2022-05-20We just closed on our Villa in Fort Pierce. Beth Richards made sure of every detail ahead of time. Our closing was smooth sailing. Very knowledgeable and forthcoming. We are very pleased with Nugget Reality.

2021-10-27We had the privilege of working with Liz recently as we decided to sell our home. She came highly recommended by two of our adult children who had used Nugget Realty Inc. for their real estate dealings in the past.With Lizs direction and explanation, we proceeded to prepare our home for listing by sorting, packing and storing 16 years of coveted stuff. Before pictures were even taken for the multi-list, Liz reached into her long list of clients and matched us with the perfect buyer. We had prayed for a buyer that would love our home as we did and it would be sold at a fair price. Both conditions were met to our delight and absolute satisfaction.Liz remained calm and collected during our moments of panic, uncertainty, and grief. During the process we had two elderly family members enter the hospital for covid. One passed while we packed and packed and packed. The emotional impact of the death affected us greatly and days were difficult, but Liz kept us centered, and was compassionate as we moved through the drama. 2020-04-07I purchased a home in September and the Listing agent was Steve Burnett with Nugget realty. At the time of purchase Steve appeared to be genuine and honest. There were many issues with my closing due to a hurricane. Steve even gave me $200 for having to keep my belongings in my moving truck an additional 7 days and stay in a hotel for 7 days. However, after the closing everything changed. The home I purchased was new construction and had many issues. A few minor ones were taken care of but the big issues were never resolved. When I started having issues I requested contact information for the builder and I was told all communication would go through him. The issues with the home were not his problem but the handling of it after the sale was less than pleasant. Via text he in no uncertain terms called me a liar. Once the commission check was collected the professionalism went down the drain. If you happen to call on new construction homes he may have listed, BEWARE. Go to POLKPA.com and search my name to get address and builder name. If you are looking for an agent to develop a long term relationship with and service after the sale, it would be my suggestion to move along. Looking at the Google reviews it appears this is the exception. Never would I leave a negative review had things been handled professionally. After 7 months I have given up. Home buying is stressful at best but knowing youll be able to count on ALL parties involved should there be issues is paramount. Unfortunately this was NOT my experience.

2019-02-28Amazing experience! Liz was amazing. Found the perfect island home for our family! We thought it was priced way out of our budget! Liz was a master negotiator and was able to put a deal together that worked for both us and the seller. Living on the big water now in the house our kids will grow up in. It’s a great feeling. Anyways this office is professional, clean and very customer service focused. It’s become one of the higher volume real estate offices in the area in a short period of time. That doesn’t happen without good practices and good people. Thanks again Nugget!Ryan.
