2021-03-09I had a vision of what I wanted with my first place, and Ocean World Realty made it happen. He was a step ahead during the whole process. Everything seemed to flow like water. His experience made all the difference.I expected the home buying experience to be much more challenging and stressful. My agent, Ferdinand, made spot-on recommendations, stayed on top of the market, made closing a breeze, and even provided me with a gift at the end.I didn’t know the home buying experience could be so easy. He was prompt, responsive, and organized. He kept me informed with everything that happened from start to finish. The entire process was such a breeze from finding the property, securing financing, making an offer, the home inspection, finding the best insurance, and even the closing on the purchase.I am grateful for him and his expertise. 2021-03-05I purchased my first home with Ocean World Realty and I received a much better service than expected. Every interaction was done with care and personalized to my needs. The steps were clearly explained and I know exactly what to expect. I call them several times in moments of doubts or with random questions and every single time I was answered with professionalism, courtesy and never felt like a burden.I approached the house buying process with fear from all the horrors stories that I’ve hear.
