont think any other realtors do that, honestly i owe my first rehab success to Abby. I still have a lot to learn but i do know that i could count on Abby !!!

I started looking at building a buy and hold real estate portfolio in the US last year. As someone who is based outside the US such long distance investing is challenging and having the right team becomes even more importantI was therefore quite intrigued by NetWorth Realty’s proposition and reached out to them in Tampa and was put in touch with Nate SahmNate was great and took a lot of time initially to i) understand my goals and ii) guide and connect me with a number of people including contractors, PMs, mortgage brokers etcI have been working with Nate for over 6 months now and he has never tried to push things on me. He clearly understands my goals and is very open and transparent with his views – he is not afraid to tell me that some of the investments will not work for meDuring this time I purchased a property in Bradenton last summer which has now been rehabbed and rented and it was great first deal – it would qualify as a BRRRRWe came out ahead of the original estimate by NetWorth on both the rent and ARV. Part of this was due to additional work we did during the rehab that was not part of the original scope but nonetheless the overall numbers are better than originally estimatedNate has been superb throughout the project helping guide me through the rehab and stepping in to help on a number of occasionsI am looking forward to working with Nate on other projects and have already referred him to my close circle

Just received a call from them about a 4 unit in Seminole Heights and told me what the NET cap rate is?! Last time I checked there is no such thing as a net cap rate only a cap rate which is calculated using the net operating income. They wouldnt even give the address. All wholesalers give out the address. Ridiculous.

The property was in foreclosure as well, which can be a more complicated process, but he helped to make it go smoothly. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has great communication. 2022-03-03Networth Tampa has been a great team to work with. I have worked with several realty groups in the past, but they truly provide highest level of service. Their inventory of new listings is phenomenal. My agent Michael Pristas has been such a wonderful help for buying my first property in the Tampa area. He was constantly checking in when new properties came on the market, and called me immediately when a great deal came up. He has even helped me through the process of finding reputable contractors and other handyman and walking the properties with them on multiple occasions. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Often times with other realty groups/agents, I have felt like just another one of their many clients. Mick made sure to be there whenever we needed anything.

2022-05-16Bought two houses now with the help of networth agent Hunter Peratt.Specifically gave him the areas and budget I wanted and snagged an insane deal in Hyde Park and Armature Works past few months thanks to him.Most realtors will only contact you when free but he went out of his way to talk to me during weekends/nighttimes to lock down whatever needed to be done. Now both fully renovated and renting at an amazing cash flow.Forever greatful and will continue to be a customer for years to come :)
