My wife and I had a great experience working with Live work play Miami. We sold our home, and bought our dream home in less than 45 days of being on the market. Oliver, Vanessa, Kirill and the rest of his team were so helpful throughout the whole process and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision made. Even though we were right in the middle of the pandemic during the whole process, live work play Miami made sure that we werent affected and we were able to sell our previous home and buy our current home without any challenges. Oliver was an excellent choice as realtor to sell my condo on South Beach. He has an excellent reputation around town, and everything was handled very professionally. From the photography of my unit, to the marketing plan and ad designs for both online and print. We found a buyer who was a perfect match for our unique home. Oliver was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the entire S. Florida real estate market. He showed us everything we were interested in from condos to intercoastal and beachfront homes and everything from Key Biscayne all the way North to Jensen Beach. Over time he helped us to narrow our wish list and ultimately buy our dream home. He was never pushy and always very insightful into the process and diplomatic in dealing with seller and other parties in sometimes tense situations. Oliver and his team (Kirill and Vanessa) recently helped us buy a condo in Miami Beach. We visited Miami in November to look at vacation/investment properties but our initial focus was downtown Miami, Brickell and Edgewater. With three days left in our trip, we decided to see some condos in Miami Beach and reached out to Oliver. I began my search to purchase a condo on South Beach about 6 months ago. I reached out to several real estate agents in Florida. I emailed them my “wish list” in which I indicated the features that I was seeking in my ideal condo. 2021-12-16When I decided to list my South Beach condo for sale I contacted two different realtors. Oliver responded with a detailed proposal before we met over Zoom and I hired him. Oliver proceeded to take beautiful photos of my unit (waiting for just the right light) and it sold two days after going live. Throughout the escrow period Oliver and Vanessa answered every question I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

2022-07-25I often find myself telling family and friends that it REALLY does matter who you select to represent you in your real estate transactions. I have owned a fair bit of property over the years, but life experience has taught me while most real estate deals run smoothly it’s when the unexpected hiccup happens that you stand to loose the most if you don’t have the right team guiding you. A recent property sale is the perfect example. For some unknown reason the buyer’s team wasn’t as efficient, detailed or timely as they needed to be which caused great confusion, frustration and weeks of delays. If it wasn’t for the experience, calm demeanor and patience of Oliver and his team the deal would have fallen apart long before closing. All that to say it’s just as, if not more, important to know your team will be prepared to handle the unexpected issues – not just the mundane contract process. Your realtor does matter and I will always recommend Oliver and his team.

2020-09-21There are many reasons we would recommend using Oliver Davis and the team at Live Work Play Miami Group - Keller Williams.We sold a condo using Live Work Play Miami and couldnt have been happier with the results. They have proven their worth multiple times during our transaction and even after the property closed.First and foremost is the high trust factor. Oliver is honest and has high integrity. His company reflects those standards. It became apparent that Oliver looks out for his clients’ best interests. He knows the Miami Beach market inside and out. Because Oliver helped us price our condo appropriately, we had an accepted offer in less than a week!But thats not all. It goes without saying that Live Work Play is service-oriented. For example, we live out of state. When a hurricane warning hit, we were in a bind. We needed to bring the patio furniture inside and off of our balcony. Not knowing anyone in Miami Beach, we called on the only person we knew, Oliver Davis. He sent his associate Kirill who went over to our condo, brought all the furniture inside, and made sure everything was locked down and secure. Who does that? We regularly called or emailed Vannessa questions and concerns both important (to us) and mundane.
