Palm Paradise Real Estate is the perfect company to turn to whether youre buying your very first home, or are an experienced home owner. I would highly recommend Cory McNeill with Palm Paradise. She was incredibly patient with me as it took me some time to sell my previous home. She showed me numerous homes and was always willing to show me another one (or the same home a few times if I was trying to make up my mind). She would meet me after work and on the weekends, whenever it worked best for my schedule. She was incredibly responsive and made sure that I was informed every step of the way. She also advocated for me when the home I purchased had some issues with it and I wanted the previous homeowner to fix the issues. She was also very helpful on my closing day, as I had a simultaneous closing and there were many moving pieces that needed to fall into place in order for me to move that day. 2022-02-27Jason with Palm Paradise Real Estate was amazing to work with. We are first time buyers and Jason was so thorough with every step of the process. He offered us insight with both the home building and resale option. We decided to buy a lot of land to build soon but would have been just as confident with Jason helping us find us a resale home if we would have went that route. We felt like Jason truly gave us honest feedback about our options and could rely on him for thorough communication and attentiveness.

2022-06-29I recently sold my home and purchased a new one and Im really happy I chose Edita Flores as our realtor. It was long process since we began and Edita was extremely helpful and caring all along the way. Sometimes, between 9 and 10 pm, I would text her with questions and she would quickly reply. We looked at 7 houses before we close on our new dream home and If I didnt have a good and professional agent who could guide me through my decisions and doubts like she did, I dont think Id be able to do it. Definitely recommending her to friends and family.

2022-07-12Allison was amazing! I just had to start by saying that! I recently purchased a home long distance. While I was assigned another realtor, Allison came in and organized a wonderful showing of all properties I had asked for! I seriously do not think doing this long distance and in a short period of time to look would cause such for such a smooth flow of events. She was just great and she knew exactly what I was looking for! I ended up making a purchase! The entire process from the beginning was done with much detail and expedited each time!
