Super excited to have found my new guilty pleasure. This place is full every single Saturday with furniture of every kind. Each time I go I find something that I can use. I frequently go with the intention of buying something I need an end up with something that I actually just really really wanted. This business is no nonsense selling items to the highest bid! The auctioneer was very fast and entertaining. The man who help me load my furniture for professional and very efficient. Good job guys!!
I recently trusted my aunts possessions in the hands of Jacob and Jason who were the most honest and upfront of all of the companies that I spoke to when tasked with liquidating her estate. They set real expectations and were very quick at liquidating her Winter Park Florida estate. Many of the other companies that I spoke to had a fake tone to their voices, as if they were funeral directors consoling me due to the passing of my aunt. I had read the reviews and understood that this fake sympathy would turn into some sort of monster at one point so I looked further and discovered Orlando Estate Liquidators at Orlando Estate Auction. These guys were professional business types, they spoke upfront and honestly about what to expect and how the process works. From my photos that I submitted on their website they were able to schedule a crew to pack up and pick up my aunts Winter Park full house and her cars. In 11 days I received a check as indicated and it included an itemized statement. The sale met my expectations that were set in our conversation. The amount of time saved by utilizing these services is amazing and this allowed for us to provide an upgraded monument and memorial for my aunt Jean as the funds were available. With the house cleared out we were able to turn it over to a realtor and it is now under contract. The entire process from my aunts passing to this point has been 2 months and this was due to the quick liquidation process that Orlando Estate Auction offers. So after this process Jason called me and asked me to write a review so here I am telling you my story. I have never met either Jason or Jacob but appreciate their efforts and mostly appreciate their honesty and ability to set realistic expectations as I have never had to do anything like liquidating an estate before. I had this company pick up a storage unit full of furniture and several appliances a few weeks ago. The men who picked up the items were very friendly and showed up on time. I had some very nice furniture and some that was a bit worn but they took everything that day. I got my check in the mail yesterday with the list of what each of my items were sold for. I would consider this company professional and efficient and I was quite satisfied with the results. I would recommend them for certain.
I brought my Aunt to this auction last Saturday. She is downsizing and needed a way to sell quite a lot of furniture and household items. The staff was friendly and informative. The prices they were getting seem to be consistent with the items they are selling. We ended up setting up a pick up. I am happy they were able to help on short notice.
Jason sent a crew to my moms house a few weeks ago. They worked very well together and did a nice job packing up all the treasures my mother had collected for the last 30 years . Lots of heavy furniture was upstairs and They to took good care of that as well . I received my check this morning and was very pleased . He told me things would sell for what they were worth and that is exactly what I ended up with. They cleared out the house, sold everything and sent me a check a week later. I am quite satisfied.
I was happy to find this company to sell a good deal of home furnishings and tools. The appointment went smooth, 3 men showed up and loaded everything I wanted to sell. We filled out some paperwork, and off they went. I received my check exactly 9 days later. A few of my tools sold for less that I thought they would. An old clock I sent sold for $425. I spoke with someone there who said Good stuff brings good money. He was right! I am very pleased with the result.
I moved to Winter Park about 3 months ago. My home here is much smaller than up north. This company was recommended by a neighbor who had used them for estate liquidation last year. I had furniture, and antique items that I had been toting around for far too long. The process was fast and easy. I got my check the other day and was very happy with the service they provided. They sold an old bike that was in my garage and dusty for 20 years for $170!! I was tickled.
Orlando Estate Auction always has a unique selection of items that run the spectrum from fine antiques and glassware to everyday home items and even classic cars. Always professional. Jason brings many years of experience and it shows. They have a great team!
I could not be happier with my experience with Orlando Estate Auction. Jason and his team really delivered on their promise and commitment to sell my household goods at auction and send the check within 4 days. The guys who came to pick up my things were so nice, very efficient and took care not to break any glass on table tops of various furniture I had. I would encourage anyone who has to liquidate their household to use Orlando Estate Auction.
I have visited this auction a few times prior to deciding to have them handle my in-laws estate. The staff is very direct and efficient and for me they provided exceptional service. I knew some of the items would sell for a lot and some for a little and they prepared me for the process. Their staff showed up on time and in uniform and we filled out the contract before they started to load the furniture, dishes, appliances, etc.. They emptied the entire house including the garage and two sheds in the backyard in about four hours. I received my check and just called them to thank them for the professional and quick service. The antique tea cup collection did not bring much however some items like a vintage guitar and an oil painting really surprised me. They gave me the good and bad news up front and delivered a very fair and fast service.
I called this company a few weeks back to empty my inlaws house. They asked me to send pictures, which I did and we agreed upon a commission and pick up date. I just received my check and statement in the mail and am very pleased. They emptied a 4 bedroom house, sold everything and mailed my check, all within 9 days. I am impressed with the speed the men functioned and how fast everything was sold.
I had heard of this place a few times on Facebook and decided to attend one of their sales. I showed up at 3:00 to preview the items for last weeks sale. I was truly amazed by the amount of things that are sold in one night! They sold boxes of books, appliances, and beautiful furniture, some of it brand new. I ended up buying a small patio set for my back porch. The staff was super friendly and helped me load it in my vehicle. I am definitely a fan and will be a regular customer!
Top notch company to work with. I was dealing with an estate from out of the area. They were very informative and had a few ideas that really expedited the process. We took care of all paperwork via email prior to the pickup. Their crew of 6 men on 2 trucks was careful, very friendly and fast! I was a bit concerned about the baby grand piano, however they wrapped it, rolled it out and used their lift gate to put on the truck. They were professional and obviously up to the task. I am very appreciative to this company for a job well done in a situation with lots of moving parts. Thank you!
The service was great, I had some mid century furnishings that I no longer needed and i submitted pictures on their website and then after email discussion I took them to Orlando estate auction. The staff unloaded the pieces and provided paperwork. I went to their estate auction that Saturday and watched my items sell. I was amazed that there were several bidders on my mid century items. I didnt think that many people understood mid century modern furniture yet the multiple bidders on my items changed my understanding. Jason later explained that many shop owners and collectors view the online inventory and come to the estate sales auction when their shops style items appear or leave bids on items if they cannot come. Anyhow, I was pleased at their ability to bring added value to my mid mod furnishings due to their having a following. Even though I was not liquidating a full estate sale they were able to sell my items. We additionally had some vintage garden pots, statuary and furniture. Once again they were able to bring the right buyers into their auction and I was very pleased with the outcome.
I have been attending auctions and estate sales for years. This is by far the best place I have found to get the chance to buy a diverse type of things at a fair price. I am amazed every week by the amount of beautiful things they sell. I have purchased something just about every time I attended one of their auctions. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate the effort they put forth to put on a great sale every week.
It was a good experience dealing with a tough situation. I was faced with a need to sell a house full of furniture that I could not afford to keep. They sent out a truck and men within a few days to pick up everything. The men were courteous and professional. I received my check the following Friday. The computerized print out they included was helpful for my records. I would recommend this company.
Just wanted to rate the pickup service provided from Orlando Estate Auctions. They had three people and two trucks show up at my residence on time and ready to go. They banged out roughly 6 rooms in less than 3 hours. I’m retired military and my wife and I have moved several times and I can honestly say these folks were the best. Thanks for the great experience. Will follow up after completed auction.
I came here with a girlfriend a few months ago. I was hooked after the first time. Jason and his staff do a great job filling the building up every week. I have purchased a bedroom suite, 2 flat screen tvs, quite a lot of artwork, and most recently a beautiful Kitchen Aid mixer. The best part about the operation is when I purchase new things, I bring my existing items back to be sold. I get a check the next Wednesday and feel quite satisfied with the results. My hats off to an efficiently run business with a friendly staff!
This company sold some items for me a few months ago. I was very pleased with the service that was provided. I am writing this review because I went to the Auction for the first time as a buyer last weekend. I came home with a few very nice pieces. I an now both a satisfied Buyer and Seller!! Thanks to an efficient friendly place to buy and sell.
Jacob and his team emptied my fathers house in hours... it was amazing to see! We were pleased with the outcome of the auction -- knowing that you never really get the $$$ you wish for--- you just have to be satisfied that they are moving it out for you. Both Jacob and Jeremy are a bit unresponsive by phone, after the auction is finished (but I know they are in their busiest time) -- just dont expect a call back after the auction. I was a little concerned when they seemed to drop out of sight and not return calls... But no worries --- the check came per their website guidelines. Thank you so much! I would use them again.
I am happy I found this company. I have quite a lot of things that I had been toting around for way too long. I found them online and called for more info. They were direct and very much to the point. They sent a truck and men a few days later. I was truly surprised how fast they got everything loaded. I got my check a few days ago. I was very pleased with the entire process. They picked up, sold everything and sent me a check. I would recommend them for sure.
I called this company a few months ago for information as I had to sell the complete contents of my Aunts house in Maitland, FL. I was finally ready for them 2 weeks ago so I called back to schedule the appointment. Their men came in packed up all the dishes, knick nacks, and tools that had accumulated of 40 or so years. The men loaded all the boxes and furniture on their truck in about 3 hours. They worked hard to get it done on a rainy day. I received my check yesterday and was very pleased. They sent a list of what each item or lot sold for. I was not looking forward to having to clean out that house and they made it easy. I am certain they end up with all sorts of neat stuff, I will probably check out their auction as a buyer sometime. Job well done!
I utilized the services of the company about a month ago. I found them online as an alternative to an estate sale. The men came uniformed, on time, and with good attitudes. The house has some marble top furniture and a grand piano, they handled it with ease. My check came a few weeks ago. They sold everything and I was happy with the result. They even got $40 for an old outdoor bench that I was going to toss. The process was professional and efficient.
Very disappointed. When speaking with them originally they promised to take everything but when it came down to the wire they did not send enough people and it was obvious by early afternoon that they could not fit everything into the truck but Jason refused to send another truck because he said he would not make any money. They had obviously loaded all the most expensive items on the first truck. As the closing was the next day I had to find another way to dispose of the remaining contents. Fortunately, my daughter and son-in-law had come to help me (I am an 83 year old woman) as we had to put everything in the garage to be picked up by a charity the next morning. I would never recommend them.
I have been going to orlando estate auction for more then 12 years almost every Saturday and i highly recommend it for everybody. it is a no nonsense auction which means everything ran in a proper manner. EVerything sold to the highest bidder no matter what the price. Auction is held every sat at 4 PM. Preview is at 3. In mint opinion the best thing about the is the vintage merchandise that Jason has on hand. I love the older stuff.Also has a police officer on duty for your safety and mine. I highly recommend this auction for everybody.Great job Jason
When faced with dealing with the contents of a loved ones home, which is actually their physical history, you realize its too valuable to just trash it or give it away. The idea of having an estate sale seems like a good idea, but to do it yourself is hell. Dealing with Orlando Estate Auction proved to be the right choice. You look at all the things that they accumulated and its overwhelming. You think you can sell it, but the people who live off sales like this come in and try to low-ball you right away. The hassle of a do it yourself sale is not worth what you think you might make. Leave the pricing and item valuation to the professionals. Take the sentimental items out of the equation and let them do the work. They know how to sell. Youve already gone through enough--- the grief of losing a loved one, why give yourself a headache dealing with the stuff left behind. Put Orlando Estate Auction to work for you. This is quite a fun experience. Ive been several times now and its always super cool. A VAST selection of everything from unique furniture pieces to super rare collectibles. This weekly auction has something for everyone. The staff is friendly and courteous !
I hired this company about a month ago to sell the contents of a relatives estate. The emptied the house completely. I received my check on Friday and was quite happy. I Thought it would be a task to deal with from out of town, however they made it easy. The is definitely a company I would recommend. Thanks guys!
I first tried selling a few things online, however it was difficult to get people to even show up. Orlando Estate Auction sent a truck, picked up everything and sent me a check the following week. I am happy to have the extra space in my house and a few extra dollars too. Thanks guys!! They sell a wonderful variety of items!
I am happy to recommend this company. I, like most other people had accumulated way too much. I talked to them on the phone a few times, scheduled a pick up, and they took care of the rest. This was certainly a very efficient way to dispose of my extra furnishings! Well done.

I went to this auction for the second time last night. It is very entertaining, with the chance to get a good deal on some things. I bought a pair of upholstered chairs and a Orlando Magic jersey to give as a gift.
This is our weekly destination every Saturday . Entertaining and weve purchased things for the house at a fraction of retail cost. Great place to find something you like or something you didnt know you wanted.

2022-06-12Highly recommend!!! You will find amazing items at great prices! Plus, the auction is high energy and really fun! The structure of the auction (before during the preview, during the auction, and the day after for pickup) is extremely planned out, organized and fast-paced. Everyone on staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions.My husband and I were able to find incredible items for our home plus amazing collectibles. Everyone can find something amazing.Tips:-I recommend visiting on Friday to preview before the sale, especially if it’s your first time. The auction is very fast paced so previewing gives you time to do your research and make a confident decision the following day.-I also recommend bringing a trailer or truck- you might end up getting WAY more than you anticipated, especially if you bid on a whole lot. PS- those lots might have hidden treasures in them that are worth a lot more than you ever expected!We will be returning many times!

2022-09-14Truly don’t have enough great words to say about this place. The structure is fast paced and engaging to the point where you don’t realize you’ve been there for a few hours. They have a little bit of everything for all customer types. Don’t worry if they don’t have what you’re looking for one week - they might have it the next. We have purchased a variety of tools, home renovation items, furniture, rugs and other items - all at least half of the retail price. I’ve also been on the seller side and am pleased with that as well! I have told everyone about OEA and will continue to do so because this place is a gem with an excellent owner and staff!

Ive spent 2 days trying to get in touch with them about purchasing items and when I finally got someone on the phone, I stated this and the person rudely asked if I just called to tell this or if I had an actual question......... when I told him he was rude he told me good luck and shop elsewhere. Apparently they dont care for customers or bringing actual money into the store

2020-10-30This Auction is always full of beautiful things. I have purchased appliances, outdoor furniture and 2 TVs. It is very fast paced, no nonsense operation. They sell a lot of inventory and do it quickly. I have been to auctions that are slow and low energy...This Auction is always exciting and very fast. I got this painting a few weeks ago.

2018-03-03I have never sold anything on consignment before. I am very glad that I found these guys first. They were direct and straightforward. I sent pictures of the storage unit full of furniture, and decor that I did not want anymore. They picked it up on a Thursday, I received my check the following Saturday. It was efficient and i was happy with what they were able to sell my items for. I now do not have to pay a monthly storage bill, and have some extra $$ in my purse!! Thanks to Jacob and Jason. 2021-04-27We attend have used 3 auction houses in Florida. But our favorite go to is Orlando estate Jason has the best mix of merchandise as if selected just for us. It is fast paced, well run, and uniquely fun! (Unique is the key word) I never miss their auctions , and will try to place bids on line or by phone if we’re not in the state. Each week we find there are items that we can incorporate into our business plan. Go to this auction and if you see a shorter good looking guy with a beard please don’t bid against me!

2021-10-31Neat place to find alot of good stuff at a good price. They have auctions on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon very interesting as well they had a Shirley temple collection some wonderful memorabilia and antiques. It a fun think to do when you are trying to set up a home.

2018-10-14Ive been to this auction a few times before and decided to go again tonight with my sister. A few items were advertised that I was interested in. The building is quite large and a variety of items for the auction was impressive. We each bought a few things and my sister ended up with a nearly brand new bicycle. It was an all-around great experience again! The men helped me load my items and what we will definitely be back again.

2018-11-19I do not typically leave reviews for businesses however, I felt compelled to do so in this case. I hired this company about three weeks ago after speaking to four or five different companies who could not provide the service that I needed. Orlando Estate Auction booked my appointment In 2 days and emptied three storage units in less than two hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the entire crew. I received my check yesterday and was thrilled with the results. They did exactly what they promised, they sold everything and sent me a check.

They came to pick up my things- the guys were fast, efficient and careful with my furniture and accessories. Jose made an inventory and gave me a copy.
