2021-08-04We have now worked with Jamey and Ognjen Prezzi of ONE Sothebys International Realty as both buyers and sellers - they helped us find a fantastic Miami Shores house in 2018, and then sell it in 2021 when we moved from Miami.Jamey and Ognjen are super knowledgeable about the greater Miami area and helped us not only find a home, but a neighborhood we loved. They are fantastic guides through the buying and selling process, easily explain the finer points of the contract process, and helped protect us as both buyers and sellers. They were always available to answer questions, give advice, or even to just let me vent about the moving process.We no longer live in Miami, and well miss both our business and personal relationships with them. 2022-03-09I cannot speak highly enough about the Prezzis For several years now I have dreamed of buying a condo in Miami but was too scared to make the move. Now I am writing this review as I sit on my new balcony overlooking the Miami skyline. Jamey and Ognjen were instrumental in finally making my dream a reality. I was from out of state, this was my 1st real estate purchase, and most of the transactions were done long distance. From my 1st phone call with Jamey I knew I was in good hands. Jamey and Ognjen were always there to answer my questions and ease my nerves. Always personable, responsive, patient and knowledgeable. They provided all the resources I needed and more. They were super accommodating as far as face times, e-docs, and links. I was nervous about buying in this hot market and was so sure it would be a lot of stress and let downs. But thanks to the Prezzis it could not have gone smoother. Youd be doing yourself a disservice if you use anybody else!

2020-12-01Jamey and Ognjen were easily one of the best parts of buying a home. For those of you who are buying for the first time, its very exciting, but at times it can also be very stressful. Jamey and Ognjen were fun, yet professional. When times were stressful, we felt very comforted by their knowledge of the industry and found them very reassuring. They are kind, patient, low pressure, and truly care that you come away with something you are happy with. I highly recommend them to anybody ready to take that first step. 2021-04-26As out of State buyers, we came across the Prezzis via their informative videos on YouTube, on making a move down from the Northeast to Miami. From the beginning, closing date and even after, they have remained in constant communication, helping us with small details we may have missed. We coordinated with them with what we were looking for and upon arriving in Miami, they scheduled multiple showings around the Downtown Miami area that matched what we were looking for. They were spot on with what we were looking for and helped us put an offer on a unit the very same week. Under contract, we flew back to NYC and the Prezzis professionalism continued in every step of the way. The seller lived in Spain, which made communication on their end a challenge but Jamey & Ognjen was persistent with the sellers agent and attorney to ensure all tight deadlines were met. They also have an extensive list of vendors (inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc.) who deliver the same type of work ethic and are prompt with execution. The Prezzis were also present in the unit for inspections, appraisals and even on the final walkthrough when we were still in NYC and we honestly couldnt have done a better job ourselves. This is our second home and I wish we would have found them before. If you are looking to purchase a home in the Miami area (rather you are an out of towner or not) look no further, the Prezzis are an amazing duo that will be with you in every step of the way and ensure all deadlines are met.
