2022-04-26Our neighbor recommended Ohana Waters. They were happy with their pool and had a good experience with the company. We set up an appointment for a consultation in our home. We spent an hour or so talking about what we liked and wanted for our pool. He said he’d have the design for us in a couple of weeks. It’s been 3 months and we’ve been ghosted. We reached out a couple of times hoping to get a response before we moved on to another company but no luck. We’re disappointed because we really liked the owner as a person and high hopes for his design. I wish he had just said they were too busy to take us on and saved us both wasted time.

2020-11-21Recommended. Ohanu Waters built pool for us in 2020 per contract and agreed upon schedule. Good design and materials. Very nice and knowledgeable people. Well above average technology and warranty. Warranty work done in a timely manner. Price is right also!

2018-10-28This pool company builds great pools and stands behind their work. After 6 years we had an issue with a minor leak and they came out and emptied the pool, found the problem and while the pool was empty completely cleaned the entire pool sides and bottom, repaired the minor crack, and reinforced with matching tile the area of repair. They spent over 40 hours of their time and labor to ensure the integrity of the pool. Great craftsman and knowledgeable aquatic tradesman who created a wonderfully esthetic pool and backed up their product without a note of complaint or push back. Highly recommend this company with a service born staff of Micky, Mike, and Diane. You can’t do any better and they insured that the work was done in a timely fashion. Thank you Oahauna!!! 2018-10-23Finished pool in 2016. Used wrong pool finish and I have had 5 leaks since then and water refill has had to be repaired twice. Refuses to repair leaks around drains instead requires I have spent over $600 for leak repair Company. Warning....do not use this company.

2019-07-23They are putting in a pool for us. I cant really rate them high enough! If there were a billion stars...thats what theyd get. Everyone here is very helpful and are the hardest workers I have ever seen.
