Paradise Beach Homes in other cities:
They saved our FAMILY VACATION- 16 family members arriving and our beach house rental reservations (another company) were messed up on owners end. Paradise Beach helped us out BIG TIME!!They were a lifesaver. So glad we found them- we know where we will be going to rent in the future!
Great house location /Poor house conditionsTHE GOOD: the location and view of the house was gorgeous. The layout of the house was perfect for my family, and we were able to go on vacation together for the first time in many years.THE BAD: house was in bad shape and not cleaned. Floors were dirty and sandy, trash cans piled up outside, moldy areas. Dirty glasses and cups on cabinets, deterioration of kitchen and appliances, rotten doors, frames, siding.THE WORST: having to kill 2 to 3 roaches per day, even one in the dishwasher, but not the regular size: the terrifying and disgusting huge ones! The management was apologetic for this, returned the cleaning fee and our conversations were always courteous and polite. However, they fell short when they gave us a deteriorated and uncleaned home with roaches’ infestation. Thats not acceptable when you pay almost $7000 for 5 days. This was such a short time, and we shouldn’t have had reasons to lose our precious family time to complain about things that could have been routinely fixed between stays. Those maintenance issues are not sudden, they accumulate over time when they’re not addressed.
We rented 712 Maldonado Drive. The house was perfect for our wedding party and in a great location. The dish washer didn’t work so we had to wash dishes by hand. The ice maker was unreliable as well. And the house lacked lighting around the pool and beach walk! Our wedding on the beach was perfect and the house was great for the reception. I will rent from them again, but a different property.
Our family rented the property at 1003 Ariola for a week from June 19-26. This was our second time to rent this particular home, and we have rented from Paradise Beach Homes several times in the past 10 years. This experience was the worst we’ve had.1) The water filter on the refrigerator said it needed to be replaced. We reported this to the rental agency on 6/20, and no one came to replace it.2) Of the two dishwashers in the home, the one to the left of the sink was completely inoperable. This is unacceptable in a rental home that is to hold 30 people.3) There were sandy sheets in multiple bedrooms after we discovered and reported one bedroom with both beds full of sand. We called 3 times before someone came out to fix this. The sheets were not only filled with sand, but were visibly dirty.4) The pool liner on the pool is coming off. It was like this when we arrived.5) The picnic table on the pool deck and the bench in front of the house are rotting out and are in need of painting and repair.6) There were 3 bathrooms with no towels when we arrived.7) The kitchen table and benches are in terrible condition! The finish on them is super sticky. Anything and everything we set on the table would stick to it, and our shorts stuck to the bench every time we sat down. We had to buy tablecloths to cover it and make it even semi usable.8) The walls in the first floor bathroom are disgusting. There is something gross wiped on the wall; we were unsure of what the substance was.9) The stovetop does not work on all settings.10) The bath mats in the master bath were not clean. There were clumps of hair and fuzz on them.11) The sliding door on the rear of house (bedroom next to master) does not lock.We did place this list of concerns in with our key when we returned it, but have yet to be contacted by Paradise Beach Homes regarding these concerns. We would have continued to rent this home for years to come, as the sleeping arrangements suit our family’s needs. However, when we consider the price, this home has fallen into too much disrepair to be worth the money that it would cost to rent it, and the responsiveness of the rental agency while we were on vacation was poor.
We rented Treehouse #394 through Paradise Beach Homes. We arrived to our rental expecting a wonderful experience and was immediately met with a horrible smell, dirty floors, cigarette butts, crushed cans and broken styrofoam containers on the patio. Not a great first impression and it didnt get better from there. The first evening we got ready for bed and located extra pillows to sleep with but there were no linens for those pillows. Why the $225 cleaning and linen fee for a dirty rental with no linens? When we crawled into bed to sleep I was met by an uncomfortably hard object poking into my ribs which turned out to be a plastic screw cap that was under the fitted sheet. Not sure how you make a clean bed with trash under the fitted sheet. When we removed the fitted sheet to retrieve the trash, we noticed how old and worn the mattress was. With the amount of renters sleeping on the same mattress, it seems that it could be replaced more often than every 10+ years. All windows on the ground floor in the unit were left unlocked which luckily we found out before anyone/anything made their way in or out of them. The overhead light in the kitchen didnt work so the mood lighting was certainly on point while cooking. We asked that they not fix that though because after having to call and request linens, report the filth, and request that a locksmith fix the locks/keys so they actually worked on the back doors, we didnt want anyone coming back to the property as we tried to move past the disarray and try to enjoy our vacation. The location and dock are the only positives of this property for what you pay to rent it. When we left, we made sure to abide by all requests for dishes, trash, etc and even went beyond that to wash several loads of linens for them in hopes that they could spend their time better preparing the townhome for the next guest. Unfortunately, we left a beach bag with over $300 worth of valuables in a chair upon exiting the unit. Although we immediately notified them of our personal belongings they seemed to have no idea as to what inspectors or home cleaners had accessed the property after our departure and after several phone calls we were told that it was thrown away. Although rental policies state they are not responsible for personal belongings left, accidents happen and if you pay $3200/week to rent a unit, one would think that management should be able to know/track who was in the home and be able to fairly easily locate these belongings. The renters who fund these services could at least be met with a clean unit serviced by competent, ethical service workers. If you valued your renters, you would also value their property and not throw away a beach bag with over $300 of belongings. Would recommend you spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere, not only on a different unit but with a different management company who values their customers and ensures a clean and pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend going through a different rental comapany. We will do just that next summer when we book our yearly vacation. There were two very very rude people at the office for key pick up. They know exactly who they are... raising their voices to customers.... Rude. Not only were they rude to my party but to numerous customers who were in the office while I was picking up our key. Taking pride in thoroughly cleaning the house is not the case with this company. There was urine dripping down the toilet along with a floor full of pubic hair in one restroom. Another restroom had flooding issues with the toilet. And another restroom shower had rocks and the tub had sand. There was sand all over the house floor as we removed our shoes upon arrival... I get it a beach house... hence sand... but on the first day as we arrive I HAVE TO SWEEP ALL THE FLOORS AND CLEAN THE TOILETS. Yet they pride themselves on a Stellar and CLEAN vacation...Bogus! Out on the patio we enjoyed a dumptster of death.. it smelled horrible. The dock they welcome their visitors to enjoy... is broken and rather dangerous. Kitchen is not at all organized... you need to dig and search for pots and pans and dont be surprised if they have food particles and grease on them. A closet with bunk beds has lil to no ventilation... add a ceiling fan! For 5k a clean house is expected and should be welcomed with the most Stellar customer service. Fair warning take ur Family somewhere CLEAN! Spend your hardworking Money somplace that appreciates you as a Customer. Best of Luck and enjoy your Vacation. Im not looking for a response or an apology. I am simply warning other vacationing families. Thanks!
This has been the best place to stay. Regency Towers condos are awesome! It had everything we needed in their kitchen. The trash bin was right outside our door. Ocean views from all the bedrooms. So, if you want a really great place, this is the agency you want to deal with. Ask for room 505E! Staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT book your vacation with any properties that are managed by Paradise Beach Homes. Despite our country going through a historic pandemic, which is disrupting the lives of all Americans like we have never seen (and may never experience again), this company refuses to work with their customers on their cancellation policy. Despite stay at home orders, the closing of beaches, and food shortages in grocery stores, Paradise Beach Homes refuses to give full refunds when you are forced to cancel your vacation plans. They decided to keep $500 of our money due to our cancellation, which was not by choice, but forced due to the regulations set by our federal and state governments. It is companies like this that we all need to avoid as they choose to take advantage of hard-working Americans during a time of crisis. Even with the booking sites encouraging the property owners to work with customer and offer full refunds during this crisis, Paradise Beach Homes has still refused to refund the full amounts. My family had to cancel multiple other services that were part of this vacation such as rental cars and hotels for the trip, and every other company gave us a 100% refund due to the circumstances. Again, do not book your vacation stay with any of the properties managed by Paradise Beach Homes.
My parents rented 5 calle juela with a pool and it was amazing! Best place ever and super close to the beach! Thank you paradise beach homes for giving us a vacation to remember along with my parents renewing their 40th vows on the beach! We even had a crab in our pool and we released back to the beach. Just FYI there is a rodent staying in the palm tree next to the house. On the first level. But other than that we made some amazing memories!
YOU WILL NEED TO CANCEL YOUR VACATION IF YOU USE THIS SITE!!! DO NOT use this site!! They called us today (3-12-2021) to let us know that the place we reserved & paid for isn’t available, for tomorrow, after booking in advance. COMPLETELY RUINED OUR FAMILY VACATION. We will need to pay 3 times as much to get a place, if we can find one!RESPONSE: FIRST of all, you knew it was under construction so that is not unforeseen circumstance. You could have check construction way before putting old pictures up and showing it available. SECOND the “upgrade” was not an upgrade. From the pictures, the furniture was old and gross. Not something I could relax in while on vacation. You said it needed to be redone but it was the best you could do. So that definitely doesn’t sound like an upgrade to me. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!
I have stayed at one of their beach homes 3 times and i keep coming back because of how easy to work with they are and how great their homes are. Chances are that if someone is leaving a bad review, they were a bad customer and didnt like the consequences of it! I leave it clean and tidy, per the instructions and have never had any issue, in fact, I am going back in August! Only a few minor things with the home and they came quickly to address it. Thank you Paradise Beach Homes for making vacations easier and less stressful for travelers! I and my family appreciate all you do!
ATTENTION BRIDES TO BE OR FAMILIES.....DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT HERE as a Bride trying to go through with a wedding during 2020-2021or 2022, I have to say has not been easy by no means.READ ALL THE REVIEWS, apparently I am not the only one but, I did not find out until after I had already booked which was well before this review came out.So make sure that in a 60 day or 30 day timeframe of your event/wedding, your guests do not back out for fear of COVID-19 and jeopardizing their health, or that any hurricanes are due during your dates. They, Paradise Beach Homes will tell you to either Go through with the booked date or Lose the entire deposit which is a Small Fortune because its Your Wedding Day and it is an Event, All of the Homes that you can book for an event you have to rent at a minimum of 3-4 days!Talk about enormous worry and endless stress yourself out!!!!They will not let you choose another smaller home to use as a Honey Moon for just you and your husband either because That will be UNFAIR to the Home OwnerWe, as a couple after a 2-3 days of gut wrenching battle, had to make the decision to cancel Our Family Beach House Wedding. We do not want the 27 guests that were traveling from out of town and going to stay with us at the Beach House to end up in the Hospital, ICU or worse because they attended our wedding we in return have to attend their funeral. No one has picked up keys to the home, no one has stayed at the home, I bet no one has even cleaned the home for a new arrival yet, the date is more than 30 days out and they are keeping the entire $3,100.00 deposit as an inconvenience fee for canceling because they will not allow you to move the date or refund minus a smaller inconvenience fee for them doing absolutely nothing but paperwork.I had no problems with any of my vendors IE Cake and Cheesecake (2 separate vendors), Catered Dinner vendor, DJ, Photographer, Florist, Tux Rental etc..... They have all felt incredibly sorry for the crazyness of trying to plan with the Just not knowing if this whole COVID pandemic is ever going to end. And they are more than happy to do anything they can to help including up to a full refund. As nothing has been delivered, cooked, ordered or served.
We rented a unit at the Beach Club Condominiums (one of the beachs premiere properties) this month for our family vacation and just before our scheduled arrival, a representative from PBH called me to inform us that the master bathroom shower would not be usable because it was leaking into the unit below it. PBH did give us the option to cancel the reservation as well as a small concession, but by the time that I received notice I could not find something equivalent to transfer into. Our first day into our stay, we noticed the ice maker in the kitchen was leaking onto the floor and had to call maintenance. The service person identified the leak coming from the drain line but had to order parts and we lost use of the appliance for the remainder of the stay. The overall appearance and condition of this unit was a 6 of 10 at best. I am doubtful that the unit had been updated since its construction in 2007. The paint color was dated and in poor condition, lighting throughout the unit was quite dim in the evening and the overall decor was in need of an update. TV service was poor and sporadic.Lastly, professionalism, customer courtesy and service provided by Jessica in the main office was lacking and simply rude and unnecessary. Based on our experience, you would be better served by using one of the other popular rental businesses in the area.
We stayed at 1736 Encinada Cinco. It has a great view. 5 bedrooms but only 3 bathrooms. One room has twin beds and one has bunk beds. So it isn’t perfect for couples. The sliding doors are very hard to open. They have a a very small gas grill with an empty tank. It took cooking in batches. There was a major water leak in one of the windows. The rental company wasn’t interested in any of this information. So I don’t know if the owners will get feedback to correct any of this. For what they charge they should make sure the grill isn’t empty of fuel
Was having a great stay with family when we were stopped as we were walking out to spend our last afternoon on the beach by workers delivering shingles for the rental home. We had to move our cars from the driveway and because the entire street is a tow away zone we had to sit with the cars for the hour it took for the shingles to be unloaded and stacked on the roof. No advanced warning from the rental office and no mention of this when the booking was made. Horrible service!
Paradise “clown show” beach rentals is extremely unprofessional and quick to evict renters. A large group of college students rented multiple units with some evictions within 6-7 hours. They are quick to take your money and even quicker to evict and steal your money. What a complete joke!DO NOT RENT OR TRUST THESE FOLKS!! Seems to be some “insiders” on the police force in Pensacola. Not sure how they’re connected but it screams of being in cahoots.
My family stayed at 615 Santa Rosa Dunes for a weekend at the end of the summer. We had a wonderful time. The condo was well maintained and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the Olympic size pool! The Gulf was just across the street. We will definitely make this trip again.
Booked a 4 bedroom 4 bath unit with Paradise Beach Homes six months in advance at Beach Club and four days before our scheduled vacation they called to tell us that the owner of the unit pulled it from them two months ago and they overlooked calling us. I even called to confirm four weeks before our trip and paid the remaining balance due and still was not told about the unit being pulled. They are a bunch of incompetent idiots at Paradise Beach Homes. Do not book anything under them. They ruined our family vacation that involved a wedding and now we have nowhere to stay.
Have a reservation that was booked on 11/10/2019 for July 2020 for unit 502. This company without a phone call or even a email had canceled our reservation . We have a signed contract and communication with the agent Jessica Mullins. The only way we found out about this problem was that our credit card notified us that we had a large refund.#dishonest m. Attempting to get company to provide explanation as to why . We should have booked with vrbo so we had more recourse. This company encourages you to book direct to aviod extra fees. Thanks for ruining our vacation.
Friends and I are staying at 206 Ariola, in Pensacola Beach. The house is beautiful, has a pool right on the deck, and a private walkway right to the beach. Having a wonderful time. Donna, at paradise rentals, was super nice and helpful! This is the second time we have used them, and have been extremely satisfied both times. Thanks! Kim Longstreet
Brenda at Paradise Beach Homes has been incredibly helpful! We have rented a place for Blues Week on Pensacola Beach for about 15 years from various agencies. I cant say enough about how responsive and helpful Brenda has been in finding a place that is suitable for our needs. Thank you, Brenda, for a job well done!
My family and I stayed in the Dolphin House (1311 Ariola) from 8/5/17 - 8/12/17. Aside from a few minor house issues which were addressed, it was a pleasant stay for my entire family. After we left is when my issue with Paradise Beach Homes begins. We departed the morning of 8/12/17 and drove to our home near Tampa, so it wasnt a real long drive for us. Bags werent unpacked immediately so it was not discovered right away that most of my one-year-old’s clothes were missing. When I discovered the missing clothes I called Paradise Beach Homes and spoke with Kelsey the morning of 8/15/17. I explained to her that the baby clothes (dresses, shirts, pants, etc.) left behind are in the dresser drawers of the bedroom at the right front of the house near the stairs. She told me that she would contact housekeeping about the clothes and give me a call backNo call back was received. I called back the following afternoon and spoke with Kelsey again and was told that the drawers were checked by housekeeping and that nothing was found. I stated “It’s unfortunate to hear that because that is exactly where they were left.” From her, “Sorry, but they checked where you told us and nothing was found.”So, Paradise Beach Homes, it appears you may have a thief or thieves among you. The clothes were DEFINITELY left there and found by SOMEONE. They have now been stolen from my one-year-old. So much for honesty and integrity within your company and employees. Disheartening.Everyone else, if youre looking to rent through this company, do yourself a favor. Make 100% certain not to leave anything behind because you will likely never see your belongings again.
My beach house was a dump! In serious need of repairs and maintenance. There were no other homes available for the weekend we stayed (10 in our party). After notifying the company after our TERRIBLE weekend, their answer was you should have notified us of all the issues when you arrived so we could have had the opportunity to move you (like thats exactly what I wanted to do is move 10 people, all of our belongings, luggage, food, supplies, etc and I was ALREADY told THERE WERENT ANY MORE UNITS AVAILABLE FOR THAT WEEKEND) NO REFUND, NO COMPS, NOTHING! They do not care about their customers, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I stayed at 100 Avenida 23 in September for my sons wedding. The outside kitchen was perfect for the rehearsel dinner and with all of the seating outside, it did not feel crowded at all. The home is wonderful with a pool, long pier, and lots of parking. There are extra refrigerators, beautiful views and pet friendly. If you want a perfect vacation, this is the home to get.
121 Via Del Luna, We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was unbelievable. It is straight out of the Islands. Very bright and open with a great view of the bay, which is always interesting. After a weeks stay we realized the Dolphins like to pass by in the mid morning. The Kids, and we consider ourselves in that group, loved the Game Room. I won the Shuffleboard match but lost at Pin Ball. The home is a short walk to Restaurants and Night Life. Check out Paradise Bar and Grill, I think thats the name, anyway, its great with live entertainment. The Hot Tub is a life saver afterwards. The Navys Blue Angels practice only about 25 mins. away and put on shows over the Beach only 2 blocks away. If you think that is a little thing, in one show they flew so low that they blew the Umbrellas over. There is video to prove it. We watched from the house. We, 8, hope to go back next year.PS.Please dont lease this home during the Song Writers Festival. Just kidding, there is enough room there for an addition to our family.
We rented 109 Via De Luna, which is a nice home on a beautiful property and in a great location. We had a housekeeping and initial communication issue which was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy by Joe and Russell at Paradise Beach Homes. We would definitely use this company again, all thanks to Joe and Russell!
No thanks! They employee convicted felons. Just think about that when they manage your beach home or youre staying in one of their properties (who all has a key?)! A particular employee was reported to management but it was ignored as he still works there. If I could give zero stars, I would. I pulled my property from them and hired another property management company. Bad company.
If I could rate them a zero...I would! In the wake of this Pandemic, Paradise Beach is taking the opportunity to capitalize. They will not give us a refund on a trip we obviously cannot take. We will lose over $7K because the nation is on lockdown. This is out of our control. This is a time when people have to look out for each other not take advantage. Very disappointing!! I will never use this company again. YOU HAVE CHOICES...CHOOSE WISELY!UPDATE: I did call as requested below. NO change.
Absolutely Horrible this place calls me me the day before to tell me that the place we booked in advance is not going to be available sir to construction that they new had been underway before they offered to rent the space! Then tried to move us to the most disgusting condo I have ever seen calling it an upgrade!!!!!! Run as fast as you can ! DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY! Ruined Our our Vacation!
Horrible experience!! Was a future wedding venue but they did not deliver!! They promised us dates that were documented through emails and then double booked!! Didn’t even honor the emails or offer to make it right! Working in hospitality and customer service, it was completely disheartening!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Such a horrible experience!

2021-11-07I can’t say enough about Paradise. We rented our little beach cottage on Pensacola Beach. Management was friendly. The house was clean and perfect for our family. Just a short walk to the beach and easy to walk into town for shopping or breakfast. I would rent here again!

2022-05-19Amazing experience! So much fun and peace and joy. A wonderful comfortable stay listening to the beautiful ocean at night as you fall asleep next to the seaside. Simply beautifully amazing.

2022-09-05We stayed at Villa Savine for four days and were delighted with the cleanliness of the kitchen and living room. Every detail and every decoration makes this house very special. Our overall rating was 3 because our king mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable to sleep on and if your mattress is uncomfortable you will not have a good day the next day. Another area we gave a low rating was the floors. Did the cleaning crew forget that they also had to clean the floors? This goes against the management company; we dont think the property was inspected prior; we believe Paradise Homes owe us half of the cleaning fee because we had to clean the floors. We informed them about the problem but they never replied. Bad customer service.

2022-05-23Paradise Beach Homes agents went out of there way to help me. I knew I wouldnt be able to stay in the condo I reserved but I was past allowable cancellation date. I had a friend willing to take over my reservation. The whole process was seamless! A special thank you to team members Mckenzie and Tia!!! I would highly recommend the Paradise team to help you with your rental needs!

2022-04-04We stayed at Emerald Isle in Pensacola and the property is ideal as usual. The pool pump was broke for 4 of our days but those things happen. We stayed in the same unit for the 2nd year and were prepared to book again for next year but were informed that prices went up 30% or $800 bucks. Our unit was clean as usual and vacation was good, Paradise Beach Homes does a good job for sure but I cant justify the increase and will shop for different unit in same building.

2022-06-19Worst experience at portifino EVER!!!! I didn’t even mean to book through this property management group. I did it late one night and wasn’t paying attention. I looked at the reviews and decided to give it a try. The washer and dryer being loud which is an understatement was brought to their attention a year ago and still hasn’t been changed!! I had a child who was supposed to sleep on a hideaway bed in the couch but it was covered in dirt and had what appeared to be blood stains all over it. There was a loud random noise we heard every few minutes. We went to grill and surprise the grill didn’t work. There were other things like the beds were uncomfortable and the shower heads were super loose!!!So I tried to call the number they gave me to call for problems and they didn’t hardly speak English and asked for the address to the place I was staying and other information that I didn’t know. I called the local number and she said hold on where I can see what I can do so she sent me to a voicemail!!!! So I’m leaving this and going to go try to enjoy a little of this miserable vacation!!!!!

2022-04-29EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in our experience with Paradise Beach Homes in Pensacola, FL. This is a CHEAP company and their employees have NO pride or interest at providing a hospitable experience to visitors looking to enjoy and support their town.Day 1: We called the office the day we were scheduled to check-in, inquiring if we could check-in early and the woman was incredibly rude to us and unhelpful. We finally check in to find that they cant even supply basic hand soap in any of the bathrooms - were washing our hands with the tiny bottles of shampoo they left for us. We also discover that the electrical outlets dont work throughout the home and theres no salt or pepper.Day 2: We find the coffee pot glass is cracked so coffee spills all over the counter. We call and they do come out to dispatch someone with a replacement (thank you for bringing this out, you didnt have to be rude dropping off the extra pot). A few hours later and we discover they only provided us 2 rolls of single ply toilet paper in the entire house (3 bathrooms, and the house sleeps 12) - no extras to be found. We call to ask them to supply more because this is a given necessity item, and they state Weve already come out to your rental 1x today, we wont come out again. Nobody is available to drop these off. You can come to our office if you want additional supplies - THANKS we dont have a car and your office is 6 minutes down the road. Were supposed to pay $15 for an Uber to come and pickup toilet paper from you??I ask if the last 2 people in the office today could PLEASE possibly drop off toilet paper this evening before they head home (again, keep in mind - 6 minutes down the road - this is the hospitality industry) - and the manager tells me This wont be possible; if youll already used up your initial supply youll have to figure it out. Im sorry. What. Initial supply??? !!!! There was barely any to begin with. For $450/night you would expect hand soap and toilet paper to be provided. APPALLED at the lack of customer service and the lack of basic necessities. Will NOT be using Paradise Beach Homes again and certainly wont be recommending them; wish we had booked with Airbnb instead.

2021-08-14Be warned! 5PM check-in. They will make you wait in the hot parking lot if your are early. Then they are rude about it as if you had a choice when your airline bumps your flight earlier. Dont expect any customer service. For the mediocre house, I will pass next time. Do yourself a favor, go someplace that cares.

2018-12-04Renting from paradise beach homes was a experience I’ll never forget everything was absolutely beautiful the staff were very accommodating and very nice. I had my wedding at the big house on September 15th 2018. The home was like a mini mansion with elevators in it, if your looking for a place to get away and leave all your worries behind then this is the place to rent I promise you won’t be disappointed, thank you paradise beach homes for making my wedding a dream come true.
