Had an unusual case to wrap up due to our previous attorney neglecting our case and not offering to do anything for us. Probably had everything to do with them charging us up front for the entire 5 year length of our case.Mr Ozment was approachable, helpful and took charge when we were threatened with further liability due to neglect and lack of caring from Cohen Law firm. We were dealing with a nightmare and Mr Ozment handled it immediately and with more satisfaction than we could have ever hoped for. He followed through and everything he said he would and in a timely manner. Loved working with him and would recommend him for all your legal needs.

Probably, just like others, My pride stood in my way and I wasted a lot of valuable time trying not to file bankruptcy. But when it came down to it, I took the plunge. The Drake Ozment law firm was highly recommended to me. I made an appointment and walked in worried and afraid of what I might hear. Absolutely amazing, super fast, responsive, extremely willing to help! I came to them 1 day before closing and they were able to review my entire closing package, the title information, everything. I used this firm for a short sale deficiency. ...first off let me say Drake was real down to earth and nice to deal with ..from the beginning he listened and gave me many options we had a plan and then I had a major life event ....which made my case much more difficult. .....so he shifted gears and found a better solution for me ......he really impressed me and was very fair and kept my pricing structure the same which is very rare but I gotta say he was a very honest I will be using him in the future for real estate law.....he has great associates ....who I met one at a time as their expertise was needed..and they all took their time to explain and I felt like I had a true legal team .....my end result was a very low settlement. ..way less then I could ever imagine .......hope you never have my issue but if you do this your guy.....

2020-10-27During this CRAZY Time of Covid 19 in which the creditors took my credit and buried me. I had debt, but was able to pay my bills when I was building my business. THE CREDITORS reduced my available credit and I had a bad debt to credit ratio in which plummeted my credit score. Months went on and I was out of work. Drake Ozment and his staff, helped me get through this trying time with my bankruptcy being very helpful with my questions and supporting me through the entire process. I hope no one has to go through this, but lets be realistic, it happens to the best of us. Now its time to rebuild my credit. I know it will take some time, but I know it can be rebuilt. 2018-09-29A Breath of Fresh Air. In a time when professionalism is at an all time low, Ozment Law is a breath of Fresh Air. After not having my messages returned by another Law Firm, I reached out to Ozment Law to help with a property transfer. They responded right away and were excellent with communication. Instantly they scheduled a phone conference with their Title Specialist and Attorney Ozment followed up with me the same day. Within 24 hours all the documents were prepared…but most importantly, all my questions were answered. I worked primarily with Veronica; who is amazing at following up. She answered all my phone calls, and returned all my emails within minutes.
